Overall it was a good stay. The location is good. Parking is terribly expensive so we parked in a nearby garage. There are a couple that are very close. The lack of storage in the rooms was a little frustrating. Not even one drawer. The pillows in our room were awful. We had one king pillow and 2 very lumpy queen pillows.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The blackout curtains are amazing and there are small things like the light up outlet in the bathroom that make the room very accommodating. However, the elevator situation is almost unbearable. You have to use your keycard, but it doesn’t work a lot of the time and sometimes the elevator moves before you get a chance to push your button. Once I ended up 2 floors above my floor before I got the reader to read my card. My husband and I both had conversations with other guests in the elevator about how difficult it was to use them. Also the room didn’t have a coffee maker, ice bucket, or washcloths. When I asked the desk for an ice bucket, they said they’d send one to our room, which they did 40 minutes later. But it didn’t have a bag in it. Instead of chancing that it was clean, I ended up just taking my water bottle to the ice machine and filling it up. The breakfast was good though!

Great weekend trip. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable! Would stay here again next time we're in town.

I get downtown is usually more expensive, but gouging us an extra $55 for parking when already shelling out a pretty penny for the room is highway robbery, especially since we're Hilton Honors members. What gives. We did take advantage of the breakfast, but when my son's cereal had some sort of nasal mucus in it, we all stopped eating and left quite nauseous. The room was nice, clean and had a good view.
