Moderna 1850-talet Luray Farmhouse, nära Shenandoah National Park, Lake Arrowhead

Farmhouse house was in excellent condition. Perfect location, secluded but close to Skyline drive & Luray. Will definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It was in the perfect location for hiking in Shenandoah National Park.

We had a wonderful time at the Farmhouse! The house was thoughtfully stocked for our needs, clean and comfortable. The proximity to Shenandoah was the reason we chose the location at about a 15 minute drive to the Thornton gap entrance. Luray is about 10-15 minutes away for groceries and restaurants. We loved the porch for coffee in the morning and we had someone who stayed in the writers cottage and loved it. I would definitely stay at the farmhouse again if I were in the area.

We came for an anniversary weekend. It was perfect. The dogs loved the yard and the cows. It was relaxing and didn’t want to leave. We plan on coming back again.

This secluded farmhouse nestled in the valley below Shenandoah National Park was the perfect spot for a last minute getaway.Our dogs loved the expansive yard and we loved sitting on the back porch to take in the sights and sounds of the National Park.The house is 15 minutes from Luray in one direction and the Thornton Gap Entrance to the National Park in the other.The house itself is as stunning as it looks in the pictures and the hosts were very communicative. We hope to make it back soon!
