Very well run, quiet, clean and well priced extended stay hotel. Great management that helps solve any issues that may come up. InTown Suites are ideal for people on a work trip, medical school rotation, etc who want a clean quiet place to get some sleep and not be bothered by noise, smoking, drugs, etc. I would 100% stay again and would recommend for anyone else looking for a clean, quiet, and safe long term stay.
Very well run, quiet, clean and well priced extended stay hotel. Great management that helps solve any issues that may come up. Very clean, convenient location, and a professional and excellent manager. The entire building is quiet, safe, and geared towards someone who gets up and goes to work and wants a quiet place to come home to each evening without having distractions due to noise, alcohol, etc. If you are looking for a quiet place to live while working/doing a medical school rotation, etc, this is an ideal fit and great value.

Too many rules-can't use windowsills, $10 fee for unreturned key cards? Place was filthy dust caked on counters. Constant, mandatory "safety inspections" so they'll barge into your room with barely any notice. Place is cheap but there are other hotels with equally low prices with less B S

Not safe. Sketchy. Not a real hotel like it seems on the app. I was a single woman staying there alone. Male Staff LITERALLY walks into your room WITHOUT NOTICE. Luckily, the latch was on the door as I came out of the shower. The door was open with only the latch preventing entry. No apology. Doubled down saying that they could go in and out of any room without notice. Beyond that, there is a lot of questionable activity there, and no shortage of unsavory people. It’s not in Oak Brook, like it advertises, which is a really nice area. It’s actually in Villa Park which is a lot more sketchy. You won’t realize it until you’re there. Beware! There’s a lot more I can say about this place, but just be careful. Bring tasers and mace or pepper spray or any other tools you might need for self defense. It looks normal online, but this place is just not safe.
