This hotel is wonderful!! Fabulous location (basically on the lake), delightful ambience, great room and bathroom with all the luxuries, easy walkability to restaurants, grocery stores, and Como shopping. The only downside is if you are driving the parking is a bit tricky. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is in a historical building, one block from the lake and docks, lots of stairs, so if accesibility is important, look somewhere else, this is a very charming place to stay, we had a room with lake view (partial), and it was spacious and well decorated, staff very attentive and overall a very nice experience to stay in Como.

La chambre était annoncée "vue sur le lac", on l'entrevoit par la fenêtre, mais ce n'es PAS vue sur le lac, on est en 3ème ligne ! L'accueil est froid, le petit déjeuner à peine correct,la chambre est petite, la déco de la chambre vieillotte, pas de vue sur lac, 2 étages sans ascenseur avec les valises. Alors pour compenser, les robinets sont dorés bling-bling, on vous prête un fer à friser (qui gène sur le charriot de la salle de bain) et la TV est ultra-plate et en miroir... Cela ne vaut certainement pas les 600€ que j'ai payés !

It is a great gem along the Como lakefront. Surrounded by nice patio restaurants. I recommend it highly for a family of 2 or 3. It’s a bit difficult to find but that’s what makes it charming.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, room décor beautiful and comfortable, architecture and design thoughtful and interesting. Breakfast buffet was sparse, yet what was available was arranged nicely. The lobby has a very fresh smell, which is undoubtedly a diffuser. Unfortunately, the scent that was in our room was quite strong. A suggestion might be to reduce the intensity of the fragrance. Overall this is an extremely well done hotel with many special touches which make you feel pampered!

O local fica bem localizado. As instalações sao boas. Mas o atendimento do Dário péssima. Primeiro ficou enviando mensagem para saber o horário que chegaríamos, sendo que seria até as 19h00 e isto começou as 15h00. Segundo deu um quarto com dois lances de escada. Péssimo. Falou do problema da água quente. Queria saber exatamente o horário que iríamos tomar café da manhã. Não orientou em nada aonde poderia estacionar. Se incomodou com as malas. Após mais de 15 dias de férias. Desprezível. Tanto que mudamos de hotel no dia seguinte.

Completely over priced for a room overlooking the alley with trash bins. Dark and dreary room. Pictures were deceiving. Staff was kind but would never stay near this part of town again. Tourist trap.

This is an outstanding place to stay! The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed. It’s right in the heart of Como by the water but the rooms are above and back from the street, so it’s very quiet. The service was impeccable, too. We will be back!

Love the design and ambience, the details are just amazing, definitely worth the price of the room, it is just gorgeous. I loved it. Highly recommended. I took my family of four with two kids and we got two rooms that were kind of connected and it was really really nice and super luxurious. The walls and all the details, the roof, the bathrooms, the bed all the accessories just a very thoughtful hotel room. It was just very cozy. The bathroom was just so beautiful. There was a hair, straightener, hairdryer, comb comb brush. Hair curler, the service over there is just so thoughtful. The front lady is just so friendly and nice. it was just amazing experience. I wish we had stayed there longer, but we had a very few days in italy. Will be coming in soon.

Suites&Atelier Lake Como , by far one of the best vacation stay within a vacation. We felt welcome. Our room had a Lakeview 😁. Breakfast on site. All the restaurant were in walking distance.

This was our first time visiting the beautiful Lake Como and we could not have picked a more fabulous place to stay for three nights. I highly recommend this charming place. Everything was delightful from the morning breakfast to the helpfulness of the staff.

Place was good but check in and information available was very poor. Advertised as manned reception 7.00 am to 7.00pm not true. We were contacted to ask our checkin time and we said our eta was around 3.00 pm. We were then hassled because we hadn't arrived by 3.00. Our train was delayed. Enough stress travelling in a foreign country without being hassled about checking in at a specific time. The lady responsible for breakfast was lovely and helpful. Checkout was equally disappointing.

The hotel is in a historical building, one block from the lake and docks, lots of stairs, so if accesibility is important, look somewhere else, this is a very charming place to stay, we had a room with lake view (partial), and it was spacious and well decorated, staff very attentive and overall a very nice experience to stay in Como.

It is a great gem along the Como lakefront. Surrounded by nice patio restaurants. I recommend it highly for a family of 2 or 3. It’s a bit difficult to find but that’s what makes it charming.

Suites&Atelier Lake Como , by far one of the best vacation stay within a vacation. We felt welcome. Our room had a Lakeview 😁. Breakfast on site. All the restaurant were in walking distance.

This was our first time visiting the beautiful Lake Como and we could not have picked a more fabulous place to stay for three nights. I highly recommend this charming place. Everything was delightful from the morning breakfast to the helpfulness of the staff.

La chambre était annoncée "vue sur le lac", on l'entrevoit par la fenêtre, mais ce n'es PAS vue sur le lac, on est en 3ème ligne ! L'accueil est froid, le petit déjeuner à peine correct,la chambre est petite, la déco de la chambre vieillotte, pas de vue sur lac, 2 étages sans ascenseur avec les valises. Alors pour compenser, les robinets sont dorés bling-bling, on vous prête un fer à friser (qui gène sur le charriot de la salle de bain) et la TV est ultra-plate et en miroir... Cela ne vaut certainement pas les 600€ que j'ai payés !

Rooms were amazing, clean and decorated lovely. The addition of ghd straighteners and curlers was great! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety. Would highly recommend

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, room décor beautiful and comfortable, architecture and design thoughtful and interesting. Breakfast buffet was sparse, yet what was available was arranged nicely. The lobby has a very fresh smell, which is undoubtedly a diffuser. Unfortunately, the scent that was in our room was quite strong. A suggestion might be to reduce the intensity of the fragrance. Overall this is an extremely well done hotel with many special touches which make you feel pampered!

It was a magical experience staying here I stayed in two rooms intentionally the two nights I stayed. One room the 1st night the Chinoiserie to enjoy the bathtub. The second night the Leopard room to enjoy the artistic layout of the room. To my surprise it also had a nice bathtub as well. My sister and I had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious and very filling. So many varies high quality options. The space has a way about it in how the light comes in and I even loved the slithered view from the balcony of the lake between old bricks of the neighboring estates. I felt like I was looking back in time. How peaceful and quiet it was compared to the busy main street right by the lake. Literally just 1-2min walk to the lake. Perfectly located towards all transportation and the ferry. I will certainly come back here again 😍. My sister and I were here for a wedding and I hope to return again to explore around the lake more deeply. Staff were so polite and helpful. There is air conditioning as we were there in August which were very useful.

Photos online set higher expectations of view, size, and atmosphere. Cold showers left us wanting better amenities. Interior decorator did amazing job. Elevators are needed for travelers on third floor with spiral stairs and heavy luggage making it a challenge.

So glad I chose this gem! The location, away from the hustle & bustle—very quiet. The room was spacious with high ceilings & a beautiful bathroom & clean. Breakfast was quite a spread! Staff were professional & friendly. Hope to return someday.

We had such a lovely stay here. Room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was a great demonstration of how more is not better - we loved it. Highly recommend!
