So we had 7 people for a mother daughter weekend. The home specifically stated there were 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Then it stated there was a common area with a double bed and a twin bed. When we arrived there was no common area with beds. Only the 3 bedrooms and the living room which had a recliner couch and loveseat. We contacted the host and he stated they counted the couch as a bed (not a pull out couch) and said there may be an air mattress in the closet. Not ideal but whatever. Clearly misled on their description because it didn’t just say sleeps 7 but actually listed 5 beds by size. Then the next morning the toaster almost caught fire and the smoke detectors never went off. The dishwasher did not work either. Beware if you have more that 5 people you will be sleeping on the couch and air mattress. Location is nice. House was clean.

I have rented from Plum Tree rentals multiple times and am always pleased with them. Rentals are clean and well stocked. Love having the garage and a TV in every bedroom.

This is very convenient to everything around the Monroe area and worked great with my family. The only things to share is the outside deck was unusable and needs repairs, and the living room furniture was very worn down, but would stay again!

I had a very good experience in renting this property. Check-in was very easy and accommodating, and the condo was clean and well maintained. No issues during my 1-month stay.
