This hotel was clean and quiet and checked all the boxes we were looking for in a hotel stay. We checked in via the Hilton app which was convenient and seamless. Although, we didn’t need to stop at the front desk we were greeted by friendly staff. I was able to do laundry onsite during our stay which was a plus. I thought the daily breakfast was good with plenty of options. The WiFi could have been a bit quicker but I was able to use my hotspot, so not too much of an issue. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again when back in the area.

There for a 3 day 2 night stay with 3 grandkids. Had an excellent time. Front desk were friendly and always had a smile. Room was clean , comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had many good choices. Pool was great! Will definitely stay again!

Phenomenal stay for our family! Clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, nice saltwater pool, top notch customer service. Our door bolt wasnt working and they sent repair person FAST! Everything else was just excellent!

We absolutely love everything about this hotel!! We go frequently to Dallas for soccer tournaments and it’s the only hotel we stay at!! The rooms are very spacious clean and comfortable!! Great breakfast!! Nice patio and pool to enjoy!! And the most important is the staff! She always goes above and beyond for our family every time we stay!!! We love staying here!!

Best stay we have had in a long time. A week here with two rooms for a sporting event. The place is ACTUALLY CLEAN and the housekeeping staff seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs. We saw them chatting and laughing with each other, heard one lady singing while she was cleaning, and they have such a nice collection of tools available for their work. I think this really shows how nice and clean a hotel really is. Are the staff happy and do they have the tools they need. Doris at the front desk took good care of us and she even dried my laundry in the back when the coin dryer quit working. Anything we needed was taken care of, just ask, you can even text down and they will bring it! A noisy dog moved in next door and the staff managed the situation. Breakfast is fantastic. There’s even hot chocolate at the coffee station, which my children greatly enjoyed. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with tons of open shelving and cabinets, lots of pleasant lighting options, a TABLE that rolls out, good size fridge, dishwasher, and bright enough lights in the bathroom to actually do makeup. Kids loved the pool, max depth 4 1/2 feet. Laundry facilities shared with the workout room which was just fantastic for keeping an eye on things without being trapped in a boring room. We also enjoyed plentiful shared space inside and outside. Really enjoyed our stay. We told the staff we wished THIS hotel with THIS staff could just pop up for us along the road. Highly recommend!

Very clean and in room amenities were nice. Bed was comfortable, but the sheets were not great - microfiber and hot. Pool was small and overtaken by small children, but to be expected with a lacrosse tournament.

This particular building was newer and clean. Breakfast was good. This time around the air and heat worked. I was disappointed to find out there were no housekeeping due to the New Year holiday. We had to make a few trips to the front desk for towels, sheets, trash bags,etc. The trash cans on each floor were over flowed. We had to used the trash cans outside the hotel. That's just ridiculous. They had the nerve to keep my incidental fee for whatever reason. What a rip off considering we had to room service ourselves. Not sure whose worse between H2S and The Hampton Inn.

From the front desk to the morning breakfast service to general groundskeeping and maintenance, the employees were EXCEPTIONAL!! The room was also possibly the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The housekeeping team absolutely wiped down every single surface, including light fixtures and behind the T.V. I have done some high-end professional residential cleaning so I can see all the “missed spots” when I travel and they hit them all!! I give an additional kudos for having clean products for sensitive skin!

This hotel is conveniently located just off I35 E in Lewisville, TX. Easy to reach from Austin and very clean and comfortable. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent.

We were placed in the handicap room and the bathroom flooded every time we showered. It was awful!! I fell twice due to this. Our room was not cleaned properly. We found trash and used dental floss everywhere.

The size of my room was incredible. Plenty of space to work, relax, food prep, and store items. Full size fridge and microwave is a hotel game changer! The staff were incredibly kind and courteous. I will choose this option first on my next work trip.

Had a nice stay in this hotel. Room was clean and relatively quite. The shelf system is wonderful. I was so impressed that I decided to unpack and put all luggage into shelves and drawers and pretend I was living in home. Was nice.

I travel plenty and this is by far one the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Suites are very big, bathrooms are very clean with glass doors. Modern furniture inside the rooms and hallways were well lit and smelled clean. My only complain is the internet speeds. I was getting around 5 mbps on WiFi. Everything else was amazing.

Good breakfast options. Beds are comfortable and room was clean. Only negative is we asked for a late checkout and we’re told they don’t do those. Overall a nice hotel though.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had packages for work being delivered and they held them for me. Answered any questions I had. Will definitely stay again and just make this my main hotel I stay when I go for business or fun in Dallas.

I booked this hotel an hour away from where I was working because the previous hotel was overbooked and canceled my reservation. I called and confirmed my reservation and let them know I was working and would be late and he said "no problem". My 77 year old diabetic father and I got there. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Finally someone showed up to tell me they overbooked and I didn't have a room. We ended up driving 4 hours home after working a 14 hour day. Thank you so much for the hospitality....

If you happen to have noisy neighbors blasting music and TV all night, do NOT expect to have this taken care of. Staff will have YOU move to another room at 3 a.m and back to your original room the next morning. Also, I called at 12 pm the next day to request housekeeping (as per their policy), manager said sure, room was never cleaned. Manager just kept saying how it's not his fault which is true, but for less of an inconvenience, I've been compensated (which does make the guest feel validated in the hassle). I was surprised by the lack of customer service manager Nestor has, lack of sincere appology and the negative experience this stay was.

If you have stayed in a Home2, you know what to expect. If you have not stayed in a Home2, it is in my opinion the best hotel experience in this price range. Large, actual Queen-sized beds, spacious room, full-sized fridge. Very few chains meet these standards. This specific branch wasn't my favorite Home2, but it was still very comfortable. Location didn't have much directly around it but was close to the interstate/other attractions. Staff was top-notch friendly.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect for my activities in Downtown Dallas one day and then at UNT the next day. Not to mention proximity to the shopping I wanted to get done while visiting.

Had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and up to date. The only small critique would be I wish there had been sausage or bacon at breakfast. The yogurt and egg scrambles were very good!
