I am a long-time Hilton Honors member and have typically not experienced anything to complain about. However, my experience with TRU by Hilton in Lehi was not what I would expect of the Hilton brand. I understand that TRU is a lower priced option among the Hilton brand hotels, but I still would have expected more than the experience we had. While the staff were friendly and professional, when we called to get some assistance with the in-room fridge, we were told by the front desk associate to just wait two hours and see if it was working. I understand he may have been busy at the time but I don't think it's unreasonable to say that in a half hour either he or one of the staff will come by to look at the fridge. I was able to fiddle with the fridge myself and got it to work by jiggling the cord a little. I was not happy with the lack of customer-service demonstrated by the hotel staff associate. I also want to make you aware of how unsafe the shower was in our room. It is a walk in shower and I nearly slipped and fell back when entering the shower. Since there are no treads or other materials to make the shower floor a little less slick, all of us had to hold on to the rails and slowly move to avoid slipping and sliding on to the floor. Please do something to address this safety issue. Generally speaking, our stay was fine but the front desk associate and unsafe shower leads me to question ever staying at another TRU hotel in the future
