Stayed 2 nights nice garden staff very friendly and helpful, food good. Only draw back was room was right above the bar so bit noisy as they had a music quiz evening

The staff are amazing. Parking is free on the road beside the pub. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Nice pub with great locals. Ideally placed for HMS Raleigh functions.

Staff were friendly, room is very outdated and had a strange smell. Beds were average, shower was good. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fantastic, we paid £120 for one night stay with breakfast but not sure it’s quite worth that to be honest. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff and food was very good but being on a busy road it was noisy. Not good value for money at £120 a night.
