I rarely give hotels low ratings, but unfortunately I feel compelled to do so this time. The main issue was the noise at night. We had a room on the first floor facing a busy street. The traffic was so heavy and the windows so poorly insulated that even earplugs didn’t help. Additionally, the sink in our room was broken (the drain was clogged). On the positive side, the breakfasts were delicious, there was the option to borrow an iron, and the hotel offered free luggage storage until late in the day.

This place must have been recently renovated as our room was fresh, bright and clean. It's a budget hotel so we knew that the room was compact but thoughtful designed. Breakfast next door was great for the price. Staff were helpful and diligent. We walked everywhere that we wanted to see.

If you’re happy to take the metro or a taxi into the city centre, then this is a brilliant option for staying in Singapore without paying £££ per night. Very clean and comfortable, even though it’s a small room. Filtered water available in the bathroom is a very nice touch.

Only positive about this hotel are the many dining options in the area. The room had many mosquitos, floors were dirty, shower didn’t have any hot water, and no soap at the sink. All pretty basic items they didn’t meet. I felt pretty grossed out being in that room in general. Would’ve paid a bit more to stay somewhere else definitely not worth the savings.

Honestly can’t really fault this hotel, it’s was one of the only budget ones I could find around and I was expecting it to feel like it but it was it was clean, two fresh towels, good water pressure, filtered water on tap, comfortable bed, good service when my aircon wasn’t working, great location close to lots of food places. Only downsides were the room did seem a bit dusty, the hot water shower ran out after a minute or two, and the view was minimal due the the roof blocking almost everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property! Would recommend anyone visiting singapore to stay here. Would recommend management to get a plumber to rework on the bathroom slope as show water doesn’t drain well. Would rate 10/10 for the property condition and cleanness

Not the best area but as everything else is very expensive it’s not that bad. The rooms were clean and the staff as nice. The WiFi was so so. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak of it. The area around the property it’s a bit sketchy but I felt safe.

Chambre moderne et propre, mais celles attribuées côté rue seront : Extrêmement bruyantes. Vous dormirez avec les vibrations du passage des camions et les bruits de la rue en tout genre ! Climatisation efficace. Mais ne comptez pas sur le noir total pour vous endormir malheureusement ! Après 25 ans de métier dans l'hôtellerie, je me demande comment on peut si mal attribuer une chambre à un client, qui a parcouru 1/4 de la planète pour venir jusqu'à vous ! Incroyable ! Offre de petit déjeuner intéressante avec une dame aux commandes d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Accueil réception froid et factuelle ! Salle de bain fonctionnelle, douche un peu petite avec inondation de la salle de bain assurée ! Bonne literie. A plus de 100 euro la nuitée, soit le double d'un prix de la chaîne moyen ailleurs....!!!....Bof....Bof....!

I have to specially commend the counter staff Imran and Rozi. They are very helpful in helping me to call taxi, especially Imran who help me thoroughly in the whole booking process and see to it that the car arrived. He has been so nice in helping me with the luggage. I highly recommend him for his excellent service.

Mine was a late check in almost 11 hours late but still they didn’t allow for 2-3 hours late check out. Asked for for half day (1/2 ) rent for 2-3 hours late check out , that is not a nice customer service. I never want to come back to this property because of the unfriendly rip off attitude. Thank you

Very clean and new, staff helpful. Special thanks to Adhika at reception and to Angela in cafe next door (where hotel breakfast and dinner is served). Location is excellent , food venue Is next door at Munch Kitchen and also opposite. Underground MRT station about 13 minute walk away, ALJUNIED and is very cheap to use and will whisk you into downtown in about 10 minutes. Buses also nearby, use Google maps to find your destination, click on directions and then the transport icon for that, also very cheap and a great way to see the city for cheap. I used it extensively.

Ótimo custo benefício. Adoramos a estadia, fomos muito bem recepcionados. O quarto era pequeno mas muito confortável, o banheiro de bom tamanho com um ótimo chuveiro. A localização é boa próximo de várias opções de comida local e uns 10 minutos de caminhada até a estação de metrô. Com certeza voltaríamos!

Die angrenzende Straße ist viel befahren. Wer ein guter Schläfer ist, sollte damit aber kein Problem haben. Für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf empfehle ich Ohrenstöpsel. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und das Personal ausgesprochen nett. Die Bahnstation ist ca. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt und von dort aus erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unseren Städtetrip das Ideale Hotel

The room is clean and tidy. However, the hot water is not hot enough. The staff is very helpful and willing to answer our questions. We are surprise there is complimentary breakfast. I think the price is also reasonable. But it is not near the downtown.

Die ungerkunft erfüllte ihren zweck. Die räume sind wirklich klein, sodass es mit zwei koffern schon eng werden kann. Die dusche ist auf bodenebene, sodass es schnell zu einem überfluteten bad kommen kann. Badematten und kleine handtücher fehlten. Das Frühstück war auch ziemlich eklig. Man hat eine auswahl aus 6 gerichten, die sehr herzhaft und fettig und einfach nicht lecker sind. Sauberkeit war gut. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Es fahfen dort viele Busse in die Stadt.
