In my opinion this property is mis-represented. I believe the description has been updated since we stayed maybe, but I can't verify. It is NOT close to anything and Taxis have a hard time finding it and they are expensive. If you have a car and want a country retreat, might be ok. The ad says "Private/Shared Bath"...what it didn't say is your private bath is on the 1st floor and room is on 2nd floor. We never saw any tennis courts or a cafe/restaurant. We didnt know how to adjust the heating or cooling because we sprak English and owner speaks Italian...kind of hard to communicate. It was cold and warm while we were there and neber could figure out the AC. I asked via expedia messaging but he never replied to that question. The ad makes it sound like an amenity full property, but it isn't. Owner is friendly and tries to be helpful, but it just doesn't meet the expectations from the about and listed amenities. If you want a quiet, country retreat with few things close by and have a car, it would be good for you. My biggest issue is give more details because people are booking your property based on incomplete and deceptive information.

It was so charming! The shower was interesting and you needed extra towels to keep the floor dry, but there were towels. Area was beautiful. A little tricky to find parking and entrance, but easy after the first time.

A cozy, home-style accommodation—warm, friendly, and perfectly located in the heart of beautiful Tuscany. Andrea and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming.
