There's only one working elevator from the main lobby and one working elevator all the way in the back of the building. This caused long wait times just to get in and out. Upon entering our room, I noticed it had an odd smell. I'm not sure how to describe it besides odd. It definitely wasn't a fresh-lysol type of smell, that's for sure. When my husband lifted the toilet seat, there were already dried stains under the seat. This made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Walls here are very thin. You can hear the guests next door using the bathroom. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. There is no welcome letter or any type of welcome pamphlet to explain any amenities or give you an idea of the area. Overall, there are plenty of better options nearby. I won't be booking this hotel again.

All good ! A bit on the run down side? Renovating at the moment. 1 lift was not working. Long wait to get up and down No water during the day. No compensation? Breakfast restaurant not what one expects… a long unfriendly corridor towards the pool area. But as I said I was overall happy!

All expectations were met except the cleanliness of the pool. It was rather green and we did not want to risk a swim, which was disappointing.

Check-in experience was ok. The lady helping us wasn’t the friendliest. She never even offered me 1 of the free drinks or told us about Happy Hour in the lounge. Only 1 elevator was working. What a nightmare for all the guests coming and going we had to wait a very long time to leave.

I always enjoy staying here, affordable, staff and housekeeping always smile and are very nice. Parking is $38 a night so plan for that, also the ART bus picks up and drops off every 20 minutes outside the hotel which is convenient.

They did not advertise that the Gym was mot working on their website. I complained about it and it was just shrugged off. The helpdesk was not helpful either; they act like - if you don’t like it you’re free to leave. But we have sports convention taht we attend to

Only issue this trip was one of the 2 elevators was not working correctly. Caused major back ups in the lobby.

I’m going to request my money back or partial. This hotel allowed people to book at not a cheap rate yet they have no running water NONE everyday from 11 am to 4 pm They have 1 working elevator the other does not work. They did not mention this prior to booking nor did they mention it at check in We got a text once we checked in that these were the problems they’ve have for days already

Stayed one night for a family trip to Disney. The location was GREAT! Only a 10-15 minute walk to the park entrance. On the downside, there was a lot of constriction going on when we were at the hotel. There was only one elevator working at the time of our stay which was super inconvenient at check out. On top of that, the gym was closed although we were able to use the Sheraton gym across the street. Finally, the water coming out of the bathroom sink was not clean at all, so I don’t know what the deal was there. Overall, it was a great value for the distance to the theme parks and maybe we just caught them at a bad time, so I would not avoid this hotel and I actually would consider staying here again in the future once all the construction is complete.

One of the elevators were broken. So it was hard to get in one. Too many people for one elevator. Plus the water was out from 11 -4 everyday

This hotel is much dirtier than the last time we stayed here, especially the carpet. The fixtures are wearing down and everything felt very dingy. Good location but faint cigarette smoke smell on our entire floor. Shampoo and conditioner are decent. It’s not the worst place for the price and location, but we will likely be staying elsewhere on our next visit.

I called prior to booking and asked if there was a fee to leave car parked at the hotel. The lady on the phone said there was no charge for parking and when I check in the lady at the front desk is charging me $35 for parking. I get to my room and shower and there are pieces of hair already on the tub before I even got in the shower. I get a tower and there’s a brown stain on it. The sheets do not smell clean. Overall not a pleasant stay I will not be returning.

The staff was very accommodating! The hotel was very clean. Love the Disney nods in the lobby.

We have stayed here twice now and enjoyed both stays. Rooms are spacious and clean. .63 mile walk to Disney, which feels long at the end of the day BUT well worth it for the price. Takes us about 14 minutes walking at a decent pace. Staff is helpful and the welcome drinks sure don’t hurt.

I booked this hotel for a two night Disney stay. The Good: Close to Disney and convenient to restaurants. The front desk staff were very helpful. The Bad: I booked a park view room and while it may have been facing toward the park, the only view was the hotel next door. The hallway carpeting looked dirty and the elevator smelled of hot burnt electronics. The room’s refrigerator had two inches of ice crusted all over the freezer section and the room’s carpet was stained. The Ugly: Within ten minutes of being in the room I observed multiple bugs scurrying across the top of the desk, under the TV and in the refrigerator. I ended up leaving and staying in a different hotel.

Water prsssure issues. Ants in the bathroom. Outdated room.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the parks and overall we had a nice stay. The check-in process was super quick and the young lady at the front desk was very sweet. They offer a complimentary (21+) drink upon arrival which I thought was really cool since a majority of hotels don't offer anything like that. Our room was clean for the most part but all of the furniture in the room was definitely dated and "loved." Lots of chips and little scuff marks all of the furniture. There were a few stains in the carpet but besides that there were no major cleanliness concerns. As far as proximity to the parks - it's about a 10-15 minute walk to security. We honestly loved the walk and being right next to IHOP and Walgreens was a huge plus. We've obviously stayed at nicer hotels in the area, but for the price we payed and the location, we'd definitely stay here again!

The bed was super uncomfortable. The water took 20 minutes to heat up and there was no hot tub. We will not be staying there again. We actually left a day early and went home because it was so uncomfortable.

I really liked this hotel! It was comfortable and welcoming and clean. At my quick-ish pace, it's about an 8 minute walk to the park. My only complaint was that the appliances in the room (mini fridge, A/C unit) were quite loud. I know that's going to be the case almost everywhere but it seemed particularly loud here. But, I was so exhausted from Disney that I quickly got over it. Also, that being said, I was right by the elevator and didn't hear any hallway noise.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. But when it was time to go to sleep around 11 pm I can hear people talking. I can hear the outside noise. I can hear when people flush the toilet or showering. It was very frustrating to sleep. The walls are very thin.

This hotel is mediocre. It has a good location and the cleaning staff is amazing. Parking is expensive and the hotel rooms are outdated. They beds are solid as a rock, some people like that though.

It was clean. The furniture is old. There was very loud people next door.

Overall I had a good experience staying in this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the ac worked very well, I loved that all the lighting had the option to turn on just one bulb or both with a rocker switch. Most of my cons were all cosmetic issues. This place could be so much nicer with a little fresh paint and getting rid of the awful wallpaper. My biggest con was the bathroom door. The door is a barn door style that slides back and forth but the doorway is just about 1.5-2 inches too wide for the door itself. No matter what you do, you will have about a 1 inch gap on either side of the door. This does not give you much privacy from the person sitting 5 feet away on the bed when trying to relieve yourself.

Very convenient to the convention center which was my main focus. The wifi was pretty poor. I had room 220 and maybe there are other areas that are better. One morning, I had to go to the lobby to get work done because the wifi was so bad. This is very important for a hotel to have good wifi.

The firework view from our room was amazing! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is always very clean.

This was a major inconvenience as I needed a place to work and the hotel had no business center or workspace. Despite paying the fee, I was not offered any refund or accommodation for the delay. Once we finally got a room, we were informed that the hotel would have no water from 11 AM to 4 PM daily due to maintenance. This caused repeated disruptions to our plans, as the water often didn’t return until after 5:30 or 6 PM. When we inquired about this, staff were dismissive and even rude, giving us attitude over the phone instead of assistance. Additionally, the cleanliness was unacceptable. We found a bloodstain on the sheet and requested housekeeping to change the linens. Instead, they merely flipped the sheets over, leaving the stain on the other side. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how they maintain hygiene, especially since the hotel doesn’t have its own laundry facilities. They suggested we go to a nearby hotel for laundry, which is simply not acceptable for a hotel stay. The hospitality was lacking across the board. Shannon, the front desk staff who checked us in, did not offer the complimentary cocktail that other guests received and was generally unhelpful and rude. Overall, the service and attitude from multiple staff members were extremely disappointing. I attached water that’s dirty! Not even clean water and the sheet. Disgusting!!

Amazing experience. Room was perfect and one of the cleanest rooms I have ever walked into at a hotel. Staff was amazing, so friendly and efficient. When I return to Anaheim I will check the Lulu first!

2 night stay for a quick trip to Disneyland at the take end of a larger trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful a the rooms and property are clean. The rooms are on the smaller side but the proximity to Disneyland is a great trade off. Quick and easy walk to the front gate at Disneyland. We’d stay here again!

Nice staff, but the hotel itself needs serious upgrades. We asked for extra towels and waited over two hours — my husband finally had to go to the lobby to get them. The shower had terrible water pressure, and on our last morning there was no water at all — no shower or toilet. Plus, our door didn’t close properly unless you basically body-slammed it. Convenient location near Disneyland, but for the price, I expected working basics. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless they renovate.

Regular staff are very helpful with my many issues I had. However, the front desk manager gabby was unhelpful and flat out did not care. We started our stay out strong with blood stains on the comforters which the staff changed out and we’re helpful with, but the plumbing began to have issues and we were not notified until we’ll into the night around 10:30 by a front desk clerk. We were offered comped parking for the inconvenience and the option to switch into the next building as our floor did not have hot water. Spoke to my spouse about it and called back agreeing to move, the manager all of a sudden switched and said no comps and we cannot switch rooms and that the best she could do would be to ALLOW US TO SHOWER IN ANOTHER ROOM IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BUILDING.. I have never heard of such an outrageous and infuriating bait and switch before. To top it all off, she said she would check the availability of the rooms which were previously confirmed by the other front desk clerk, and said she would call back in 5 minutes. We’ll come to find out 45 mins later waiting for her call we pack up all of our stuff and go down the lobby to figure out what’s going on and the manager just flat out left????????????? In what world is this acceptable? We had to explain the entire situation to the people who came in for shift change and Ramiro who is the assistant front end manager was very helpful and promptly resolved our issues. Avoid this hotel at all costs, book elsewhere.

Great location for Disneyland! It's right next to the Toy Story lot so you can easily take that shuttle in and back from the parks (or take the short walk too). Staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of parking so its very easy and you don't need to navigate tight corners in a parking garage. The room was great and the roaming Lulu robot is cute.

I stayed at Hotel Lulu BW Premier for a small conference held at the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — many attractions are within walking distance, and others are just a quick 5‑minute drive away. It’s also super close to Disneyland. The staff was friendly, helpful, and everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was that one of the elevators was out of service, which caused a bit of waiting, but it wasn’t a big deal. One bonus for EV drivers: the hotel is very close to two different Tesla charging stations. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Lulu for both business and leisure stays.

Fantastic stay again at Hotel Lulu as returning customers. Enjoyed around the pool. Convenient to get to Disneyland within walking distance. Range of stores/ food spots nearby too!

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. It is less than a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. There is a CVS and a Walgreens within 5 minutes from the hotel for snacks and medical items.

Quick 10 minute walk to the parks for a good deal. Walgreens and CVS right outside with tons of food options nearby. Rooms can be a little bit on the older side but are overall big, comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming! 10/10 recommend staying here.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly also. They had breakfast you could buy, and a nice bar with happy hour. It was walking distance to Disneyland, and had a lot of restaurant options. Would definitely recommend

This was a great, clean hotel within walking distance to the Disney parks. I loved the convenience of a Walgreens and a Starbucks just around the corner. The beds were comfortable. The complementary cocktail was a nice bonus!

It’s a cute hotel. Close to Disney! Love the free drink you get when checking in. The bar had great drinks but they are pricey.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Lulu, so much so it’s become our regular hotel for trips to Anaheim. The rooms are clean and updated, if you need additional towels a cute robot will deliver them for you! Their room service is incredibly convenient with a local kitchen that provides a variety of cuisines, from Mexican to burgers, to Mediterranean, so everyone is sure to find something they enjoy. The pool area is updated with fun games and a fire pit. The park view rooms have an amazing view of the evening fireworks, so book that if you can. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. We had exceptionally great service from Shannon on our most recent visit. We would absolutely recommend staying here.
