Came here soecifaccly so my grandson could use the pool. It looked inviting in photos. On arrival we were told it was out if service and had been for days. After a hot 6 hour drive it was a disappointment.

The Hotel was very clean. This hotel had electric charging which was big bonus for us. Unfortunately the check in staff gave no greeting, after waiting for over ten minutes waiting at the counter.

When we arrived there was a dispute over the dog fee. Hotels.com website had the fee at $50 but the hotel wanted to charge us $75. The girl on reception was extremely rude and was initially refusing to accept our position she did eventually but very reluctantly give in. Then when we got to our dog friendly room which we paid $50 for there was a piece of the carpet missing and the walls were marked. Breakfast was also disappointing because they were supposed to serve until 10am but the breakfast bar was not kept stocked until that time.

When we arrived there was a dispute over the dog fee. Hotels.com website had the fee at $50 but the hotel wanted to charge us $75. The girl on reception was extremely rude and was initially refusing to accept our position she did eventually but very reluctantly give in. The front desk associate was absolutely lovely very friendly. It was such a wonderful first impression. Then we went up to the room after arriving and being exhausted and found urine all over the bedsheets. The bedsheets had not been changed. We immediately went downstairs and we provided a new room.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Very clean, staff were friendly, everything seemed new and up to date. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. I stay in hotels a lot due to work and I was very impressed with this hotel

This Hampton location seemed dirty and to not have typical items found at a Hampton Inn. The bedding smelled like BO/like it had not been washed. There was a napkin wrapped around the smoke alarm on the ceiling when we arrived. The breakfast had no oatmeal and no vanilla creamer for coffee like other Hampton Inn’s that I usually stay in.

It had been a long day and the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff person we met was friendly. Breakfast looked good. I really like the little omelettes. But we were in such a hurry to get home we chose to hit the road before finding a place to eat. If we could change anything about the stay it would be the cost of the room. I guess that’s the price you pay for quality.

It had been a long day and the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff person we met was friendly. Breakfast looked good. I really like the little omelettes. Stayed in a room with no working tv that they had put me in a month prior to that at that time had toilet issues. When asking about the tv they informed me a manager would call me at 8 the next morning, this was after I had to go down to the lobbyto see what the deal was again. To my shock the next morning no call came, surprise surprise. So the next day I asked to switch rooms and was told that I wasn't the only one having issues with my stay and that they would give me a discounted rate. Guess what, I know your gonna be shocked just as I was when that didn't happen either. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Midland which is often since my son lives here. Not anymore, trust me the Holiday Inn across from them is way better and will be getting my business from now on.

There was a major problem with Expedia when I arrived to check in but Gracie at the front desk went above and beyond to try to help me. Without her I wouldn't have had a room. The place was clean and comfortable and all the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommended and stay again if in the area.

Didnt hold the room i reserved, months in advance. Called the room 7:15am ( after a long day of travel sleeping in was on agenda) to twll me they had a roll out bed. Then called AGAIN before 8am taking it back and transferred to another room. It was just annoying. All i wanted to do was relax. between the cleaners and the doors slamming on my last morning. I gave up. Pretry clean, pretty comfy

Comfy bed, good location. The one thing I’d like to share is that when leaving we had a car hauler with us and another person parked blocking the trailer in. The kid at the front desk and 2 other patrons went out of their way to help us get the trailer out literally lifting it and turning it so we could hook it up to the truck. Kudos to the front desk guy, didn’t catch his name but I am very grateful for the help!

South Midland area is overall not the best place to be especially for a female. It is close to downtown (5 minutes drive) but the area.. maybe not the safest. The hotel was surprisingly nice. Well renovated and clean. Towels could be in much better condition along with detergent used. But other than that- I think everything was great. It is the second hotel I tried in Midland, TX and the better one of two.

South Midland area is overall not the best place to be especially for a female. It is close to downtown (5 minutes drive) but the area.. maybe not the safest. The hotel was surprisingly nice. The property was great. Will help the oilfield worker population tremendously. Clean, new, and good customer service. Highways are currently torn up. Tough for guests right now if trying to get to certain appointments. This will pass to make it a very viable property.

It had been a long day and the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff person we met was friendly. Breakfast looked good. I really like the little omelettes. But we were in such a hurry to get home we chose to hit the road before finding a place to eat. If we could change anything about the stay it would be the cost of the room. I guess that’s the price you pay for quality.

So disappointed with this hotel. Either the toilet was NEVER cleaned or someone used it during their company Christmas party. NO BREAKFAST because it’s Christmas weekend?? What kind of crap is that??

Our room was nice for my daughter and myself for her volleyball tournament weekend. Our thermostat was busted on the screen, but I called the desk and she took note of the issue. Everyone was super friendly. On to breakfast! It was fantastic both days. There were so many options to choose from and there were both hot and cold options. My teenage daughter loved the make your own waffle bar!

Bed was fine. But: breakfast buffet terrible, no eggs, bacon , etc 45 minutes before closing time of breakfast buffet. They refused to refill. Coffee machine in room was broken. Ice cream from hotel store was $12. Seriously overpriced for one ice cream.

The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was the carpet was filthy, if you walked barefoot on the carpet the bottom of your feet would be disgusting black in a very short time. I would highly recommend the hotel to shampoo the carpets at least once a month if not more
