Beautiful luxury hotel with several pools - good restaurants and right on the beach. 15 mins walk to Bangla rd and shopping area. Loved the infinity pool.

Net buiten het feestgedruis Modern en strak hotel vlak aan zee Dit hotel heeft stijlvolle kamers ze zijn niet heel groot maar wel gezellig, badkamer is functioneel maar niet groot, wel een fijne inloopdouche. Op de kamer is een kluisje en een klein koelkastje. Het hotel was heerlijk schoon. Om de 3 dag krijg je schone lakens, en iedere dag schone handdoeken. Helaas zaten wij aan de achterkant van het hotel, waar je directe inkijk in de kamer heb van een ander hotel Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en een ruime zitgelegenheid zowel binnen als buiten. Het zwembad loopt door de gehele tuin, en er staan genoeg bedjes en stoelen, ook is er een handoek-servies. Aan de voorkant van het hotel is ook nog een bijbehorende beach club waar je vrij gebruik van kan maken. Op het strand voor het hotel worden strandbedjes verhuur, 200 Baht voor 2 bedjes en een parasol. Het hotel zit op loopafstand van veel eetgelegenheden en bars Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de taxi-service van en naar het locale vliegveld, dit is prima geregeld. Tenslotte, het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpen waar ze kunnen En hotel manager Ben is erg betrokken en geef goede adviezen, waarvoor nog dank 🙏

Beautiful beach front hotel in the quiet but accessible area of Patong Beach. Best breakfast buffet, good hotel activities (e.g. yoga, muai thai), beautiful rooms and friendly & helpful hotel staff. What else can you ask for. All this while also being just 5 mins walk to the busier shopping and food scene of Patong.

Really well run and organised hotel. We had a Family Room and our 5 and 2 year old kids loved the themed room, and they enjoyed the respite of the kids club. Was good to have two options of where to eat breakfast as meant each restaurant was not overflowing with people

Fantastic venue and would definitely recommend anyone to stay . Staff were friendly and helpful and the infinity pool overlooking patong beach across the street was fantastic . My only suggestion would be for the staff to align on the acceptable payment methods poolside rather than conflicting each other. Otherwise a wonderful stay all around .

The hotel is new. Well maintained. But the walls are thin. That means you’ll hear flush go off, a bathroom slam or a chair move like it’s happening right in your own room! People come back at odd hours and to have a door slam is unnerving and disturbing. Two, the hotel was operating at full capacity and the staff did all they could, but I’ve never been told that the pool deck was full. Luckily for us the beach right next door. If you can deal with these two little bugbears then you’re at a great place that’s new and has the best hotel pillows.

This is a beautiful hotel close to the beach. It has clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and professional. Excellent house cleaning. The breakfast is very good. The food at the restaurant is good, and so are the drinks. It offers a lovely ambiance and a relaxing environment despite being busy. This was our second time there, and we are confident we will book it again should we find ourselves in the area.

Very very poor housekeeping. Room not cleaned until 6 pm despite leaving the housekeeping green light on since 830 am. Called again for service at 330pm and finally I went to the front desk to request for housekeeping. Amazing and never ever staying in this hotel.

Four Points Sheraton Patong is a wonderful escape into luxury. Comfortable luxurious room, clean and quiet. Across the street from the beach, two pools on site as well as small fitness centre and restaurants is all you will need for a great holiday. An easy stroll to the party streets and shopping while allowing you to return to a peaceful sleep. The breakfast buffet is massive with numerous options. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your trip perfect.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was below standard—stains on the carpet and dust in several areas. The room also had very poor air circulation, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. Room and hotel was very humid. Most concerning, I was charged unexpected fees and, despite multiple attempts, was unable to get a refund or clear explanation. While the staff was polite, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously, as the property has potential but currently lacks the quality and transparency guests deserve.

modern hotel with excelent breakfast, however the room selection is confusing, pictures of rooms are mixed and many rooms are in ground floor with no views, no sunlight and posibility to open window, only few rooms are with balcony.

We expected alot more The ocean view roooms are underneath the resturant that has bbq on the evenings, the smoke hits you strong. Rooms need a bit update The staff were ok, nothing special.

We stayed for three nights and liked everything about this property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious (with a balcony), the bathroom was great and the water pressure in the shower was good. There are two locations to have breakfast, we tried them both and were impressed by the variety of foods offered and the quick and efficient service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Bangla Road, but close enough to easily walk there. We would certainly stay here again.

Nice location with close proximity to the beach. I really enjoy pool lounge. Our room was with balcony, I would recommend to have this one to enjoy sea view, bed was very comfortable and service was outstanding. This is probably one of the best price value hotel on the Patong Beach.

Great modern rooms, convenient location right opposite the beach, located at a quieter part of Patong but still walking distance into the centre. Staff are amazing, so helpful. The corridors at the hotel are long and traffic of people walking through can at times be a bit annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor

Pretty happy with the stay. Staff friendly, cheerful and helpful. Your breakfast rocks! Keep up the good work. Rooms, specially the ocean view ones need noise fix. You may want to replace the current glass door set up with something of better quality.

The hotel is new. Well maintained. But the walls are thin. That means you’ll hear flush go off, a bathroom slam or a chair move like it’s happening right in your own room! People come back at odd hours and to have a door slam is unnerving and disturbing. Two, the hotel was operating at full capacity and the staff did all they could, but I’ve never been told that the pool deck was full. Luckily for us the beach right next door. If you can deal with these two little bugbears then you’re at a great place that’s new and has the best hotel pillows.

Front the moment Sugar checked me in at the front desk to the every moment of interactions I've had with all staff members of this hotelthey we all very Warm and Sincere. They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation. The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick. My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort for two nights, paying over $500 per night, largely because of the stunning infinity pool overlooking Patong Beach — which is one of the property’s main selling points. Unfortunately, on our second day the pool was closed as early as 3:00 PM due to a private Valentine’s event organized by the hotel. As paying guests, we were the ones who ended up bearing the inconvenience, losing access to the very facility we chose this hotel for. We were not informed about this in advance, neither during booking nor at check-in. When we approached the staff to request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the disruption to our stay, the response felt dismissive. We were offered a coupon for a soft drink, which was completely inadequate considering the price we paid and the impact on our experience. Hosting private events is understandable, but it should not come at the expense of hotel guests without prior notice or fair compensation — especially at this price level. For a premium property under an international brand, we expected much better service, transparency, and guest care. Very disappointing experience.

We had a nice stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Phuket. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally kind and service-oriented. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—though the experience was a bit overwhelming at first. The lobby was extremely crowded, which surprised us, especially considering it was supposed to be the low season. It turns out the hotel—and Phuket in general—was packed during our stay. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it did impact the overall atmosphere. The breakfast was truly outstanding. The variety of food offered was impressive, and there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice using fresh fruits and vegetables—something I’ve never seen in a hotel before. A definite highlight! Due to the unexpected crowds and some unfavorable weather, we decided to cut our vacation short. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel agreed to refund us for the two nights we wouldn’t be staying. This gesture was not only unexpected but deeply appreciated and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. We also used the gym, which was well-equipped and more than sufficient for a good workout. I want to give a special mention to Anna, whom we met during breakfast. Despite the high volume of guests, she listened to our concerns with genuine attention and ensured we received a prompt and considerate response. Her professionalism and warmth stood out and made a big difference in our experience.

This is our 2nd time staying here, this time for our wedding anniversary. Everyone is so happy & helpful. Nothing is ever too hard. Everywhere you go is spotless, the breakfast & food overall is great and the pool bar is always so much fun. A special mention for Moe she is absolutely wonderful, the most hard working, helpful lady whose energy is contagious and motivates other staff. She has a gift with people & always brings a smile to our face. We recommend to stay here.

We had a very nice stay at the Sheraton Four Points Phuket. We chose this hotel because of its fantastic location and it lived up to our expectations. Having Patong Beach across the street was fabulous. The crossing guard to assist getting across the busy street safely was amazing. We love the infinity pool with beach view as well. The hotel is close enough to the nightlife but far enough away to not feel too crazy. The food that we had at the hotel was very good as well. Our room was comfortable. The hotel is a bit loud so I needed to sleep with ear plugs but overall it was a great stay. I also very much appreciate the availability of a shower and a nice big bathroom to get ready in after checkout since we had a late flight. We were able to enjoy the last day of amenities and then prepare for our long flight home. The concierge team was excellent helping us with taxis to our various restaurant reservations during the week. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I would have really liked to say excellent about this hotel, as everything was perfect! But unfortunately I got food poisoning from room service, thankfully it was only me and not my husband and daughter too. I lost almost two days of my holiday with my daughter who lives in South Korea and who I hadn’t seen for 6 months and don’t know when I’ll see her next! And the hotel just offered me a herbal tea 🙈

Extrem gutes Frühstücksbuffet! Wir sind Foodies und haben im 4-5 Sterne Niveau schon fast die ganze Welt bereist. So etwas wie dieses Buffet habe ich selten gesehen. Viel Abwechslung innerhalb der Sections und sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Ständig wird nachgefüllt. Service ebenfalls top! Cafespez. heiß oder on ice, Sirup etc. Europ. Teil des Buffets (Wurst, Käse, Schinken, Salate, verschiedenes Brot, glutenfr. Teil) sehr gut, vergleichsweise leicht schwächer als der Rest. Dieser ist aber mehr als mega und ähnelt von der Auswahl her eher einem 90 Dollar -Brunch in Las Vegas: Verschiedenste Omelette und Eierspeisen live zubereitet., z.B.pochierte Eier mit Krabbencurrysauce auf einer Minibreze (!). Indische section z.B.mit Samosas, Chapati, live Dosa-Cooking (!) French-Toast live cooking mit ca. 10 Toppings. Middle-Eastern mit Hummusvarianten, Baba Ganoush, etc. Eine extra Station mit täglich wechselnden Specials (Ramen, südthail. Hühnchenspiesse Gaeng Galai, südthail. Nudelgericht mit Currytoppings Khanom Jeen, Wraps des Tages von Shawarma-Wrap bis Caesars-Salad-Wrap). Zahlreiche Thai-Gerichte von Mittel-bis südthailändisch: Currys, Reisgerichte, viel Fisch, Pad Krapao, usw. Hotel was nice. Staff friendly, beautiful amenities, well maintained. However if you do stay here DO NOT GET THE ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! They have you order off of separate menus that are limited. Or, you can use the normal option but the colored dots next to it indicate how much more you will be paying. As an all-inclusive package member you can order one thing from the menu at lunch and two things at dinner. The only buffet is breakfast as the others are not for all inclusive guests. There’s only two brick and mortar restaurants at the hotel and depending on the day of the week as an all inclusive package holder you can be denied entry to one of the restaurants as it is for paying customers only. Depending on what country you are traveling from it is cheaper for you to pay for everything out of pocket! Overall hotel is beautiful, but save yourself money and the drag of having to eat the same few things by SKIPPING the all inclusive package.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is excellent. I paid for an all-inclusive. When I checked in, they gave me a stack of coupons for lunch and dinner. I found the coupons seem to have cheap in debt and it was very inconvenient to use them. Since they have you in the computer system, why do you need to carry around these sheets of paper coupons. One evening at their restaurant I wanted to order more than what it was included in my all inclusive. It turned into such a hassle to do so it really made me not want to go back to the nice restaurant that they have there. Other than that, this is a very nice hotel. I’m not opposed to going back to this hotel again however I will look at some other hotels before I choose.

No shuttle to Old Town; bartender at swim up bar was slow (made my piña colada and didn’t pour in glass but left it forgotten - in front of me - for at least 10 minutes!) and didn’t know how to mix a Martini. Other than these, the place was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating

Very good location, nice pool, a big breakfast with a lot of variety, gym was pretty equipped, room was big enough and clean. We ordered a dinner included but we didn’t know that it should be on the same restaurant (sears and co) everyday, then we wanted to cancel because we didn’t know that the dinner is not a buffet and we need to eat in the same restaurant for five days, but the staff said it’s impossible…

Overall not worth the money I paid. I was not shown all the amenities in the property, I had to find myself. Starting from gym, the bicycles were not working properly, keep turning off. Getting to levels 2 and above were confusing, and had to walk long to find elevators. My room was in the 4th floor, the window opened to othe building balcony so not much privacy. 2 main issues I had were, 1. At 0815 in the morning, cleaning crew were coming and opening the storages right behind my room, every few rooms has this storage, and taking out bins and vacuum and other equipments with loud noises. Throughout the day, they leave theses equipments and dirty towels in the bins in the narrow hallway till like 5 pm with traffic passing by, so if you have a guest, it is embarrassing. 2. I had a incident when I went to eat in their breakfast buffet located at the back building. There were only 2 people sitting there. The kitchen staff were mostly very young males in early 20s. One of them walked behind me for few minutes and as I was going to get sitted, he cleared his throat/coughed, and a lot of secretion i heared coming out. This happened right next to the open dishes, right after the oatmeal bowl. I immediately left and ate somewhere else. I reported this, and asked why a kitchen employee walk behind a customer and clear his throat right next to his ear? They said they looked at camera and the staff covered his mouth. I didnt see but I highly doubt that was the case. Overall poor
