家族7人で利用させていただきましたがお部屋も広く、清掃も行き届いていてとても快適でした。徒歩5分の駐車場も空いていてよかったです。部屋着とタオル掛けがあると更に良かったです。しかしこの価格でしたら大変満足で、次の機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

沙發是壞掉的，廁所很冷，沒有電梯。餐具都是塑膠製品，不確定是否能用來微波，熱水壺的內膽是塑膠的，不確定是否能加熱，不敢用來煮水，怕喝下去的都是塑膠水。隔音很差，根本就睡不好，再次來訪臨空城的話，不會考慮住這間，設備跟離車站的距離都不優。

The place was comfortable and near the Kansai airport. For those who are staying with a car, do inform them in advance so that they can allocate you the only slot next to the house. Also as per what others had reviewed, be prepared to carry up your luggages from the steps if you are staying at the second floor

It was 15 mins walk from the nearest station. It was dark and we got lost. 😅 Also the wall was so thin. We were able to hear everything what the outside people said at the car park next to the house. It was at 5am and someone opened the car door, started the engine and even we heard the GPS navigation voice. (GPS system in Japanese). We could not sleep thanks to those local people who left home for work such an early morning. The guests of the building were all very quiet but we were able to hear all noises from outside and everything what the people said outside of the room. The room was spacious, had a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and even a washing machine! Big bathroom was a bonus! We really love the room but the location was a bit far for us walking with two suitcases…the wall of the house was too thin I thought. What a pity…

部屋が綺麗だったので皆んなとても喜んでくれました。ベッドも畳みも綺麗で冷蔵庫も電子レンジ　洗濯機もあり皿スプーンフォークもあり近くにはコインランドリーで乾燥機がかけれて良かったです。とても過ごしやすかったです。ボディシャンプーのケースがあれば良かったです。又使いたいです。

自助check in/out很方便。房間乾淨，備品齊全。唯一的缺點就是加床的床鋪和被子太薄，睡覺會冷，暖氣開強的話，聲音非常大。對沒有加床的旅客來說，就完全不影響。

We opted to walk to the property from Rinku Town station. It was easy to get to and a good chance to stretch out legs after long hours of flying. Everything was clean and tidy.

Stayed for 1 night to rush to airport early morning. Place is not near train station. Therefore price is lower. Stayed on 1st floor. Very thin celing and walls. Elephant stomping above, through out the late night. And Doors slamming.. What's worst is the frosted window let in all the night light every time a car drive pass... a simple curtain will have help alot... Toilet area.... Don't even have any place to hang towel or hand towel. U can either leave it on the floor or on the toilet bowl or in the sink.. Futon is too thin. Luckily an "extra" one is available to own self roll out. Finally, the shiny exit light.. light up the whole room with no way to turn off. U get a blinding green exit light in your eyes when you try to sleep... All in all. Ignoring the distance, There is zero thoughts put into the room that is been hosted out... Place is good if you don't mind all the above mentioned inconvenience and noise and light.

Absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean airbnb with 4 apartments in small building. Normal suburban street to walk around in morning. 10 minutes from airport and we could go straight to bed. Perfect. The exit sign is a problem though. Far too bright in a bedroom. luckily we all had eye masks. Futons might be a bit hard for some people. Beds were firmish too but very comfy. Mattress toppers are not a thing here

お部屋は快適で良かったです。ただ蚊が部屋の中にいて全然寝れなかったのが残念です。虫除けのスプレーとかがあれば良かったですね。フロントが無いので直ぐに対応してもらえないところが残念でした😭 あとお風呂の脱衣場に着替えをおく台かカゴが欲しかったです。空港利用の前泊で利用したのですが近くて良かったです😊また利用したいです。

Beautiful apartment. Convenient location to airport. Check in was difficult because we were on an international overnight layover and our phones did not work. I did not have the code to get in and had to call, which probably cost us a lot of $ and even then, it was hard to hear our host giving us directions bc cell service was poor.

The space was way larger than we expected. The place was beautiful and so clean. Pretty close to two different train stations which was fantastic. The host left instructions on how to use the bath (pre-fill option was great) and other tips for the city. Nice quiet neighborhood and a vending machine right across the street was super useful too! 10/10 would stay again.

The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable.10-minute walk to Rinku Town station and lots to do over there! Shopping and dining options abundant (Get off at Rinku town station instead of Izumisano station). It was rainy when we arrived early at the apartment. They were so nice to let us store our luggages in the room well before check-in time. Thank you so much, we had an excellent stay here.

Nice stay that is close to KIX! Staff was also very easy to communicate with and had helped with every step of the way. I greatly appreciate them for being so responsive!

The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable.10-minute walk to Rinku Town station and lots to do over there! Shopping and dining options abundant (Get off at Rinku town station instead of Izumisano station). It was rainy when we arrived early at the apartment. They were so nice to let us store our luggages in the room well before check-in time. Thank you so much, we had an excellent stay here.

The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable.10-minute walk to Rinku Town station and lots to do over there! It was 15 mins walk from the nearest station. It was dark and we got lost. 😅 Also the wall was so thin. We were able to hear everything what the outside people said at the car park next to the house. It was at 5am and someone opened the car door, started the engine and even we heard the GPS navigation voice. (GPS system in Japanese). We could not sleep thanks to those local people who left home for work such an early morning. The guests of the building were all very quiet but we were able to hear all noises from outside and everything what the people said outside of the room. The room was spacious, had a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and even a washing machine! Big bathroom was a bonus! We really love the room but the location was a bit far for us walking with two suitcases…the wall of the house was too thin I thought. What a pity…

The area is quiet and a convenient store was about a 10 mins walk away. We were looking for something close to the airport for an early flight out of Osaka but I wouldn't recommend staying here and communicating to Dotonbori or to other surrounding area of Osaka as it is a far drive. The place is spacious and had enough beds for our family of 5. Overall great location if you're looking for something close to KIX airport.

客房內整體環境非常滿意，可是沒有即棄拖鞋，擔心細菌感染，所以沒有使用。被安排的客房在二樓，由於沒有電梯，以及我們到達的時間比較夜，因此出現兩個問題 1. 找了一個小時也找不到泊車的地方，若打算處這裡的話，必須提早預約附近的泊車位 2. 不方便搬運大件或較重的行李 3. 建議當天提早check in，不要到了附近才check in，因為check in的平板在室內。如果你沒有data又或者手機沒有電的話，根本不可能在check in 攞密碼入屋

Staying at this apartment was incredibly convenient for our connection to Kansai Airport, as the location is perfect for a stress-free departure. The apartment itself was very large, clean, and comfortable, providing a much more spacious feel than a typical hotel. It comes fully furnished with a kitchen, microwave, and fridge right in the room, and the large bathroom even includes a washing machine, which is a great bonus for travelers. While the contactless check-in and check-out process was very easy and efficient, it was worth noting that I found it difficult to contact the host directly. I was also unsure if there was a dedicated parking lot for the building, though the general convenience and quality of the room made up for the communication gap. Overall, it is an excellent choice for anyone needing a comfortable and well-equipped home base near the airport.

沙發是壞掉的，廁所很冷，沒有電梯。餐具都是塑膠製品，不確定是否能用來微波，熱水壺的內膽是塑膠的，不確定是否能加熱，不敢用來煮水，怕喝下去的都是塑膠水。隔音很差，根本就睡不好，再次來訪臨空城的話，不會考慮住這間，設備跟離車站的距離都不優。
