I did not enjoy my stay. Originally, I was travelling with my youngest sister (17 years old). My middle sister surprised us on this trip. I tried to get a bigger room but they were fully booked online and it was too late to cancel. The three of us ended up sharing one bed and room which we prepared for since I was unable to upgrade. What surprised me was the host charged me an additional 120 euros plus the city tax with no extra amenities (not even a cot). This was the only hotel that gave us a hard time on our 12 day trip across Italy (Sorrento, Florence and Rome). Our other stays were very accommodating and allowed us to upgrade or just charged us the additional city tax. In addition, the bathroom shower was clogged our whole trip and the wifi barely worked. The location is okay, it’s a little hard to find but it’s located about 15 min to the centre and train station. I wouldn’t recommend this stay, no one is there to help you but they are watching you. Upon check out there is not a secure location to leave your bags if you need like other hotels. Honestly, the had horrible customer service.

The hotel is lovely and the reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, with extra coffee in the hallway of needed! It is also only a 15 min walk down to the port, walking through all the bars and restaurants. It was exactly what we expected, apart from the only one thing I will say, and it's been the same for all the hotels we stayed in during our mini tour of Italy, we included parking in the filter when searching as we hired a car, but none of them actually have parking. For this hotel, we arrived very late so we just left the car on the street, so we got one free night, but then it cost us €75 for 3 days/nights parking. However, as stated, this is a lovely little independent hotel.

Our stay here was excellent. The property was easily accessible for self check in and had all the facilities we could have needed for our time here. The staff we met each morning were lovely and our room was always made spotless for us coming back. Room was clean and host was responsive. Listing showed pool access but this was not the case, the pool is owned by a neighbouring hotel and costs 20 euro a day to use. My kids were left very disappointed

Lovely studio apartment with balcony. Fully kitted kitchen. Didn't use parking but there was a car park. Staff friendly and happy to help.

The apartment was lovely & just a short walk from Sorrento old town & not too far from the train/bus station. It's slightly hard to find but Googemaps will get you there in the end. The only negative is the way that it is advertised as a "pool view" There is a pool but it belongs to a totally different apartment/hotel. Would I stay there again? Yes, but not if I wanted a place with a pool.

Extremely hard to find. There are multiple items in the description that are false or misleading. There is no luggage storage, no breakfast, sketchy elevator, no pool and no front desk. My boyfriend and I have allergies and they were acting up the entire stay, there is some scent throughout the whole building. The room looks like the pictures and it’s nice there is a kitchen. But it’s not a hotel, more like an air-b&b.

Enjoyed my stay here. One thing to note that I missed when I booked is that the pool is not part of the building. It’s across at another hotel which you have to book in advance. If I had known that ahead of time I could have booked it during my stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to as it was booked solid for the days I was there.

Nos pareció facil de ubicar, se puede llegar fácilmente a la zona central de Sorrento (restaurantes, bares y compras). La cama y el baño estaban muy bien. Adicional tenía cocineta con ollas y cafetera y nevera. Lo único que no nos gustó es q es selfcheckin y no tienen la opción de guardar maletas de forma segura. Solo dicen q se dejan en el pasillo bajo propia responsabilidad.

The location was really nice as it was close to the center but still a bit away so it was quiet. Supermarket and grocery near by as well. We had an excellent service and the cleaning was very thorough.

Great apartment located really nice in an quiet area just outside the busy city center of Sorrentos old town area. The main shopping street is just 3-5 minutes walk away. About the apartment: what you see is what you get. Feels like a nice hotelroom but is more like an apartment with a fine simple kitchen and a good balcony. The bed is really nice and the shower as well. There is cleaning service every single day.

Nice, clean apartment, walking distance to bars restaurants and the train station. We stayed for 7 nights using the apartmnet as a base to explore the Amalfi coast, only downside is the balcony is over looked so not very private but all in all great value for money for waht we used the apartment for.

Stayed for 4 nights in June and we had an amazing time in Sorrento thanks to this beautiful hotel. Check-in was easy and fast just like our check-out. The room was very clean and the small kitchen was super convenient.. The location of the hotel is also great, easy to walk to the main train station. Would recommend for your next stay in Sorrento!

The area was safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store, the bakery and all the shops and restaurants. There was also a laundromat near by. Our room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. The train and bus station was 15 minutes away.

Enjoyable, comfortable stay. Short walk from train station, to main shopping streets and restaurants. Clear instructions for access. Nice to have someone there every morning asking if we wanted the room cleaned and for requesting additional supplies. The only down side was the shower unit not being fully functional.

We were very pleased with our studia apartment. Very comfortable with a kitchen,, beautiful bathroom, balcony and comfy bed.

Stayed two nights. It's reasonably cheap and central. *Shower is a bit old and clunky and mostly not working. *Lots of plastic used for toiletries *Water on first day not on second. In the same way the mini snacks (fette biscottate) on First day bit second *As VIP guest, you get a bottle of wine (rather common perk). What was unusual was to get a 175ml bottle (the ones you get on a plane) rather than a normal sized bottle * Very poor sound proofing, so if the other guests are noisy, you'll hear everything *On the Saturday, we got awaken by the cleaner who arrived in the flat and yelled on the phone for over 15 minutes. Really annoying.

The location was great - we could easily walk to the city center within minutes. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable and prevented all of us from getting a good night's sleep. We asked for some mattress pads to provide some cushion from the springs and extreme firmness, but nothing was provided. Also, be warned there is no shower. There is a jet tub with a shower nozzle, but you have to sit in the tub and hold the nozzle above you if you want to shower - it is less than ideal after a long day of walking and sightseeing.
The location was great - we could easily walk to the city center within minutes. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The service was great. They were always responsive during their business hours and always helpful. The location is fantastic if you like to walk as everything major is 10-20 minutes away by walking. It is also right by the train station, which made commuting very easy. Great place to stay!

Was amazing. Nadia and Sabine awesome communication! Or ac wasn’t working properly. They fixed it asap! Very nice to have coffee every am with extra in the hallway! The little grocery store down the street and enabled us to get groceries so we could have breakfast every morning!! Definitely recommend! Close to everything.

We spent four nights here as part of a longer trip. Sabine helped us get settled in and was responsive to our needs. Mrs. Llavia came by every day for housekeeping! Situated very conveniently to town center, Piazza Tasso, the train station and the port. Everything you need within walking distance.

Bathroom and ac don’t work. The “owner” doesn’t live close so if there’s an issue after 1130am - you have to wait until the next business day between 730-1130am as their is no front desk. You’re limited to 6 total towels - which they change every 3 days. Bad

The room was great, modern and cleaned every day, staff were very nice and responsive. Our stay here was excellent. The property was easily accessible for self check in and had all the facilities we could have needed for our time here. The staff we met each morning were lovely and our room was always made spotless for us coming back. The pool facility belongs to the hotel next door but was available for our use for €20pp. The area was quiet but felt safe and was only a short walk from the main square and all major transport links

The apartment was lovely & just a short walk from Sorrento old town & not too far from the train/bus station. It's slightly hard to find but Googemaps will get you there in the end. The only negative is the way that it is advertised as a "pool view" There is a pool but it belongs to a totally different apartment/hotel. Would I stay there again? Yes, but not if I wanted a place with a pool.

La propiedad en general tiene muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos de la parte turística. La estancia en general está en buenas condiciones, tuve tema solo con la regadera que co. La presión del agua se movía mucho. Es importante que anuncien que no es un hotel, es una estancia y que manden la dirección exacta por Mapas, pues está metida en una zona de edificios y nos fue muy difícil de ubicar, adicional a que nos confundimos con otra estancia que tiene que se llama muy parecido.

The area was safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store, the bakery and all the shops and restaurants. There was also a laundromat near by. Our room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. The train and bus station was 15 minutes away.

We stayed here in April 2023. The location and apartment were very good. The business district is just a few blocks away. The apartment has a nice simple kitchen with a coffee machine, a large bathroom and a balcony. It was fairly easy to find using the email directions. I would add to the directions that the guesthouse sign is across the street (Via Parsano) from a laundromat, a wine by the liter store, a small grocery store and a school. And just before the street where the Hotel Leone is located. Self check-in was a series of passwords and buzzer. We would stay here again if we go to Sorrento.

This place was OKAY. If we ever returned to Sorrento we would pick another place to stay. Keypad to our room did not work consistently so we were stuck outside many times. Our sink and shower kept getting clogged, the toilet was slanted to the right, the bidet was not working. We needed new towels and they didn’t come by until we sent a message to management. It was all just poorly managed and the place didn’t take the initiative to do anything.

Directions coming from train station were a little confusing but we figured it out. Good location for the price and can walk to shopping and to the water but I wish it was a bit closer. But the location for the price is well worth it. Oh, and a lovely bakery right across the start along with a produce stand.

As fotos correspondem com a descrição Saimos e quando voltamos o quarto estava arrumado e quentinho. Me arrependi de não ter ficado mais. Local silencioso e perto da estacao.

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment. The photo in the advertising is misleading as it appears there’s a pool there; it is actually the next door hotel’s pool. There is no shower, just a bath with a hand held tap which makes it difficult to wash your hair. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in other’s rooms and in the hallway. The location is good, close to town and the train station. The beds are comfy. The room is spacious .There were only 3 bowls and spoons ( which was annoying as we booked for a family of 4). Our booking said we would have a free bottle of wine-the wine left was 250mls , so 1/3 of bottle!
