Stayed for 3 day music event, closest I’ve ever stayed to a venue. Pool was empty and clean despite the hotel being full, accommodated a huge fan base with smiles all the time, and the patio out back was great any time of day. Breakfast easily one of larger spreads I’ve seen, guacamole, cold brew, coffee add ins and the staff works their butt off to keep it clean and stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

Always clean, breakfast is always a hit, friendly staff. However this trip , we discovered they’ve started charging for parking (which was always a swaying factor over staying at the double tree across the street), but more bizarrely, the parking is subcontracted in which you must surrender your keys for some strange reason. Pool is always a plus but can be hit or miss with dive bombing kids, maybe a little more enforcement on the no diving policy. Still a comfortable stay , with a great staff and wonderful breakfast

The hotel is very nice and clean. The parking situation, however, is bs. So you get a qr scan card and pay for oarking through a 3rd party. I was ok with that, although a little wierd. So i did as asked, got confirmation of payment for parking, then the next morning I have a ticket in my car saying the plate was not registered in their system. Glideparcs is the vendor for parking. I'd say to any business working with this company, make sure you know what you're getting into, because this type of service can kill your business by no fault of your own. Bottom line, don't make the customer do your work for you. Not a good biz plan. That being said, the hotel is great, clean and close to lots of restaurants, so no complaints there.

The room was great and clean. The problem, we had 2 drinks at the bar and charged $60. The most we’ve ever paid at an expensive restaurant for the drinks is $36. The amount charged by Marriott is unreasonable and taking advantage of patrons. We didn’t even imagine that we needed to ask the price before ordering because we’ve never been ripped off before. We’ll never make this mistake again.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Big free breakfast. Our room was very clean. Had two free electric vehicle charging stations that were both working. My only complaint would be we had to pay to park but it was only $13.00 for 24 hours. We would stay here again. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants and a grocery store.

Ok the rooms were very nice very accommodating although the staff I hate to complain but I had gotten several phone calls I had to be passed through to my room there were not transferred to my room that I finally got a call with a request for a message to be left to me it was a very important message that was not given to me up on checking out I brought myself to my car back in went back to my car came back in was locked out I had to pry the doors open with my hand bottom line the girls at the desk named Bella was extremely unprofessional and she was the one that did not relay these important messages that I was supposed to get nor did you pass the calls through my room times for documented everything was documented and this was very very urgent that I got this message and I did not receive it .... I believe I'll have to go through Marriott for this one because it was crucial that I got that it was a dire emergency and then also we were looking forward to going to the pool .but was closed ..also still waitimg essentials deposit ofl Of 150

The staff was wonderful. However, at breakfast, we chose a table that was vacant. It hadn’t been cleaned and had syrup on it so we left it. We had to sit at a large high table. A server came to us after about 10 minutes to see if she could have the salt and pepper that we had gotten from another table. Of course, we were happy to let her take it and I showed her the table which at this point had been rejected by many customers because they could see that it was dirty. I politely suggested it needed cleaning. When we went up to our room, I discovered that I had left my purse (at the dirty table because we sat there and then decided to move). We found my purse still there in the chair. That was after we had gone to the table, rejected the table, found another place to sit, ate breakfast and went back upstairs. The table was still dirty, and the woman I had asked to clean it was quite surly.

Overall a great experience for us (couples trip, 5x nights, late April 2023). Hotel was very new, parking was free and buffet style breakfast was also free. Our room included a full kitchenette complete with a cooktop, full sized fridge and dishwasher (and I think this may be the case for all rooms). We really enjoyed the room setup and the option to easily decline daily housekeeping (a card to hang on your door handle was provided). We are relatively clean guests and prefer the privacy (in the pre-Covid world we really enjoyed travelling with Stay Alfred and this ended up being a very similar experience). The location was very convenient, a number of restaurants are an easy walk away on Elm Street and it took about 15 minutes to walk to Delta Dental Stadium. We also drove to the Merrimack Outlets one day and that was an easy day trip. There was a basic pool which we did not use (it looked a little small to me but if you were travelling with kids I’m sure it’s fine to splash around in). There was also washers/dryers available and a gym. Our only criticisms are that the bed seemed a little hard and the floors in the room could have been cleaner (if you walked around in bare feet after showering we seemed to end up with grimy feet).

Stayed just one night for New Year's Eve; room was spacious and comfortable but had a few areas that needed upkeep; the room darkening blinds were folded onto itself making it hard to raise and lower them, also the vanity was knicked and coming apart in places.Staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious.

A real gem. I highly recommend this hotel. We were travelling grandparents with two under 5 and friends. The room was great including a kitchen with two ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and sink, equipped with everything we needed. The staff were particularly friendly and not only would we stay here again but our friends plan to stay here next year too.

Room was great. Spacious. The only reason it was not a better stay was the noise. I called the desk to inform them that at 12am there were groups of drunk adults and their children yelling and running up and down the hallways. They had multible rooms and were proping the doors open to allow each other to come and go during this partting. The hotel did nothing and they did not quiet down till 3am.

I don’t give 5 stars lightly for hotels. However, this hotel was fabulous!! The young lady at check in was really sweet and quick. After that we didn’t have much of a convo with them. My understanding is the valet is a separate company and left little to be desired. However, at the end of the day the rooms were absolutely fantastic! Beds were comfy, clean and more than we could have asked for!!

It was convenient for a quick trip to Manchester. Breakfast options were good. Love the kitchen setup and extra pullout in room. Little bar area downstairs is a nice touch. Reception was friendly and helpful. Parking is $12 and self-parking but lots of space. Overall it was a nice stay. Would stay there again.

A real gem. I highly recommend this hotel. We were travelling grandparents with two under 5 and friends. The room was great including a kitchen with two ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and sink, equipped with everything we needed. Room was great. Spacious. The only reason it was not a better stay was the noise. I called the desk to inform them that at 12am there were groups of drunk adults and their children yelling and running up and down the hallways. They had multible rooms and were proping the doors open to allow each other to come and go during this partting. The hotel did nothing and they did not quiet down till 3am.

We were "wowed" by the breakfast offerings. EVERYTHING was thought out. There were a variety of breakfast items to choose from--the spinach egg frittata, oatmeal toppings, hot bar, cold bar! Alex at the front desk guided us toward dinner options that gave us a Manchester feel. Friendly staff. Clean environment and rooms! I\'d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The pool was super clean and well maintained. The front desk staff, particularly Maya and Linda were amazing! Check in and out was easy, and the breakfast was delicious! Plenty of options for our group, who have allergies and dietary needs. Overall fantastic experience.

Ok the rooms were very nice very accommodating although the staff I hate to complain but I had gotten several phone calls I had to be passed through to my room there were not transferred to my room that I finally got a call with a request for a message to be left to me it was a very important message that was not given to me up on checking out I brought myself to my car back in went back to my car came back in was locked out I had to pry the doors open with my hand bottom line the girls at the desk named Bella was extremely unprofessional and she was the one that did not relay these important messages that I was supposed to get nor did you pass the calls through my room times for documented everything was documented and this was very very urgent that I got this message and I did not receive it .... I believe I'll have to go through Marriott for this one because it was crucial that I got that it was a dire emergency and then also we were looking forward to going to the pool .but was closed ..also still waitimg essentials deposit ofl Of 150

Appreciated the fact it was across the street from SNHU for our daughter's graduation ceremony. Everything and everyone were great. Stayed several days and had no problems at all.

Stayed for 3 day music event, closest I’ve ever stayed to a venue. Pool was empty and clean despite the hotel being full, accommodated a huge fan base with smiles all the time, and the patio out back was great any time of day. Breakfast easily one of larger spreads I’ve seen, guacamole, cold brew, coffee add ins and the staff works their butt off to keep it clean and stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great from check in to check out. The room was great, the bed was super comfortable, and all the staff were so nice. The location was perfectly central to everything we wanted to do as well. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely stay again.

Staff was amazing. Room was nice and I love the little kitchenette. Had an issue with upstairs neighbor stomping for hours but once I complained the staff resolved it quickly. Nice restaurants in the area but there is a huge homelessness problem in Manchester that would prevent me from staying there again.

Everything was wonderful. The property was clean and smelled lovely. Our room was more than accommodating and pristine. You can't beat the location, just across the street from the SNHU arena. This is definitely my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Manchester.

Everything was fine except the breakfast in the morning was wiped out by 830 and didnt seem to be getting restocked which was very inconvenient having a type 1 diabetic kid we had to check out early to get her food. That and the pool water was disturbingly yellowish meaning everyones kids probably relieved themselves in the small pool. We didnt get in it needless to say. The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful. Shower was very slipery once wet. Like too slipery so a shower was out of it.

It was great for the event we attended across the street at SNHU arena. Disappointed that there was no bar available for a cocktail at night. Had to walk to local restaurants for a drink.

Stayed just one night for New Year's Eve; room was spacious and comfortable but had a few areas that needed upkeep; the room darkening blinds were folded onto itself making it hard to raise and lower them, also the vanity was knicked and coming apart in places.Staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Very kind and helpful staff. We arrived late at night for a tournament and the manager did not have our room available because they were sold out so she accommodated us in a way that was greatly appreciated - our kids were exhausted and needed to wake up at 4:30am the following morning so it would have been a disaster if they did not have any rooms remaining.
