Do not stay here! The place was like a ghost town. Everything was shut down, the pool was drained, the jacuzzi was cold and nasty. Within 10 minutes of checking in we requested to leave because we had 3 boys excited to go swimming. They tried to force us to stay. They first said they could only refund if 'Dennis' came back, then said they couldn't refund because we paid by card, tried to trick us into signing the sales receipt and they even typed up a 'contract' promising to pay us back but in the fine print wrote "only if they agree to sign the sales receipt" which authorized them to take our money, not return it. They then told us to write down our bank account number and information. I would not trust these people! After a full hour of arguing and us refusing to sign the sales charge, they said they would only refund if we came back in person 3 days later (on a Monday). We ended up having to dispute charges through our bank and stayed at Bella Serena (Great experience there!). Our room also had a non working fridge, the bathroom door didn't close. I'm sure we would have noticed more if we had stayed more than 10 minutes and likely would have been charged extra for some bogus charge.

Lo único bueno es que tienes un oxxo cerca!. No respetan el precio con el que reservas…. bueno te toman el dólar a 21 ejemplo si tu reservación es en dólar $400 dlls te toman el dólar a 21 pero si pagas en dólar te lo toman en 16 respetaron el precio ya que yo exigí mis derechos, tienes que avisar con anticipación si quieres usar la alberca y el jacuzzi porque no los tienen prendidos, y un jacuzzi tarda 5-6 horas en calentarse …. así que desde que te levantes avisa que quieres usar las amenidades para que las prendan, La limpieza de el cuarto la debes de pedir en recepción sino no lo limpian Es la experiencia más desagradable que eh tenido en todo lo que tengo viajando!. Consejo!. si tu reservación es en dólar lleva dólares porque si quieres pagar en tarjeta que fue mi caso eran $1600 pesos más o menos de más !. por el tipo de cambio Y siempre pregunta cuánto te van a cobrar antes de entregar tu tarjeta porque no dan cifras !. muy trucha con eso!.
