The hotel was not what I expected. No iron or ironing board. The non smoking room smell like someone had been smoking in the rooms. I requested a change of room and the condition in the other room was still the same.

Unsafe neighborhood, room service came and refreshed towels, but did not remake bed and did not restock toilet paper, screw points poking through one side of wall, safe was broken, toilet was positioned almost underneath sink, no fridge/microwave/coffee maker as those are only in studio at motel six And this is not very well advertised on Expedia or other websites. Ice machine unplugged.

No fridge, microwave, or working ice machine. There was screaming and arguments outside our room til like 2 AM in suburban Baltimore. Stayed 2 nights and they did not clean room or replenish towels.

Room dirty. Dead bugs on floor. Saw 3 roaches. No remote for t.v. Loud people early hours in the morning. Will never stay again. EVER. Stay away from the lower level rooms. No mini fridge or microwave. Glad i only stayed for one night.

Incredibly unclean property. Floors were so dirty they left black stains on our feet. Room smelled heavily of smoke and grim. Two showers at home later and still feel gross. Furthermore, we walked in at check in to sn argument between the clerk and a family about billing and pre-payment. The clerk’s implicit to explicit racism towards this family of color was disgusting and he referenced calling the police several times when this family (with a small child) was confused over billing and want to speak to a manager. To make matters worse, the clerk referenced that we, a non-person of color, pre-paid correctly just furthered the disgusting way this family was being treated. We should have walked out and not stayed. Avoid at all cost.

Says no smoking. Everywhere smells like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not clean, handles missing on dresser. Smells and just not a what i expected when i called and they said they had renovated the property. I was glad we were only there for 1 night. Yes its a motel and i didnt expect extravagant, however if you tell someone its been renovated, i would at least expect cleanliness and some type of upgrades. Not missing handles dirty atmosphere

In this instance you get what you pay for. The staff was courteous and responsive. The tub was clogged and the maintenance came to fix it but it clogged the next day. I've see cleaner Motel 6 in my travel.

Front desk worker was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Room - was clean, but plumbing not the best and bathtub had many burns in it. The phone didn't work and a light bulb not working. there were motel guests sitting outside one day and they were loud. A few complaints were made but they continued on.

The check in was fine but once in the room there was no microwave nor fridge. The outlets in the room didn't work so charging my phone wasn't an option. When asking the front desk where I could heat up my food, I was told I would have to pay $10 to get a room with a microwave then was told I couldn't because I reserved a room with Motel 6. Very difficult process.

The pictures of our place looked like it had a microwave and refrigerator. Very frustrated to find out it didn't. After a long day out went to take a shower, and no hot water. Had to wait until morning to have hot water for a bath.

This rooms in this hotel has plenty of space and a high level of comfort for the price I paid. I recommend this hotel as a place to stay for anyone who takes a trip to Baltimore or is stranded and has to spend at least one night here.

The property seems like there is very little maintenance done. Mold behind the toilet, none of the drains worked properly, and some of the valves for the faucets were leaking.

Good location. Been to this property before and they made it 2 in one without specifying the difference when booking. I always want microwave and refrigerator but didn't get one this time. Room next door to me gad barking dogs.

I had a very bad experience and felt unsafe. I should have went with my intuition and not patronized this awful place. From the moment I checked in no warm greeting and the up keep from the place walking in was terrible. They didn’t offer in room refrigerator or microwaves and they portray on their app. Only available in the main check in/ out building. People were smoking all over the place for it to be a non smoking hotel which they falsely advertise on there website. They charged me $250 smoking fee and I don’t even smoke there were people smoking in there rooms however and they had no physical evidence just the smell which is not right. I’m beyond disappointed at the services of this place because they wouldn’t dispute the charges solely based of off a smell. So $350 for an absolute terrible experience and calling corporate was a JOKE! They couldn’t do anything because all Motel 6’s are franchise so they claim. Do yourself a favor and DONT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!

This property was basically what I was looking for - a simple and clean hotel at the right price price point for a short stay. Overall, a good visit - room and bathroom were clean, and facility was quiet at night. I had a few minor issues - there was no one manning the check-in desk (a security window) at night, and I had to call the front desk to get service. And my room keys stopped working randomly once during my stay (it also did others). The day shift worker was very nice, and the hotel accomodated a 2-hour late check-out. Good shopping within a short drive and very convenient to the highway.

Had a problem with the night manager. Had to tell him three time to give me bad my passport which I gave him to check in he told me, "I didn’t give him same." Second night people were fighting in all way told night manager about same and was told I would need to call police with complain. Room service cleaned on second day. Was told that they do same on Mon, Wed, Fri? Second night was Friday. On check out Morning manager was great and helpful. Had water leak and she got job order done.

Convenient to Camden Yards. But room was a big disappointment. Floor was filthy. Whether you walked barefoot or with socks, they got very dirty. Toilet was very low, stained. Seat was very loose and last morning actually came off. Shower not very clean, and temperature kept changing, scalding hot or freezing. There was a huge fight in breakfast room which we could hear in our room at end of hallway. Lasted a long time(over the waffle maker!). Was not a good experience.

No fridge, microwave, or working ice machine. There was screaming and arguments outside our room til like 2 AM in suburban Baltimore. Stayed 2 nights and they did not clean room or replenish towels.

Convenient to Camden Yards. But room was a big disappointment. Floor was filthy. Whether you walked barefoot or with socks, they got very dirty. Toilet was very low, stained. Seat was very loose and last morning actually came off. Shower not very clean, and temperature kept changing, scalding hot or freezing. There was a huge fight in breakfast room which we could hear in our room at end of hallway. Lasted a long time(over the waffle maker!). Was not a good experience.

Nice little motel. Great value for the price. Property and surrounding area was clean. Room was clean and felt safe. Couch in the room was a little bit older. No fridge or microwave. Bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled. Man at the front counter was very friendly and got me checked in quickly. Even gave me some snacks for my stay. Will definitely retur..

once in the room do not inspect someone to make your bed up in the morning if you are spending more that two days there. No breakfast and no regular coffee.

The place smelled and the ceiling has places missing out of it. Did not stay the night turned the cards back in and went home.

While your staff was polite and the location is convenient, my two-night stay was unacceptable due to severe sanitary issues. I was forced to switch rooms three times. In the first room, the bathroom door locked from the inside while empty, and I was denied assistance, forcing me to use a public hallway bathroom overnight. The subsequent rooms had significant roach infestations. In the final room, roaches were visible on both beds, the walls, and the refrigerator. Despite these conditions and traveling with children, I was denied a refund and felt forced to stay a second night in a third room to ensure my family's safety. I am requesting a full refund for this stay due to these extreme hygiene and maintenance failures.
