Clean room lots of outlets for chargers, in room Kuerig. We had fun in their lazy river pool and hot tubs. Location is excellent and convenient. The front lobby gentleman was very informative and friendly. Wish I remembered his name. We were there over Thanksgiving so it was very busy at breakfast but she kept everything running perfectly.

Very clean and nice. Love the spacious bedroom. The pool area was a lot of fun with the big comfy chairs, and the fire pits. The pool was too cold. I would warm that up a little to make it more pleasant. Didn’t like having to wear required wristbands. Other than that, great.

Very beautiful hotel, clean inside and out, awesome outdoor area with fire pits, pool is spacious and inviting, excersize room is spacious with free weights, breakfast offered plenty of choices, and staff were friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The dead bolt in room 322 doesn’t work. The nightstand light and reading light on the left side of the bed did not work. The hot tub was scolding hot for 2 days and we couldn’t use it. The glass surrounding the fire pits at the pool were caked with hard water. The palm tree in the center on the hot tub was dead. A water main to the hotel broke and we were out of water for several hours.

We have stayed here multiple times and usually it is a good time but this trip will probably be our last here. We were staying for 2 nights and our bathroom on the first night had a HORRIFIC urine small so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed. We spoke to them in the morning and asked to be moved for the next night. They told us to pack up all of our things (inconvenient since we a day trip planned) and when we got back to the hotel after midnight they had neither cleaned the room to try to alleviate the problem or move us to another room. I demanded that they move us and they did but the whole thing was disgusting and pretty inconvenient. For the money you can finds better. Sadly this pretty new and previously nice hotel is slipping in its standards. An embarrassment for the Marriott brand really. Room 218 (Horrible urine smell and very noisy fan in room)

The pool was too crowded to swim and the hot tub had kids and their pool noodles in it, even though I understood the hot tub was for adults only. This was definitely not a hotel for people looking for relaxation.

I think this was the nicest spring hill suite I ever stayed at. The rooms are super clean. The staff is super polite and helpful. The pool and hot tub are 5 star resort level.

Not happy about my visit. Got a room on the second floor. My room wasn’t ready! They didn’t clean it before giving me the keys. The bed was unmade, there were towels on the floor, food on the counters. I called front desk. They made me go back down to get another key for another room. Got another room, on the 4th floor this time. Same thing! The room was used, housekeeping never got to it and they gave it to me. I called the front desk again, I told them to send housekeeping over. The front desk girl came to the room, said housekeeping has left for the day, that they had another room for me. She helped me move my stuff over to the third room. This incidents made me late for a dinner I had that evening. I’m going to request a refund.

Great design, quiet, clean, good location, easy drive in/out. The down side was the mini-refrigerator that NEVER worked properly. We asked to be checked out, but nothing changed. It was not cooling at all. We needed to trash yogurt, milk, and couple of sandwiches we had in there because they went bad.

No towel hooks in the bathrooms, noisy (rattling) air conditioner, uncomfortable beds and pillows. The TV is off to the left of the beds and doesn’t adjust well for viewing. If you do adjust, you can’t walk back and forth between the sitting area and beds. Bright lights outside our windows - even with the curtains drawn, the light still comes in through the gap between the edge of the curtain and wall. Nice pol area, but the glass surrounding the fire pit n the middle of the pool needs to be cleaned. The property is nice b/c it’s new. Really nice fitness room. The front desk staff was excellent, very nice and super kind.

Room was spacious and easily fit the 5 of us. Bathroom with shower and other with toilet made easy to have multiple people use. Long building made trip to pool take a bit.

Very nice hotel, seems fairly new, clean and well maintained. Rooms were stylish and well appointed: coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Morning breakfast was decent, lots of options and good coffee! The only downside to our stay were the loud rumbling A/C motors located on the roof directly over our room (#401). These ran all throughout the night and woke us up several times. We looked on google earth which shows 4 motors directly over our room and 3 more over the adjacent storage room. Im sure any other room would have warranted 5 stars as this hotel is really modern and comfortable with lots of charm.

The BEST Hotel we’ve ever stayed in! I had spacious rooms for our family of 6! The whole ambiance was perfect and clean! Our room had the two king beds and the couch with a trundle and two tv’s. Which was nice with separate areas for parents and kids. Beds were comfy where I didn’t wake up sore or headaches. Breakfast was delicious and the market has everything we wanted. We will definitely stay here everytime when coming to St. George.

Love the spacious room. Fit a family a family of 6 that includes teenagers so much better than most. We got the two king suite and love the trundle couch over a normal pull out bed. Having the toilet and tub separate was so smart and gives two sinks.

The staff were amazing. The hotel is fairly new, so it was in excellent condition. Only draw back was the bed was pretty hard. Like gave me a sore neck and back hard. I loved the room setup and really loved the pilot bed under the couch! Perfect size for my family.

Beautiful clean rooms. Nice, helpful staff. Only complaints the bed was not super comfortable and our ac was squeaky! They did come service it promptly, but it was still a little noisy.

We arrived late night/early morning and the gentleman working at the desk was very friendly and welcoming! Room was very spacious and neat layout. We stayed in a room with two king beds and a sofa bed. The layout of the room with bathroom was very unique with the bathroon being flush against the wall with seperate doors for the shower and vanity and the toilet but helped provide a very well thought out floor plan to maximize space in the room for sleeping and relaxing. The beds were so cozy and the room overall was very clean. Though it was a short stay for us, we would definetly stay here again if the need arises.

The bed was as hard as a rock, the toilet was clogged when I arrived, and then it took over a week to get the payment right, and continues to charge a card where they were flagged as fraud due to the amount of times they continued to run the card. Then after giving them a new card, they still ran the wrong card. The WORST service I have ever experienced

Hotel stay was perfect! The young ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. They arranged a late checkout for us so we could shower after golfing. Appreciat them so much. Property was in a great, clean condition!

I shared a suite with my two teens. My son slept on the sofa and was happy to have a bit of privacy. The property was clean, the staff was professional and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The internet didn't work the whole three days we were there. It even didn't work in the lobby when we tried. The front desk just referred us to an 800 number that was disconnected. They even had the audacity to say that they just called it and it worked, which was a lie. So, they gave me an 801 number, which I dialed. The person took down our information, promised to call us back, and never did. Another lie. So, no internet for 3 days. Pretty unacceptable at a hotel nowadays. In addition, our room AC went from freezing to sweating (with it being 100 degrees outside), no in between for 3 days. Its hard to sleep or be comfortable in a room where the AC does not cycle at all or within reasonable limits. In room 222, you need to fix it. I could have called the front desk, but I'm sure I would have gotten an 800/801 number to help us out in a few days, if we were unfortunately still there and hadn't gone away yet. Six months ago we stayed here, and had an very enjoyable stay. This time, I'm severely wondering if I'll ever be back. Something has happened to your front desk service, and maintenance of systems during that time. If you care to have more detail, or desire to explain why I should ever come back, please call me on the number on my reservation.

Not happy about my visit. Got a room on the second floor. My room wasn’t ready! They didn’t clean it before giving me the keys. The bed was unmade, there were towels on the floor, food on the counters. I called front desk. They made me go back down to get another key for another room. Got another room, on the 4th floor this time. Same thing! The room was used, housekeeping never got to it and they gave it to me. I called the front desk again, I told them to send housekeeping over. The front desk girl came to the room, said housekeeping has left for the day, that they had another room for me. She helped me move my stuff over to the third room. This incidents made me late for a dinner I had that evening. I’m going to request a refund.

Our stay was great! The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful when we needed extra bedding or towels. The pool and the environment around it was a lot of fun. We went with our kids, so that was their favorite part. The Breakfast was better than expected. We will stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. That breakfast in the morning was excellent. The only thing I would complain about is parking as there were no covered parking spots in the extreme heat. But other than that, the hotel was excellent.

They have an excellent Breakfast option. They had lots of variety, including fresh mellon. Everything was hot and replaced quickly. Excellent drink selections as well. I would stay here again.

What I appreciated most was the cleanliness of the rooms and the indoor areas. The pool was great, just disappointed in how many umbrellas were missing the pin that holds them up. Doesn’t seem like a tough fix to attach a pin to the rope so the umbrellas could be used. I even saw a maintenance guy collect some of the umbrellas and took them inside, I thought they were going to be fixed, but the next day, it was the same situation. The breakfast was average at best, and no where close to what is advertised in their website. It was literally the same thing everyday. . For staying five nights, I though there might be more variety. Would I stay there again, absolutely, but I might plan a few mornings out for breakfast. You can only eat so many powdered eggs, sausage, and soggy potatoes with onions and peppers.

Lots of comfortable seating together for conversation in several places in the hotel and outside in the back next to golf course. ComplementaryBreakfast in the morning is one of the best I’ve had. The hotel has a great layout with nice out door facilities, pool and hot tub. They also share a lazy river and another hot tub with the sister hotel next-door. Plenty of towels on site and commands for comfortable seating along with regular pool chairs, tables and umbrellas. Is located conveniently next to a large maverick station, a quick quack car wash, in and out, a grocery store at Costco and many other establishments. It’s our favorite place to stay in St. George! The rooms are spacious, updated,and the beds are comfortable.

Stayed here one night on a road trip. Clean and easy. Didn’t make it to pool area or have the breakfast but other travelers said both were top notch. I did have to plug in fridge in our room, don’t know why that was but it was easy enough to do. Comfortable beds and pillows!
