Easy parking

Room was decent but the pool was closed and will be closed for a while due to a foundation crack. The ladies at the front desk were nice but the staff at the restaurant were pretty rude. I wouldn’t bother eating there. We ordered salads and a kids meal and waited an hour. We decided to just take our food to go since it was taking forever (which the manager rolled her eyes when I asked) and when we left we realized they forgot to give us one of our meals so we had to go back and wait another 20 mins. Overall, the food was bad and I would just continue to take the ferry across to eat out. Positives were that the ferry was easy to get to and the water pressure in the shower was great. I don’t know if we would stay here again. Probably not.

Great location! The ferry to Lake Havasu City is located right outside of the casino and is a cheap five dollar round-trip. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and we enjoyed the private beach. We also got to see wild burros! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was excellent with good prices.

good parking, clean room. resort was busy the night we were there, there was a George Strait tribute band playing. Restaurant wait times were long.
