The location of this property is excellent if you will be a sight seer in old Quebec City. There are a lot of steep stairs and no elevator so any kind of mobility challenge means you can’t stay here. Having a kitchen in the room is great

Conforme aux photos, personne jointe au telephone tres aimable. Seuls bémols: pas de rideau occultant, il faisait grand jour dans le studio tot ce matin . Pas d’ascenseur et escaliers assez raides, cela aura été difficile si nous avions eu de grosses valises.

Great location for our needs to see areas in old Quebec. It was a very small space as the bed greets you when you open the door. Larger kitchen space which would be great if we cooked but we didn’t have use for it. Overall, it was clean albeit small and basic, location outstanding but had NO elevator and walls were very thin. Pack eye plugs and it’s a good clean place to lay your head at the end of the day.

A localizacao do hotel é fantástica. Ao lado da Notre Dame e uma quadra do Chateau Frontenac. Pode-se fazer tudo a pe. O tamanho do quarto e muito bom para duas pessoas. Bem confortável. Cama boa. Banheiro bom. A limpeza do chão nao é das melhores. A gente sente a sujeira no pé. Fique pronto para subir 22 degraus para chegar ao primeiro andar. Se vc quiser deixar as malas antes do check in isso so pode ser possível deixando num outro prédio bem distante, pois no lical nao tem essa possibilidade e é difícil o check in antecipado. Mas recomendo pelo custo beneficio e pela localização, que é fantástica

We were pleased with the space and the great location. Seeing the old city from the loft was so easy. Loved being able to walk to all the sights and putting our car in one of the lots close by for our 3 day stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Les Lofts de Buade.

The property was clean and comfortable and a good value. But, note that there is no elevator and some rooms are on the third floor (so four long flights of stairs) Not a deal breaker, but be warned. And the property shares an entrance with a Subway sandwich place. Also, note that parking is a block or two away. Again, not a deal breaker. The big issue with our stay was the absolutely horrible customer service. When we arrived, I called them because I hadn't received an access code from them. They rudely told me to check my email (which I had done and didn't find anything from them). She said she sent it and told me to check again, she was unwilling to help me in any way. After three phone calls, she finally gave me an access code. Went through the same process getting the WiFi password. Based on their abysmal and rude service, I can't recommend staying at this place.

Very well situated. Nice loft but cheap melamine that turned yellow, kitchen cupboards doors dirty, AC stained with brown condensation marks and bathroom fan fielded with dust. That main stairway smell Subway cuisine (just downstairs) but no smell in the loft itself.

Very clean and well organized. Would have liked conditioner and coffee/tea. Shower was excellent, but only supplied shampoo and soap. Coffee maker but no coffee. Overall, it’s a great place. Overnight parking was easy to find, lots of scenic places to walk to, great location.

Logement très bien situé. Propre. Par contre les photos du B201 ne montrent pas la véritable salle de bain. La déception porte essentiellement sur l'absence de rideaux occultants, chaque jour à 6h du matin il faisait grand jour dans la chambre... Ce point est selon moi absolument à revoir d'autant plus qu'on ne parle pas d'un grand investissement. C'est très dommage

Wonderful stay. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom and shower (with great water pressure). Coffee, kettle, ironing board and hair dryer. Walk around the corner and you are at the Hotel Frontenac, walk down the street for your every shopping desire, walk the next street your choice of restaurants. Easy check-in, wonderful staff.

This place looks nicer online than in person. It suited our needs because we did not spend a lot of time in the room. The furniture is sparse and cheap. An upgrade of the couch and kitchen table/chairs is needed!. On the plus side the location is excellent and the bed was comfortable !

This place is located in the heart of Old Quebec. It's clean, quiet and we had no issues getting the codes to get into the unit on the day. The stairs are steep to get to the 2nd and third floors. Difficult to manage with heavy luggage. The unit we were in (1a) was small. Enough room for a couple but felt crowded.

It was perfect for the 2 of us. Great location, nice and clean, great communication. Everything worked as it should. Furnished properly(Only slight thing I would suggest to change are the bedside tables, not the most stable) Shower was great. Perfect kitchen for cooking should that be needed. Can't think of anything else to change or improve. We felt it was excellent value for money. Definitely use them again on our next visit. Thank you.

Idéalement placé au cœur de la Vielle ville de Québec, globalement bien isolé d’avec les autres appartements. Un peu moins avec la rue mais c’est normal et très acceptable. Deux bémols : Pas de rideaux occultants, il fait jour à 5h du matin l’été. Le checkin en distanciel est un poil compliqué pour fournir son passeport et sa carte de crédit. L’opératrice que j’ai dû appeler était très sympathique.

We left our ship early expecting to be able to leave our luggage and start sightseeing. Took a taxi to the place we had reserved. However, there is only one location with a reception. Took a taxi to that location to leave our luggage. They then sent us a code to enter our location. Returned to get our bags. They did call a taxi for us. Arrived, got in with the code, apartment was on the “1st F” 22 steps up. Thankfully, we packed light. We’re in our 70’s so not the best option for us. Will not book this place again. It was clean, warm, convenient to sightseeing and restaurants. The only reception we encountered was polite and helpful, but we prefer a reception and elevator on sight.

Check in was awful, couldn’t get the code to enter building in a timely manner. The code to enter the room did not work. Had to wait for 30 min for someone to come let us in. We should get a free nights stay or at least a refund

Very good location. Only problem was all communication in French so I never understood emails sent to me. Also since I was early before checkin time, I wish I had known to go to the main office first to check in and leave my luggage. Place was excellent in location.

Based on their abysmal and rude service, I can't recommend staying at this place.

Idéalement placé au cœur de la Vielle ville de Québec, globalement bien isolé d’avec les autres appartements. Un peu moins avec la rue mais c’est normal et très acceptable. Deux bémols : Pas de rideaux occultants, il fait jour à 5h du matin l’été. Le checkin en distanciel est un poil compliqué pour fournir son passeport et sa carte de crédit. L’opératrice que j’ai dû appeler était très sympathique.

We checked in without having any shower towels . We called the receptionist ,a staff picked up and said she will bring the towels over to us. We had waited for long time, she called back and said she couldn’t a get a hold of her manager , she’s 25 minutes away and she has no car to bring over the towels . She said will bring them over at 11am tomorrow ( which is our check out time ) . This morning at 10:30am , we called to ask for towels and the late check out , someone eles picked up and refused to help us , same with no late check out offer . We are very disappointed of this poor “hotel” quality service .

We loved this small intimate apartment. It was right in the middle of Old Town on the main shopping street. All the sights of the Old City were just up the road.Perfect location.

Property was in a great location but didn’t mention the street being closed and the sideway being ripped up. Very difficult to walk to our accommodations especial with our carry on luggage. Three sets of very steep stairs to our loft. They said our unit was 400 sq feet but it was less than 300sq feet. There was a tiny sofa which was useless. In the bathroom the mirror was so high I couldn’t even see my face. It was not that quiet as I could here the key code every time the people entered their unit next to us.

Great spot, excellent location, walking distance from activities/shopping/ restaurants. Room exactly as advertised, clean, modern. What was not mentioned is there are currently roadworks being done directly in front of the hotel, so early morning noise is to be expected. There is very little street parking nearby, however there are carparks conveniently close.
