Very clean - perfect location for what we needed. Well appointed and amenities were exactly as listed. Check in and out was easy and communication with host was prompt and friendly. Enjoyed our stay and the home. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

Very clean and roomy...didn't realize is was a duplex..little odd going around back to enter but worked out nice with little yard and table to enjoy outside and fenced in for privacy. Would stay there again.

The house was nice and clean and well furnished. The yard is typical Florida. Philip was very proactive and good to work with. The only issue I might have had is that the windows could not be opened for ventilation or in case of fire.
