This hotel was a good fit for us this week! I liked having their indoor pool all to myself, but the water was cold and was not 90 degrees as advertised. The manager was very kind however, and all of the staff were marvelous. The night clerk looked very sad and after I spoke to her for a few minutes, she confessed she was simply very tired. All other staff went out of their way to help us as I was in town to get dental surgery and I needed that level of TLC. When I returned from the dentist having had sedation, they brought out a wheelchair so I did not have to try to walk back up to my room. Very kind folks! All in all, a great stay and we will return again at the end of the summer so I can see my dentist again for the last part of my dental surgery treatments.
