The hotel is in new condition. The experience is what you would expect from this type of hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was included our food options were fairly standard. The pool was small but clean and enough for a dip.

My complaint with this hotel is the cheap awful artificial scent they have piped into the vent system throughout the hotel. It caused horrible headaches!! It was hard to sleep the odor was so strong that we couldn’t have the A/C on. It tainted our entire experience.

Staff was friendly. We especially loved that they had ducks around the property for kids to find for a special prize out of the treasure box. Breakfast was good. A woman even came around offering drinks and beverages. Hotel was very clean, linens even smelled fresh. James at the front desk is so very helpful and pleasant. Rooms wete kept clean. The only thing I would change is they had an aroma pumped in in the hallways. It was overwhelming.

Amazing stay property is fantastic breakfast is delicious with lots of variety the pool is also great little cloudy when we where there rooms comfortable and relaxing we can’t wait to go back this was our second stay and we will definitely be back

Highly recommend! We came to the area to go to Weeki Wachee Springs. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and seemed updated recently. The lobby had a cold water bottle filler, tea, and coffee always available. There were also afternoon snacks put out. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options. Would stay here again!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and had good amenities and some extra fun activities like the duck hunt! Only comment is that the water in the shower was not hot enough. Otherwise the whole experience was great!

Everyone was incredibly friendly & engaged in making the hotel experience a great one. The attitude & energy of the staff made is clear that they are happy to be there. It was evident that the people working there genuinely enjoy their jobs. Whether it be the front desk, the cleaning staff, or breakfast ladies, the people were absolutely exceptional. And I’ll just add that the cleaning staff actually cleans. For example, walking past rooms where people had checked out, I could see staff cleaning everything… including the TV. Wow. Just wow. We will definitely be returning to this location. 😊

The hotel is excellent! Very clean both inside the hotel and on its territory outside. Beautiful interior, wonderful lobby, very clean, pleasant aroma in all rooms. It is noticeable that the hotel is in the hands of a professional manager! We were met by a very nice woman in the lobby, served us very quickly, told us about all the available options in the hotel. The room has everything you need, it is spacious, with good soundproofing (the road next to the hotel is completely inaudible), and a comfortable bed. Very happy that we stayed in this place!

The service was spot on. The shower pressure is kinda weak, took a while in the shower but it’s all good. The refrigerator was kinda weird because it has no freezer and had to constantly press the button to keep it cold. We found few dirty areas in the room but we just stay away from it.

My stay at the Marriott was great. It is clean and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The free popcorn was great as well. The location is convenient because it is close to a lot of restaurants and Walmart and pharmacies. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Good place to stay. Friendly and welcoming. We’ve arrived about one hour before checkin time ,the receptionist was nice to get us a different room which was appreciated.Room was clean and comfortable if there’s one thing I would change is the loud air conditioning.

Great location near toll toad, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, everything. Hotel was modern and immaculate. Bed was very comfortable; it was a Q and not the K I reserved, but it was the same price and it was just me so it wasn’t a problem. Nice breakfast selection. Front desk gentleman was exceptional!

Highly recommend! We came to the area to go to Weeki Wachee Springs. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and seemed updated recently. The lobby had a cold water bottle filler, tea, and coffee always available. There were also afternoon snacks put out. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options. Would stay here again!

My stay at the Marriott was great. It is clean and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The free popcorn was great as well. Great location near toll toad, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, everything. Hotel was modern and immaculate. Bed was very comfortable; it was a Q and not the K I reserved, but it was the same price and it was just me so it wasn’t a problem. Nice breakfast selection. Front desk gentleman was exceptional!

Staff was friendly. We especially loved that they had ducks around the property for kids to find for a special prize out of the treasure box. Breakfast was good. A woman even came around offering drinks and beverages. Hotel was very clean, linens even smelled fresh. We were extremely happy overall with the cleanliness and the cleanliness of the staff at this hotel

My husband and I went for a weekend and the room was nice and clean. I especially liked the fact that the towels smelled clean and the waste baskets were empty every time we came back from the outside. The breakfasts were always good and Everyone was courteous and welcoming. I would recommend the Fairfield to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Spring Hill. We’re definitely coming back.

At the last minute, I was unable to go on the trip. My husband tried to check in to the hotel with my name and confirmation number and they would not let him check in. The reservation was already paid for except for taxes. I understand their policy but they would not accept any of my information over the phone for him to check in. They kept telling me to get Hotels.com to call them to confirm information. This is where I had trouble because there is not a way to contact anyone at Hotels.com without a virtual assistant that can only do the basic information. So I had to forfeit my room and my husband still supported the hotel and had to book a different room at the same price just to have a place to stay. I have always chosen Hotels.com before any other booking company. I just don't understand why it had to be so difficult and lose my money because there are other ways to go about this. Update- Hotels.com made good on their end. They immediately refunded me after I submitted a review to them. I appreciate everyone that made this possible.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever experienced. Super clean, smelled lovely, inviting lobby, great breakfast, spacious bathrooms, excellent mattress and I could go on. I travel a lot. I don’t often write reviews, however, this hotel deserved it.
