We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall a lovely hotel.

All was fine - rooms, food and etc. The only downside was staff in lobby - sitting outside in the evening very slow service, does not pay attention and walk pass you... Also gym has lots of cardio, but no benches, there are some dumbbells, bot no adjustable bench, no barbell bench

Older large hotel but freshly renovated. Nice white bright rooms, immaculate (Sandra!). The main restaurant is OK, but Porto Fino is fabulous (thanks to friendly waiters, esp. H). Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Lovely beach, but lots of pebbles. Two pools, very nice and clean. The spa is fabulous. Elisa is an excellent massage therapist, gentle but strong and targeted if needed!

We've just got back from a great family holiday at the Palladium Resort & Spa Sicily. We chose to stay at the hotel each day and enjoy the sun, pool with the children rather than venture out and the resort offered us a good mix of both relaxing by the pool and extra activities for the children. The kids club and area was great for our youngest and our eldest also enjoyed a few hours there making the most of the art supplies. If you would like to eat at one of the other restaurants on site you do need to be quick to book on arrival. However we found the buffet restaurant worked well for us with the children and with a different themed night each evening we didn't feel we missed out not eating at the other venues. Thank you to all the staff for being happy as well as helpful. The holiday was just what we needed and we would highly recommend the resort !!

The entire staff at the sports bar is amazing. I’ve enjoyed their drinks and food especially when i was jet lagged coming from the states. The Buffett is wonderful and I’m still thinking of the endless pasta. Take some time to enjoy the beach if you can as well as taking advantage of their spa services!

The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing! The only negative is the beach. The beach is full of rocks and is not easy to walk. If you’re a beach person, it’s not the best.

It’s a very large hotel, which I was aware of in advance. The pools are nice but not heated. The beach is unusable due to it being totally rocky. If you like all inclusive, it’s nice. I’ll look for a smaller place next time. Not a complaint, just a preference.

The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay.

Le complexe hôtelier est très beau et le personnel au petit soin, très sympa et serviable. Les animations sont super et les spectacles le soir sont à faire !! Bravo à toute l’équipe La nourriture est bonne, bien qu’un peu répétitive. Le système de réservation des restaurants à la carte est compréhensible mais dur de trouver une place ! Les bungalow sont bien pensés et fonctionnels, le ménage est impeccable ! Dommage juste que l’on entende un peu trop les voisins. Nous avons passés un super séjour à ne rien faire et pour cela, l’hôtel remplit parfaitement la mission ! Le fait d avoir des serviettes propres pour la psicine est appréciable et l accès direct à la mer aussi avec des couchés de soleil splendides sont à ne pas manquer. Tout la clientèle est hyper sympa, ambiance familiale, où on peut laisser ses affaires en toute tranquillité. Nous reviendrons sûrement ! Un service (meme payant) de transfer depuis l aéroport serait le bienvenue !

The property is clean and the grounds are well maintained. It was beautiful all around and there are many paved paths to walk around the whole property. The staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. The quality of the prepared food wasn't good in my opinion, but I think that may be because I'm American and have different taste in food. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and clean, loved the included mini-bar and provided 3 bottled waters daily. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will likely return!

The hotel was good .room was clean .the pool by the beach was mouldy and I would not go in .entertainment very repetitive piano bar same songs every night very boring .I have been all around the world in all inclusive and never known not to Able to get any cocktail on the all inclusive .very bad to not get all inclusive learn from the Mexicans

Photos do not properly display the size of the rooms, the “deluxe bungalow” is small for something that’s considered “deluxe”. The ac is terrible. A few staff members are truly miserable and unkind. The dining area also has roaches and the concern is not taken very seriously. I had requested a refund due to this issue and was denied by the resort. This resort is a poor example of an “all-inclusive.”, if you’ve been to all-inclusive before then this one will really have you confused.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Grand Palladium. Le personnel est très gentil et l’hébergement est très propre. Bon wifi également. 2 petits points plus négatifs: - les chambres sont pas très bien isolées au niveau du son, on entendait beaucoup ce qui se passait à l’extérieur quand nous étions dans la chambre. - sur les 10 jours du séjour, on a seulement 1 jour où nous avons eu un refill d’eau sans qu’on le demande. Pourtant, on nous avait mentionné qu’il y aurait de l’eau qui serait remise à chaque jour. Ce ne fut malheureusement pas le cas. Sinon, nous avons beaucoup aimé et il y avait plein d’activités disponibles!
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Grand Palladium. Le personnel est très gentil et l’hébergement est très propre. We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium. Normally I do not stay at such big hotels with an all inclusive offer. But I changed my mind. We travelled with a little kid and it was great. I did not expect the food to be that authentic and delicious. There was a huge offer and great variety. The rooms were cozy and clean. And the staff was really kind. So as a person who normally prefers smaller hotels and organizing everything by herself, I have to say, I would always come back. I can totally recommend Grand Palladium.

Older large hotel but freshly renovated. Nice white bright rooms, immaculate (Sandra!). The main restaurant is OK, but Porto Fino is fabulous (thanks to friendly waiters, esp. H). Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Lovely beach, but lots of pebbles. Two pools, very nice and clean. The spa is fabulous. Elisa is an excellent massage therapist, gentle but strong and targeted if needed!

The walls are super thin… very noisy resort… if you want to sleep in or get any rest during the day or before 2am forget it… food is pretty good… good luck making a reservation at the nicer restaurants unless you upgrade to $60/day… here’s the kicker you have to upgrade for a minimum of 3 days… not exactly all inclusive as advertised. I’d definitely go with a adults only resort in the future where kids aren’t slamming doors constantly

Fikk først tildelt et rom hvor jeg var plaget av muselort på verandaen og en veldig hard seng. Etter en natt der, og flere henvendelser i resepsjonen fikk jeg et nytt og Fantastisk flott rom med nydelig utsikt over bassengområdet og vakker soloppgang. God hjelp fra Catherina som kom med forslag til steder jeg burde besøke under mitt opphold. Roberto som jobbet i restaurantene, foreslo retter og gode viner til. Området er veldig flott. Hotellet ligger avsides til, på landet. Ca 4 km å gå til jernbanestasjonen. Ingen butikker i nærheten, kun en inne på hotellet. Flott for familier og par. Rent og ryddig. Imøtekommende og hjelpsomme folk. Hyggelige mennesker overalt. Variert mat i buffetrestauranten. Litt mange ledd for først å sjekke inn romnummer, tildeling av bord, og bestilling av drikkevarer. Det virket unødvendig og stressende og uoversiktlig for de som jobbet i restauranten. De burde konsentrert seg om å rydde vekk, dekket på og ta i mot bestillinger. Photos do not properly display the size of the rooms, the “deluxe bungalow” is small for something that’s considered “deluxe”. The ac is terrible. A few staff members are truly miserable and unkind. The dining area also has roaches and the concern is not taken very seriously. I had requested a refund due to this issue and was denied by the resort. This resort is a poor example of an “all-inclusive.”, if you’ve been to all-inclusive before then this one will really have you confused.

Stayed for 5 days for my husbands 40th. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. Room was ready for an early check in and they allowed us to stay in the room later for no extra charge. We were given complimentary cake and Prosecco for my husbands birthday and the staff sung happy birthday to him at dinner! The food was amazing with so much variety especially the a la carte restaurants! Really really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

We've just got back from a great family holiday at the Palladium Resort & Spa Sicily. We chose to stay at the hotel each day and enjoy the sun, pool with the children rather than venture out and the resort offered us a good mix of both relaxing by the pool and extra activities for the children. The kids club and area was great for our youngest and our eldest also enjoyed a few hours there making the most of the art supplies. If you would like to eat at one of the other restaurants on site you do need to be quick to book on arrival. However we found the buffet restaurant worked well for us with the children and with a different themed night each evening we didn't feel we missed out not eating at the other venues. Thank you to all the staff for being happy as well as helpful. The holiday was just what we needed and we would highly recommend the resort !!

The hotel property was great for families and group of friends. It is an all inclusive resort and you don’t have to worry about paying for drinks, snacks or where to eat. All you have to do is reserve your restaurant of choice. There’s a sports bar open until 2am for late drinks and bar food. Multiple adult pools and a Kids Club for them to play and enjoy their own area. The rooms were cleaned everyday and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Only about 12-15min from Cefalú! A beautiful coastal little city in Sicily but a bit busy for us and it was fun to go back to our resort and enjoy the amenities and beautiful views.

Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer than the bus times suggest!

The hotel was nice but it was all inclusive and the food was pretty mediocre. They have a la carte restaurant but they were always all booked. It’s not close to very much so getting other flog nearby is very hard. It’s a very large hotel, which I was aware of in advance. The pools are nice but not heated. The beach is unusable due to it being totally rocky. If you like all inclusive, it’s nice. I’ll look for a smaller place next time. Not a complaint, just a preference.

The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.

The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay.

I tried to book restaurants for dinner on the first day I arrived and they were all booked. I was unable to experience any dining options I was told were available to me as all a la carte restaurants were booked for a week. Alcohol options were good and beach always had subbed available

We had been customers of Club Med cefalu and are used to high-end resorts and whilst the resort itself is a little dated, the facilities, staff, quality of the food, food options, bar service and general feel were excellent. I can honestly say we were blown away with the quality of the food at breakfast and in the specialty restaurants. restaurants.

I did not like that in 1 week we could not get into the a la carte restaurants. Very misleading that there are 5 restaurants to dine…actually only buffets were available all week.

Fabulous beachside location, although 1hr 20 min drive from Palmero airport. Lovely rooms and grounds. The main evening entertainment was awful, tbe pianist in reception bar was good but there was an overwhelming smell of drains in this area. Access to spa circuit expensive for what is there and the time you get, also no ice bath. Vegetarian food labelling confusing as some said they contained fish, would have liked to have seen some healthy breakfast drinks; smoothies/fresh juices. Signature guests get priority, which can be frustrating when you are queuing for the restaurant. There restrictions on what is included in the All Inclusive. Based on this I do not feel it is value for money.

Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly.

Rigtig fint all-inclusive hotel med et flot sortiment i restaurant og barer. Lækre pool-områder. Fine værelser. Det mest negative var den ekstremt dårlige akustik i buffet-restauranten og lobbyen. Beautiful resort! Great staff! The only advice I would have is that they should have an adults only pool and an adults only section of the beach. If you are looking for a very quiet vacation, there are a ton of families with young (very loud) children.

Good breakfast. Good aircondition. Nice room, but we had some ants. Good food in most restaurants. Chang Tai was a bit disappointing. La Brace was excellent and worth the extra cost. All the treadmills in gym are not working properly and needs to be fixed. We could not run faster than 8 km/h or for longer than 20 minutes continously before it shut itself off. Staff have no overview of what is promised in booking and did not give us the discounts or benefits we were promised in Signature Level from Hotels.com, even though we showed them.
