The staff was amazing! So courteous and friendly. Loved the bedroom, 2 double beds and beautiful view, large window that oversaw mountains. Starbucks right behind hotel + multiple shops and restaurants in the same plaza within walking distance. We walked at night to restaurants and there’s security in the plaza. We had breakfast buffet at the hotel daily which was delicious. Hotel has a small pool on the 3rd floor. The pool is warmer than the hot tub which is not hot. But beautiful views from the pool. There’s a gym next to pool area. Pool towels in the shelves outside. Anytime I called the front desk to request assistance, someone came within 5 mins. Restaurants do close earlier in Costa Rica so plan accordingly. We ordered food from hotels restaurant and it was delish. The check in/lobby/bar and restaurant are all on the 2nd floor so take the elevator up when arriving to check in. The hotel had parking too at no charge to us, which was fantastic. Would def stay here again. We took Ubers to and from hotel since it’s cheaper than hotel transport which has to be prescheduled. Costa Rican roads are super busy so give yourself extra time to get around. Pura Vida!

At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool. The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy.

The property was recently built so still very clean with a great breakfast. However, there was construction at ground level and the pool was closed for an entire week, much to the disappointment of my kids. There were some strange things like light bulbs missing from the lamp and only decaf coffee in the room. It will be a nice location when the construction is done but I think hotels should alert you when the pool will be closed for a week.

The overall property was great. However, the daily room service cleaning was very basic. They only made the bed. Nothing else. Nothing was wore down or sanitized or entire stay. We ordered dinner in our room one night and they didn’t take the dishes for 2 days.

Great location for restaurants and generally chilling out. The room was spacious with coffee facilities but no jug to boil water for tea. Unfortunately there was a distinct sewerage smell in the bathroom. Although the property advertises a shuttle service from/to the airport, no such service was on offer

Esperábamos bastante más de un hotel con el nombre Hilton. Fuga de agua en el lavamanos, olor a cloaca cuando llueve, personal de limpieza que no trapea ni barre el cuarto, no limpia los vasos y tazas en varios días. The room and all common areas were spotless, the pool was nice although a small bar would have made it better, and the breakfast was delicious with a sunny patio and lots of indoor seating. The staff at front desk were polite but not as friendly or welcoming as I had expected. Great location with many nice restaurants and stores just across the street in the plaza.

Stay was okay. Decent driving distance to attractions in Poas and farms around 1.30 mins, which was great to avoid staying far from main city. Family friendly, one issue was that towels were not easy to find. They ran out of towels.

Amazing Hotel for stay. Beautiful view. Nice pool. Safe. Close to grocery. Front desk agents was so helpful. Thank you. Maybe one more things… a microwave would be useful in the room.

The beds were hard and the pillows didn't give proper neck support, so the sleep was not comfortable. There's no microwave in the rooms and the minibar is too small that makes it difficult for lengthy stays. The coffee at the lobby is not complementary unlike most hotels and you pay $4 for a small cup. The towels are worn out and the staff didn't leave enough for everyone in the room. Same with soap and toilet papers. The water temprature for shower was keep changing between cold and hot which made it uncomfortable. There's no where to hang wet swim suits for drying. If you want to stay for 1 nights it's ok but I won't recommend it for longer stays

The hotel is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with the bathroom door lock which trapped our daughter in the bathroom. Staff was good to respond but had to break the lock to free her. The are has some really nice restaurants in the area and east access to everything we needed.

The room blinds where broken, which led some light to get into the room in the morning. Getting out of the hotel after check out was a problem. The staff at the lobby didn’t explain to us that we had to get a ticket, but we could get in and out of the parking lot with our room key without any problem. After we did the checkout and left the room keys at the front desk, we were told to push the assistance button at the gate but nobody answered. It took a while for a guard to come and assist. I feel the whole episode could have been avoided. Also swimming pool was closed. On the positive side, room size was great. Room service was good and not that expensive. Breakfast was also good. I will probably come back, despite of all the cons. I liked the location.

When we got to the room, I opened the blinds and was immediately creeped out. The building right across from us was under construction, and workers on every floor were staring straight into our windows. We had zero privacy, so we had to keep the blinds shut the entire time. It felt like we were trapped in a prison cell. On top of that, I booked a room with a king-sized bed and was given two queens instead. When I asked the front desk, they claimed there were no king rooms availabl, yet the hotel’s own website still showed them open. It felt like my room was switched because I’m a man traveling with my husband, and they didn’t want us sleeping in the same bed. Whether that was the intention or not, that’s exactly how it came across. And to make matters worse, the TV didn’t offer any movies, and we couldn’t stream anything either. We usually like to unwind at night with a movie, but that wasn’t even an option. Between the lack of privacy, the uncomfortable setup, and zero entertainment, we felt stuck in a dark, windowless box. No comfort, no respect, no reason to ever come back.

The housekeeping service was awesome!! The frontdesk service was a mess. They don’t understand when you communicate with them and our rooms were not available at check in at 3 pm. Rooms were available two hours later or more. Breakfast price in website is not accurate according to expedia breakfast was $15 dollars per person and according to the hotel is $25 per person. The restaurants around the are closed at 9 pm so left you with no choices around the property.

The staff were friendly kind and extremely welcoming. He engaged in conversation and made you feel so much greater Than a paying customer. Upon checkout the two staff stopped what they were doing and greeted me. I was most impressed with the attention provided to up holding the Hilton excellence. Excellent customer service.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean with updated amenities. The beds were not the most comfortable. I ran into a few issues and Sebastian, and Yenderson went above and beyond to make it right. I walked away with only complaint which was the jacuzzi. It was lukewarm warm with lackluster water jets. They need to not advertise that they have one, especially if it is not in good working condition.

The check-in is already late but ok that’s something that many hotels are doing nowadays. The insanity is: even having 3 hours to get our room ready by their own schedule, we arrived around 5:30pm and they told us our room wasn’t avaiable yet and asked us to wait for 30min more with a baby offering an “incredible” coffee.

Great experience at this beautiful, modern, clean and happy hotel. Karla at front desk was very helpful and sweet. Carlos room service was spectacular. All staff super friendly and hotel is beautiful. Loved the attention to detail and decor, comfort. Thank you all!!!!!

This is a very nice, swanky part of town. The area/shopping center offered a variety of restaurants, parking, shopping, Starbucks in a safe, clean environment. The only drawback is it's about 45 min from the airport.

Great, clean, new hotel. Theres a plaza in the first floor with access to food, shopping and a Starbucks. Very close to the nice area of San Jose and the Airport. Would def go back.

We stayed at this property twice in the past week. Love how clean and new everything is maintained. 3rd floor pool with mountain views and gym are nice amenities. There is a restaurant with breakfast buffet. Connected to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent Property. Over a 30 minute drive to the SJO Airport. Staff was great. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast sumptuous. Great Pizza / Mexican restaurant at the front of the property on the same side of the street. Excellent food at a very good price.

Nice place to stay albeit quite expensive. I was shocked to find that their breakfast was $25 per person per day. Outrageous!!! I did have some laundry done and it was done well and in a timely manner
