Ev konforunda, temiz, içten ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Binanın ve bahçenin güzelliğine diyecek yok. Terasından bahçesine her yer dört dörtlüktü. Bahadır Bey ve ekibi bütün sıcaklıkları ve samimiyeti ile bizi çok güzel ağırladı. Akyaka'ya her gelişimizde gözümüz kapalı tercih edeceğimiz yer olacak Totelya Otel.

The hotel has a lovely garden to sit in and relax after a long day of swimming. The rooms were clean and had a view of the garden. The best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel, with home made jams, cakes, drinks plus more. The staff were incredibly polite and generous with our checking, and throughout our stay. They even came out to say goodbye.

Otel Akyaka mimarisinin özgün özelliklerini çok güzel bir şekilde yansıtıyor. Odalar küçük ancak şirin. Asıl güzellik otelin bahçesi ve insana dinginlik veren özel kahvaltısı. İnsan her sabaha bu şekilde başlamak istiyor. Otel, çarşının dışında, yolun üzerinde. Akyaka çarşısına yürüyerek 10 dakika. Ancak bu durum oteli daha da güzel kılıyor. Gürültü patırtı yok, arabanızı park edebileceğiniz yerler mevcut.

Gayet güzel bir tecrübe oldu. Otel temiz, çalışanlar ilgili, otelin iç tasarımı ve peyzajı çok güzel, terası deniz manzaralı. Halk plajına ve merkeze yürüyerek yakın. Kahvaltısından özel olarak bahsetmek istiyorum. Sırf kahvaltısı için gidilebilecek bir yer. Her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar geldiğimde yine burayı tercih edeceğim.

Ich hatte hier eine sehr erholsame Zeit. Das Hotel strahlt eine besondere Authentizität aus. Es ist kein einfaches, anonymes Hotel, dessen wirtschaftlichen Interessen spürbar im Vordergrund stehen. Der Hotelbesitzer selbst betreibt das Hotel mit einem kleinen sehr freundlichen Team. Im liegt es am Herzen, dass seine Gäste eine gute Zeit haben und das merkt man in allen Belangen. Insbesondere beim Frühstück, wo man zusätzlich zum gesunden Basisfrühstück mit immer mehr Köstlichkeiten überrascht wird, kümmert sich auch der Besitzer selbst um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste. Hat man mal genug von der Umgebung, kann man sich prima im Hotel selbst entspannen. Dafür gibt es diverse Rückzugsorte im Garten, auf dem riesigen Mittelbalkon, der Terrasse im Eingangsbereich oder der Dachterrasse, die sich auch hervorragend für morgentliche Yogasessions etc eignet :) Ich schreibe sonst ungern Rezensionen, aber meine durchweg positive Erfahrung wollte ich diesmal nicht für mich behalten. Ich habe jetzt eine feste Adresse in Akyaka. Und wer nicht auf der Suche nach einem Luxushotel ist, macht hier definitiv alles richtig.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, with a magnificent garden, located at the edge of the city of Akyaka, in a beautiful neighborhood of old Turkish style buildings, surrounded by pine trees and vegetation. For that alone it is worth it. Certainly, the rooms are somewhat small and have somewhat dated bathrooms, but that does not detract from the great stay. The breakfast is very abundant, varied and of excellent quality, full of details. And the best thing is the great attention of the owner who turns the room into a haven of tranquility and beauty.

Temizlik işlerini yapan bayanlar çok iyilerdi, her yer temiz sabun kokuyordu :) Gece 3'de çıkacağımız için bize ufak bi erzak hazırlayıp kapımıza bırakmış. Uyandığımızda gördük, ötesi yok. Ein sehr leidenschaftlicher Hotelbetreiber mit einer ebenso leidenschaftlichen und netten Dame namens Dilek, die das Haus gemeinsam schmeißen. Die Toiletten würden mal ne Sanierung gebrauchen aber ansonsten alles Top, vor allem das Frühstück, dass jeden Tag mit liebe zubereitet wurde.

Gayet keyifli bi konaklamaydı. Bahadır Bey çok kibar ve ilgili. Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok iyi reçelleri,marmelatları kendisi yapıyor. Bir de çilekli keki var ki bayıldım. Olumsuz tek yorumum banyo olacak. Gereçekten yenilenmeli. Onun dışında odalar ve genel alanlar tertemiz, bahçesi keyifli çiçek gibi mekan👌

Totalya Hotel was a great find, a beautiful building, clean and comfortable room, ours had a balcony. Also lots of comfortable seating areas including the rooftop balcony. The owner Bahadir and staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is truly amazing - it keeps on coming! We loved Totalya and would highly recommend.

Exceptional breakfast, all homemade, starts with usual Turkish breakfast with homemade bread ( such as olive sourdough) followed by individual extras - courgette fritters, potatoes, cheesy bread, sour cherry cake clementine sorbet ….Lovely communal areas and very helpful host. On the downside - there was traffic noise and very little room for clothes but overall excellent.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, with a magnificent garden, located at the edge of the city of Akyaka, in a beautiful neighborhood of old Turkish style buildings, surrounded by pine trees and vegetation. For that alone it is worth it. Certainly, the rooms are somewhat small and have somewhat dated bathrooms, but that does not detract from the great stay. The breakfast is very abundant, varied and of excellent quality, full of details. And the best thing is the great attention of the owner who turns the room into a haven of tranquility and beauty.

bahadir was amazing host from start to finish. The atmosphere he has created is unique the minute you walk in you start to relax. The breakfast served by his staff and himself is some of the best I have in Turkey. Such an amazing gentleman and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The hotel has a lovely garden to sit in and relax after a long day of swimming. The rooms were clean and had a view of the garden. The best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel, with home made jams, cakes, drinks plus more. The staff were incredibly polite and generous with our checking, and throughout our stay. They even came out to say goodbye.

Temizlik işlerini yapan bayanlar çok iyilerdi, her yer temiz sabun kokuyordu :) Gece 3'de çıkacağımız için bize ufak bi erzak hazırlayıp kapımıza bırakmış. Uyandığımızda gördük, ötesi yok. Bir anda Akyaka'daki planım değişti ve hızlıca bu otelde rezervasyon yaptırdım. Tek beklentim gecemi bu otelde geçirmek ve ertesi gün evime dönmekti. Ancak beklentimin ötesinde, otelde geçirdiğim süre boyunca huzurla doldum. Bahadır Bey çok ilgili, nazik ve profesyonel biri. Her konuda yardımcı oldu ve çok misafirperver bir tavır sergiledi. Bu otelde hiç düşünmeden reservasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Kendinizi çok huzurlu ve rahat hissedeceksiniz. Dinlenmek için harika bir yer. Ayrıca kahvaltıda yerel yiyecekleri servis ediyorlar. Akyaka’da bulunduğumuz sürenin son gününde maalesef rahatsızlandık ve otel sahibi Bahadır Bey bizimle arkadaş/abi gibi ilgilendi hatta bizzat odaya gelip nasıl olduğumuzu sordu, hiçbir ricamızı geri çevirmedi. Exceptional breakfast, all homemade, starts with usual Turkish breakfast with homemade bread ( such as olive sourdough) followed by individual extras - courgette fritters, potatoes, cheesy bread, sour cherry cake clementine sorbet ….Lovely communal areas and very helpful host. On the downside - there was traffic noise and very little room for clothes but overall excellent.

Bu otelde hiç düşünmeden reservasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Kendinizi çok huzurlu ve rahat hissedeceksiniz. Dinlenmek için harika bir yer. Ayrıca kahvaltıda yerel yiyecekleri servis ediyorlar. Her şey tazecik ve çok lezzetliydi. Hiçbir gürültü yoktu, gayet düzenli keyifli bir otel. Gelen misafirine değer veren bir işletme.

Exceptional breakfast, all homemade, starts with usual Turkish breakfast with homemade bread ( such as olive sourdough) followed by individual extras - courgette fritters, potatoes, cheesy bread, sour cherry cake clementine sorbet ….Lovely communal areas and very helpful host. On the downside - there was traffic noise and very little room for clothes but overall excellent.

bahadir was amazing host from start to finish. The atmosphere he has created is unique the minute you walk in you start to relax. The breakfast served by his staff and himself is some of the best I have in Turkey. Such an amazing gentleman and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, with a magnificent garden, located at the edge of the city of Akyaka, in a beautiful neighborhood of old Turkish style buildings, surrounded by pine trees and vegetation. For that alone it is worth it. Certainly, the rooms are somewhat small and have somewhat dated bathrooms, but that does not detract from the great stay.
