I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. Basically just a bed.

Beautiful apartment. Quiet and close to everything. Great amenities and helpful concierge. Make sure to reach out to the property owner for access code and room number ahead of time to avoid delays. Parking has to be scheduled ahead of time.

We like the convenient location with plenty of restaurants and parking nearby in walking distance. The apartment is clean and everything is in good condition. The amenities and toiletries provided are thoughtful.
