SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lakeland

While there were many positives regarding my stay, everything seemed cheap. The blankets, the pillows were terrible, the toilet paper, the incredibly loud doors slamming shut every time someone left or entered their room….not worth the price. And the food was god awful. Those were not scrambled eggs, at least not from this planet. Up your game, Marriot, or lower the price and pay your staff better. The staff were nice and courteous. Pay em more.

Great hotel: clean, great location, friendly staff. I really enjoyed the free shuttle to downtown Lakeland. The downtown area had great restaurants and entertainment.

Breakfast was good but ended at 9.

The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. There were no hassles booking or during our stay. The only thing we noted was a little mold in the shower and a few strands of hair in the shower near the drain. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place close to down town. They offer a golf cart to and from downtown so you can avoid the traffic and difficulty parking. They were very accommodating. They had an Easter egg hunt for guests which was also nice to see.
