We enjoyed this home very much, short walk to the beach less than 5 minutes, ate great food at wicked cantina, swordfish grill, found many shells on the island, two scoops had the best ice cream, and the kids loved the pool. Thank you for a great vacation!

It was just what we needed as a family. Very spacious for a family of four. Easy walk to the beach and a very quiet relaxing area by the pool. We will book this house for future stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Duncan Real Estate was extremely responsive to a couple of minor issues. They even brought us a brand new beach cart when we just asked for the one provided to be fixed. Side note: This unit has the BEST water pressure of any unit we’ve stayed at before. We would definitely love to book again in the future!
