Convenient location for using as a base for exploring around Lake Maggiore if you have a car (free parking, but don't expect any lake views, it's on a main road with lots of big stores), while also close to Milan Malpensa Airport. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, room good standard. Breakfast good, although only a small proportion of it is self service (you have to ask for certain items). Spa available for 10EUR per person per day (from 5pm), however didn't try it. Hotubs on roof free and open most the day. Overall a good hotel to use a base.

I found this hotel to be perfect for us that was traveling through Italy. It's position is 4km away from the beautiful Arona and it's very convenient to park and just spend the night.

Das Bett war ziemlich hart und die Kissen niedrig. Die gut gefahrene Hauptstraße geht direkt am Hotel vorbei, so dass man das Fenster eher nicht aufmacht. Das schlimmste ist aber, daß das Hotel im Handelsgebiet liegt. Ein Urlaubsfeeling kommt so eher nicht auf was uns am meisten gestört hat. Fastfoodrestaurants und Möbelhäußer sind eben nicht der Flair den man erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstückangebot ist breit aber nicht tief. Es gibt Obst aus der Dose, div. Kellogsprodukte, 2 Kuchen, Marmelade, Honig, Yogurt. Im Wurstbereich gibt es ausschließlich Schinken und es gibt eine Käseart. Brot gibt es in Form kleiner einheitlicher heller Brötchen und als Toast. Variationen gibt es leider keine. Gerade in einer obstreichen Region hätte ich mehr erwartet. Auch im Wurst oder Käse Bereich ist Vielfalt nicht vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Die Leute super nett sofern man englisch oder italienisch kann. Was ich der ganzen Region anlasten muß, ist dass man als Salat oder Liebhaber der guten Italienischen Küche im Stich gelassen wird und die Fahrt, Eintritts und Parkpreise exorbitant hoch sind.

Leider sehr laut. Vorne eine stark befahrene Straße, hinten zwei Bahnlinien. Bei den Güterzügen hatten wir das Gefühl der Zug fährt durch das Zimmer.

Douche un peu petite, porte du cabinet de toilette pas forcément idéale. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir se servir soi même des viennoiseries est une excellente chose, ça évite le gaspillage que l'on peut voir si souvent. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Ligger i et ikke så spændende område men rigtigt fint som base. Hvis du ikke har transport (bil, motorcykel) vil jeg ikke anbefale det. Super service. Lidt for lydt på værelset.

Das Bett war ziemlich hart und die Kissen niedrig. Die gut gefahrene Hauptstraße geht direkt am Hotel vorbei, so dass man das Fenster eher nicht aufmacht. Das schlimmste ist aber, daß das Hotel im Handelsgebiet liegt. Ein Urlaubsfeeling kommt so eher nicht auf was uns am meisten gestört hat. Fastfoodrestaurants und Möbelhäußer sind eben nicht der Flair den man erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstückangebot ist breit aber nicht tief. Es gibt Obst aus der Dose, div. Kellogsprodukte, 2 Kuchen, Marmelade, Honig, Yogurt. Im Wurstbereich gibt es ausschließlich Schinken und es gibt eine Käseart. Brot gibt es in Form kleiner einheitlicher heller Brötchen und als Toast. Variationen gibt es leider keine. Gerade in einer obstreichen Region hätte ich mehr erwartet. Auch im Wurst oder Käse Bereich ist Vielfalt nicht vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Die Leute super nett sofern man englisch oder italienisch kann. Douche un peu petite, porte du cabinet de toilette pas forcément idéale. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir se servir soi même des viennoiseries est une excellente chose, ça évite le gaspillage que l'on peut voir si souvent. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Chambre propre. Le gros problème c’est la literie matelas en fin de vie , on s’enfonce c’est horrible. Dommage car le personnel est aux petits soins et le petit déjeuner très bon et varié .

Booked this hotel the same night we got there due to cancelled flight and staff were great, we rang up before we booked to check we could check in and they confirmed they would be there all night. The room was ready within 10 minutes of us arriving, nice room, balcony, comfy double bed, lovely shower and reasonably sized room. The rooftop we spent a long time on as we had a late flight on the last day, the day loungers are super comfy and there’s hot tubs up there too. Nice chilled town, lots of lovely restaurants along the same road, the lake nearby is very nice with a beach club/ restaurant on the water’s edge. The breakfast included in the stay was amazing, lots of options from eggs to pancakes to yogurt to cereal, staff were attentive too.
