駐車場も1階にあり、駅からも徒歩1分、1〜2階のショッピングエリアからそのままロビーフロアにアクセスできるので便利でした。ロビー横のガーデンエリアは開放的で、朝食後などに少し外に出てリフレッシュできました。子どももそこで走り回ることができるので（エネルギーを発散することで）、ホテル内で騒がずにすみました。フリーフローも楽しみました♩またぜひ利用したいです。

The absolute best hotel in the area! Clean, new, great hospitality, so many complimentary amenities. Coin laundry was a fair price and the gym next door was clean and well equipped. Airy, bright, spacious and so convenient with two shopping malls nearby, plenty of taxis and of course the train station. Would love to stay again!

The suite was very wheelchair accessible as advertised!! Staff were wonderful and it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend staying if in Kanazawa for convenience and comfort:)

Great basic hotel. Right by the Kanazawa train station. Environmentally friendly. As such if you need toiletries and pajamas they are provided in the lobby and not automatically provided. Laundry facilities in the building (but as there are only a few machines, there is a bit of a wait to actually use). Wonderful service at front desk.

The design and function of the hotel is attractive and enjoyable as a guest. The free drinks in the lounge are a winner, although 8pm is a little early to close. The staff in all areas were pleasant and helpful. Whilst there are many beautiful design features, finding your way in and out of the premises can be a little challenging at first. All the fittings are of very high quality and the bedding is extremely comfortable I was sorry to leave after only two nights.

Beautiful spacious room with excellent facilities. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed making use of the lobby space and enjoyed the free drinks on offer from 11am-8pm. Really glad we made the last minute decision to change our stay to this hotel

The staff is SO lovely. They also have tea and wine until eight which was great. Breakfast is good too. Location is fantastic. Right next to train station and very fun mall. The only note is that the laundry room is very small so became very competitive to get a machine.

良かった点新しくてお部屋がとても広い。お風呂とトイレが別で使いやすい。コンセントがたくさんある。窓から新幹線、在来線が見られる。イマイチな点水資源保護のため、シャワーの水圧を下げているそうだが、シャワーヘッドは海外製品っぽい大きめのものなため、水流が弱く使いづらかった。

非常好的hotel，尤其是乾濕分離的浴室+大浴缸。房間很大，還有小廚房跟餐具，唯一缺點就是太環保了，很多備品沒提供，如果有入浴劑就好了。吹風機有點差。其他沒什麼可以挑剔的。

Nice hotel in Kanazawa. Easy to access since it is right next door to the train station. Our room was big for Japan standards. We had two twin (slightly larger than twin) beds and a modular sofa that was transformed into a queen bed. Bathroom was great with a separate toilet room. Small kitchen given with all the features plus a small table with two chairs. It was like a perfect studio apartment. The only problem with this hotel is that it is not easy for tourists. Though you can easily get the bus loop to all the tourist sites, they are far away. However, the price was so reasonable it was worth it.

The rooms are very large and mine had a full kitchen with a dishwasher. It would be great for a long stay. The staff are also great and it has a nice buffet breakfast.

The room had everything we could need with a family of 3. Lots of storage areas. Bathroom and WC are designed in a very thought manner with a separate door and washbasin for the WC, another door and wash basin outside the shower for someone to brush teeth while some else could be taking a shower. Then then another washbasin in the kitchenette. Fridge, dishwasher, plates, microwave oven are all neatly tucked in their spots.

Toilet and bathroom are separated so people can take care of different business concurrently. HDMI port on the wall along with power so you can play your own entertainment with ease. Coin-operated washers (detergent added automatically by the washer) and dryers available. The hotel is located just 2 minutes away from the Kanazawa Station exit with a 7-Eleven and you can also go through the Rinto shopping center to avoid sun/rain. Plenty of good restaurants at the station and nearby shopping centers. Definitely will stay again and will start looking for other Hyatt House properties.

The best designed suits of any suite we ever stayed at. Ingeniously put together with style,storage and privacy. Besides the wet room bath, the toilet room with its own sink can be closed off from either the bedroom or living rooms very comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location within 20 yards of the train station and all its restaurants and shopping, yet very quiet! Kanazawa. Bus service from station loops around the city in both directions so you can get close to any of the famous sites and things to do

We booked a 2-room suite for our 5-day visit and it was outstanding. It’s well designed for travelers with lots of space for clothing, etc. The kitchen worked well for us and the extra space was great. It’s well -designed, modern and clean. We loved it!

We stayed in a speciality suite and loved the space and modern design. The hotel is very close to the station and the bus terminals so it was very convenient for seeing the city. Only slight negative was that the beds were a little small for two.

When staying rooms there may be an additional local tax that will be charged directly by the hotel. I had stayed at several hotels in Japan before and if there was a local tax they charged it when registering. When leaving you dropped off your room card and left if you hadn’t charged anything to the hotel and didn’t want a receipt. Not here. The tax is not charged at checkin, perhaps because the hotel assumes guests will be making additional charges during their stay. Well that could apply to other hotels too. When I dropped off my room key to leave I was met with “Wait!’ as if I was trying to sneak out. I was then charged the tax. It was an unpleasant end to my stay. Let guests pay at the beginning as other hotels do.

When leaving you dropped off your room card and left if you hadn’t charged anything to the hotel and didn’t want a receipt. Not here. The tax is not charged at checkin, perhaps because the hotel assumes guests will be making additional charges during their stay. Well that could apply to other hotels too. When I dropped off my room key to leave I was met with “Wait!’ as if I was trying to sneak out. I was then charged the tax. It was an unpleasant end to my stay. Let guests pay at the beginning as other hotels do.

We were only there to literally sleep overnight. But I realized late in the evening that I had left my iPad at our Kyoto hotel. I went to the front desk to ask for help and they called the last hotel and explained the situation and gave them all the information to forward to our Tokyo hotel. So grateful for all their help. The room was great and the location was literally right next door to the train station so it was perfect for us. The only thing I’ll say is that the bed was a little hard.

Nice hotel in Kanazawa. Easy to access since it is right next door to the train station. Our room was big for Japan standards. We had two twin (slightly larger than twin) beds and a modular sofa that was transformed into a queen bed. Bathroom was great with a separate toilet room. Small kitchen given with all the features plus a small table with two chairs. It was like a perfect studio apartment. The only problem with this hotel is that it is not easy for tourists. Though you can easily get the bus loop to all the tourist sites, they are far away. However, the price was so reasonable it was worth it.

Very neat and clean hotel. Super value for money, right next to Kanazawa station as well: you can find a covered path through malls between the station and hotel, will not be bothered by rain. Unit is like a neat studio flat with everything you need.

This is a solidly good hotel that serves the purpose, is very roomy, and of course lacks the amenities of a 5 star hotel. It is a good value for the price, right next to the train station, so handy to everything. We were happy with our choice to stay there.

Very spacious room with kitchenette. Clean. Beds comfortable. Free breakfast for one was very good, though same everyday. Right next to Kanazawa Station which was very convenient. We could see the Shinkansens and other trains pulling into the station from my window. However, it was not noisy in the room. Would definitely stay here again if we come to Kanazawa..

Everything looks nice , the only issue is when booking the reservation it says breakfast included and when we check in they say it’s only included for 1 guest. And I made a reservation for 3 guests. It should be included for all the guests in the reservation if you are claiming that breakfast is included.

The room in the hyatt house hotel is super. It’s spacious, very clean and quiet enough (you can hear the trains though, but not that loud). We enjoyed the free drinks in the lobby. However, we didn’t enjoy breakfast. After many days of having a japanese style breakfast during our journey, we were looking forward to a western style breakfast, one of the reasons why we chose a western style hotel. We missed granola, fresh fruits, different types of cheese, fried or boiled eggs, the opportunity to make toast, good coffee (there is an espresso machine but they turn it off at breakfast time), lukewarm water for tea, etcetera. Furthermore there was a very long waiting line of approximately 15 metres. The flow of the breakfast buffet was not thought out well. The breakfast space was too small for the amount of people wanting to have breakfast.

Perfect for families! The hotel is located right next to Kanazawa Station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very helpful. The only downside is that the laundry machines in the hotel were not clean and lacked a tub-cleaning function (which is usually standard for washing machines in Japan), making me hesitate to use them. However, there is a coin laundromat about an 8-minute walk from the hotel.

Simply one of the best hotels of our entire trip. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having the extra conveniences of a Hyatt House made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff was welcoming, and breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic. You're close to the train and bus stations, shopping centers, a movie theater, and plenty of good food, so getting around couldn't be easier. What really stayed with me, though, was waking up and looking out at Kanazawa. There's something beautiful about this city that made us want to slow down and stay longer. We genuinely did not want to leave. I would return to Kanazawa in a heartbeat, and when I do, Hyatt House will be my first choice. Sometimes a hotel just fits a destination perfectly, and for us, this one did.
