The property was easy to find. Check in was not difficult and the codes arrived after about 45 mins from booking. The room was very spacious and had the usual facilities needed. We were on the first floor and there was a lift available which was a big bonus. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best we have slept in on our travels. I would definitely recommend this property.

Everything about the property was very good. The only negative aspect was that the fire emergency alarm system was activated for no apparent reason in the early hours of the morning and there was no staff member on site to attend to it. I rang emergency to have the fire brigade investigate and deactivate.

** WITH PICS *** DISGUSTING BOWLS AND SPOONS... DIRTIEST ROOM SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS... If you come here... it's very likely you will end up cleaning the LEFTOVERS And wash dishes for the previous guests.... see for yourself !! Infact it made me wonder what was worst... the disgusting condition of the cutlery or the absolute APATHY of the staff despite repeated requests for a clean spoon or Mug!! At the end I had to clean the used cutlery of the previous guest so I could atlest feed my son and I was offered $15 and the lamest of apologies.... Don't look for a receptionist or a manager... you wont find one... even if u manage to speak to the cleaners they wont bat an eyelid.... And they called themselves a 4 Star 🌟 Hotel.... What a joke!!

The cleanliness was a quite disappointing being a new build. The window sill, bottom of wardrobe were very dusty and on the desk there was a sticky mess. I could see the bed had fresh linen BUT there was black hair in the bed and on the top as well as rubbish left under the bed edge. For the money we pay I personally think the housekeeping should be up to scratch.

TV didn't work, I think the remote was broken. Towels from the previous guests left on the bathroom floor, and a large amount of women's hair still in the sink. I've stayed here before without issue, not sure what happened this time.

I was surprised that this property had no reception. I booked thru wotif and then had to phone hotel to get access via keypad on front door to enter property and again for the room, tho that was easily dealt with over the phone in minutes. Very basic room, tho large in size No furniture except a king size bed and 1 tub chair. Bed was comfortable. Several eating establishments within driving distance. No phone or wifi reception in room.

The property was ok. The bed was terribly hard and today I have an extremely sore back. The shower had very little pressure and the towels offered were very small and you were unable to wrap yourself in the towel. The room was clean and I liked the fact that the codes were sent to my phone. It was an easy check in check out. I probably wouldn’t pay $161 a night again for the room.

Property was great, only downside was that the aircon made constant clicking noises so we couldn’t leave it on during the night. Made the room hot and stuffy so wasn’t great. Other than that was a really nice experience.

Love the check in anytime feature. 2am, no problem. Room needs a bit of maintenance, (the spout/mixer in the bathroom sink was loose and the tap handles in the shower were all pointing the wrong way. The water tasted heavily of chlorine. Minor details. Really liked the amount of power points and USB charging points in the room. Room was clean and well presented.

No power in my room - 5 attempts to have resolved without a return call from staff or maintenance personal. Resulted in finding alternate accommodation and demanding refund - No response after 4 days will be flagging fraudulent. The property was new and clean. However the check in process was pathetic. I booked on Hotels.com and when I arrived, you require a door code to enter the premises and your room. As the hotel does not have anyone who works there, you need to call a number that is listed on the door. Before they give you the codes, you are required to fill in a form on a link that is sent to you by text. When you have filled in the form, they text you the property and room codes. After waiting 15 minutes in the car park for the link for the form, I called back and they said that they were busy due to the fact that they had a lot of calls from different hotels. I finally received the codes 25 minutes after arriving at the hotel. Lucking, it wasn't raining. I would strongly suggest not staying here.

No staff on site, I arrived and called number on door to get access code to enter hotel and room, after 3 hours a stranger opened our door with the same code sent to him, he called hotel, hotel called me twice to ask who I was, then off site manager knocked on my door on 3 occasions asking for information on my booking, total disaster, very tired the next day. Would not recommend.

Property was a little out of the way & remote when arriving in the dark. In easy driving distance of the bowls club where we had excellent Chinese meal. Room was clean & there were bowls, cups, cutlery provided with a microwave. We arrived in the dark & left at daybreak. Great for an overnight stop between QLD & Vic. I couldn’t rate staff because there aren’t any on site.

A bit hard to get into as most the of the roads around are one way and you have to use roundabouts to double back to get into it. I’m fairly certain there must have been a small animal in my room prior to me as there was hair around the room and on the bed but it definitely wasn’t human. Otherwise a good place to stay overnight.

I am a wheelchair user. My wheelchair did not fit through the door to the room, and barely through the front door. No on-site staff was an issue. I had a medical emergency which other guests assisted me with. Due to this issue I nearly fell out of my wheelchair. It took several minutes before other guests found me and help me back to my bed. There was no food apart from the single vending machine in the lobby. The hot water was always out, and I was taking cold showers in an area with very low outside temperatures. I could not adjust the air conditioner temperature either.

Property was a little out of the way & remote when arriving in the dark. In easy driving distance of the bowls club where we had excellent Chinese meal. Room was clean & there were bowls, cups, cutlery provided with a microwave. We arrived in the dark & left at daybreak. Great for an overnight stop between QLD & Vic. I couldn’t rate staff because there aren’t any on site.

Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet air con. Great TV. Spacious room. Plenty of easy parking. Near highway, but very quiet inside. Plenty of food nearby.

The property was located close to a highway however it was very quiet. Property was a little out of the way with dining possibilities however we had a vehicle and it wasn’t an impost. Room was spacious, bed was firm which was a bonus and bathroom modern and also spacious.

Air conditioning not working, no one came to fix and it was freezing cold in the room. Blanket for bed was filthy, but I had to use it to keep warm. Very disappointing 😞

No reception at this hotel but self check in was very easy. Rooms were very good size, clean and quiet on the night we stayed over whilst travelling . In what seems an industrial area, so food etc not in close walking distance but we had our car so no issues . Not really a dine in restaurant area but quite a few fast foods , takeaways close by . Would stay again if needing an overnight stopover

The room was way too cold and the air conditioning could not be altered. It was locked in at 22 degrees which was not acceptable for winter temperatures. Furthermore, there was no spare blanket available to use to help. Would not recommend staying here in winter or colder months.

Convenient location. Room was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Slow self checkin, a further QR code scan and 6 step process was required to obtain front door and room codes. Which had a delay send. Wouldn't want to arrive late in the dark with this process.
