The hotel was lovely, but it’s NOT a spa. There are no spa facilities. If this is the reason for choosing this hotel, you will be disappointed. It’s a long way to Naples as well. On the other hand, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. You may want a car, as it isn’t really a hugely walkable area.

Esperienza estremamente positiva, a partire dal momento del check in durante la notte. Poiché io sono arrivato molto tardi il ragazzo mi ha offerto di poter rimanere un' ora in più, uscire quindi alle 11:00 anziché le 10:00. Le signore della colazione DAVVERO UNO SPETTACOLO. Prodotti freschissimi, come le mozzarelle di bufala o appena sfornati come le piccole sfogliatelle. Oltre a promuovere i prodotti del territorio le signore si sono intrattenute in una conversazione che è andata aldilà del semplice rapporto cliente/albergatore. Ci sono individui che hanno la capacità innata di far sentire bene gli altri e di farli stare a proprio agio nelle loro abitazioni o, come in questo caso, strutture commerciali. Ovviamente questi comportamenti guidano inevitabilmente il cliente a scegliere di nuovo lo stesso servizio in futuro, anche se dovesse costare un po' di più. La scelta di un servizio non è solo legata al costo. Il primo impatto è importantissimo nella fidelizzazione di un cliente e ammetto che questo hotel, nel mio caso, ha fatto veramente BINGO. Complimenti a tutti i lavoratori della struttura e complimenti a CHI LI HA ASSUNTI. Come si sul dire: CHAPEAU!!!
