Lovely place, ideally situated for exploring Bristol and the surroundings. Having an EV charging point was ideal and the instructions on requirements were clear throughout the process - bring your own cable which MUST be a 3 pin variant.

Lovely 1 bed apartment in a beautiful old priory for the same cost of a budget hotel chain. 15 minutes to Bristol city center over the Clifton bridge. Owner really nice and helpful. Full kitchen and even laundry! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the Orangery the apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nick and his wife very friendly and gave us good advice on places to visit in the area and some history on the building, Very good bus service into Bristol or Portishead bus stop just at end of the road. Would recommend if you are planning to visit the area

Friendly hosts with lots of local knowledge and tips. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to explore the area. The accommodation was very clean and tidy with everything I needed in kitchen and bathroom. Some larger coffee mugs would be a nice addition for my personal preference but not necessary. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Orangery is within a beautiful gothic style building.The apartment itself is spacious, and has everything you need, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher, plus complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Towels were also supplied. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Its on a main bus route too which means you wont have to drive into Bristol centre.

For an economic, flexible, self-catering stay on Bristol’s doorstep The Orangery was ideal. Easy free parking and placed conveniently near The George pub and a regular bus service to the city centre. The ground floor flat is clean and spacious with all the equipment needed for a reasonable and comfortable stay. My only gripe would be - let’s have some quality pillows!

Nick was extremely welcoming and had a lot of information on local spots to go to as well has local history. The apartment was well stocked and in a beautiful historical home. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

Friendly and helpful welcome. The Orangery was great for my purposes and more flexible than staying in a hotel. I liked that it enabled me to self cater and relax. Good space and size and all very comfortable. Great location to access Clifton, walks and motorway. Will stay longer next time. Thanks.

We had a great stay at the Orangery the apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. One of the most comfortable stays ive had in a long time. Nick was an amazing host and the property is truly stunning. Very clean and very welll equipped. Quiet country location, secluded and awe inspiring. Couldnt recommend enough! 6 stars

Served it’s purpose but the rooms were dated, no privacy without shutting shutters, shower was weirdest contraption known to man and the tv is WAY too high on the wall. Bed was very comfy, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen and the coffee was a nice touch. Mixed feelings about this property but I grew up in the hospitality industry and used to manage an award winning complex so perhaps I set my expectations too high. Great location and stunning building to look at though!!! Owners definitely try hard, could do with a little updating.

I’d like to have given at least 4 stars. Excellent location that is quiet, close to a pub, and convenient for both M5 and Bristol. Apartment is very well equipped. Owners are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, for us, it’s let down by the bathroom: a poor shower and a bizarre drainage system. Apart from that, it’s a very good place.

Very convenient location: easy to access areas of interest by road but equally easy to walk into Bristol via Clifton suspension bridge, despite being out in the countryside. Quirky, character property with a fascinating history. The Orangery apartment has everything that you would need - so much so that you could move straight in! Owner, Nick, is a kind, considerate host who will notice that you need something even before you realise this yourself! (We had a flat tyre and a pump magically appeared on the doorstep whilst we were out!). Local pub is friendly with great food. Only downside is that apartment can feel a bit chilly being an historic, stone property. However, there is plenty of bedding and once the various heaters have been located and activated it warms up pretty quickly. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Unique property, historic and interesting. Well placed for access to Bristol. Friendly helpful host. Some sofa cushions and a foot stool would make the lounge area more cosy and a small lamp. But small touches. Would use again.

Sometimes you get to stay in places that are totally different from the normal. This is one. Absolutely fantastic building and location. Host really nice and was kind enough to share some history of the place. Essentials left in fridge and some treats provided as a bonus. Wi-fi not great in the main bedroom but they built thick walls back in the Victorian times and that's what downloading is for. Loved our stay and hope to return!

An absolute pleasure to drive up to such an impressive, wonderful property steeped in History! Nick was absolutely lovely and super-helpful. Also great to have an apartment to myself with all amenities. Will definitely stay again and be Lady of the Manor for a night! The Orangery is stunning. I still can't beleive this gorgeous location can now be part of my business trips to Bristol! Thank you

Very convenient location: easy to access areas of interest by road but equally easy to walk into Bristol via Clifton suspension bridge, despite being out in the countryside. Quirky, character property with a fascinating history. The Orangery apartment has everything that you would need - so much so that you could move straight in! Owner, Nick, is a kind, considerate host who will notice that you need something even before you realise this yourself! (We had a flat tyre and a pump magically appeared on the doorstep whilst we were out!). Local pub is friendly with great food. Only downside is that apartment can feel a bit chilly being an historic, stone property. However, there is plenty of bedding and once the various heaters have been located and activated it warms up pretty quickly. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

A quirky property, much more spacious than I imagined . Comfortable in a quiet location with a pub and bus into Bristol at the end of the road . Ideal for our visit. Nick was welcoming and gave us useful tips for our visit .

For an economic, flexible, self-catering stay on Bristol’s doorstep The Orangery was ideal. Easy free parking and placed conveniently near The George pub and a regular bus service to the city centre. The ground floor flat is clean and spacious with all the equipment needed for a reasonable and comfortable stay. My only gripe would be - let’s have some quality pillows!

We had a great stay at the Orangery the apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nick and his wife very friendly and gave us good advice on places to visit in the area and some history on the building, Very good bus service into Bristol or Portishead bus stop just at end of the road. Would recommend if you are planning to visit the area

Friendly hosts with lots of local knowledge and tips. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to explore the area. The accommodation was very clean and tidy with everything I needed in kitchen and bathroom. Some larger coffee mugs would be a nice addition for my personal preference but not necessary. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Orangery is within a beautiful gothic style building.The apartment itself is spacious, and has everything you need, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher, plus complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Towels were also supplied. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Its on a main bus route too which means you wont have to drive into Bristol centre.

Nick was extremely welcoming and had a lot of information on local spots to go to as well has local history. The apartment was well stocked and in a beautiful historical home. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through the area.
