A room soaked with the smell of cigarettes. And everywhere there are signs saying that smoking in the rooms is forbidden. A very strong smell of smoke. Additionally, the breakfast is typically Italian — for visitors from Northern and Central Europe, it’s completely unsuitable. On the plus side: the room is simple but clean. Towels are changed daily. Very friendly staff, fantastic and pleasant owners.

The room was well appointed and clean. A bit noisy as the road was busy due to the Giro coming though and there was no air-con. Breakfast was limited. We felt the whole town had seen better days but having said that, the hotel was renovating rooms.
