Muito bem localizado, próximo da Estação Central. Quarto e banheiro com ótimo tamanho. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã muito bom, com frutas fresca, sucos naturais e múltiplos tipos de pães e bolos.

I would have otherwise definitely given 4–5 stars, but in my opinion it was completely unacceptable to directly ask the customer for a 10% tip on top of the room rate. I travel a lot, and this has never happened anywhere in the world before. It left a really bad impression because of this. The hotel itself was very clean and just a few minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale railway station. If you don’t mind being asked to pay a 10% tip on top of the room rate at checkout, I can recommend the hotel.

O hotel é bom, porém o custo beneficio não compensou a estadia. A localização é razoável embora perto da estação central de Milão. Existem outros hotéis também proximos em ruas bem mais agradáveis. O nosso check-in foi trágico, pois nos colocaram em um quarto para hóspedes com necessidades especiais, com sanitario adaptado, o que nos causou transtornos. Conseguimos trocar de quarto depois de muita discussão. Não recomendo o hotel.
