The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a fireplace, breakfast table, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, and direct access to the garden, creating a pleasant indoor-outdoor flow. This floor is completed by 1 double bedroom with ensuite toilet and an additional bathroom with shower. First floor: The sleeping area consists of 3 comfortable double bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms with showers.
