Cordella in Montalcino Wine Resort

I need a refund. Link they sent to check-in is in Italian. No english opt. I have to translate it w/ my other phone. Web page was slow and would freeze. I confirmed my check in, no room number nor code was sent back & instructions. No receptionist. Everything is online w/ very bad webpage. People at the place didn't help nor speak english while we were figuring out how to get to our room. We were all tired from the drive. We ended up renting another place close by w/ receptionist that speaks English. Very bad experience w/ this place.

Great host

Very nice place to visit and stay with integration of the wineyard, restaurant, rooms. But the great point is definitely the joyful presence of Aldo and his delicious food, made with family's heritage touch.

One of the best places we stayed for one night , the host (owner and chef) was very friendly and the food he cooked was amazing - one of the best meals we had in the 3 weeks we stayed in Italy. Getting there by car was convenient but no easy to find. Once you are there the place is amazing and the food just great!

Beautiful place, the view is amazing. So quiet. The water of the pool was lovely. We stayed for 2 nights and at one of the night we ate in the restaurant of the hotel and the food was so tasty. We definitely go back if I have the occasion.
