Moxy Miami South Beach

Väldigt trevligt boende i bra läge.

Vi gillade verkligen Moxy Hotel! Poolområdet var jättehärligt och ganska lätt att få plats. Hotellet var coolt, rummet fräscht och utsikten fantastisk, men rummet var jättelitet för en familj. Fanns ingen stans att packa upp sakerna och vi trängdes när vi skulle gå till och från badrummet. Skulle enl uppgift finnas kaffe och te nere i receptionen, men kaffet fanns i en pumptermos och var knappt ens ljummet. Fanns även en underbar takterrass med fantastisk bubblet både strand och stad men baren som fanns där uppe var inte öppen när vi var där. Läget var grymt! Man är nere på stranden på ett par minuter. Fanns även cyklar att låna gratis samt 2 solstolar per rum nere på stranden. Dock inga parasoller ingick.

Was great really enjoying it

From check in to check out, everyone was so nice and helpful. 3rd time staying and again enjoyed my stay. Only think I would suggest is they get some sort of plastic cover or protector to add to the bottom of the shower door. A lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor near the sink. Just one small thing to look in too. Bar was accessible and convient, pool view this time was still great, will for sure stay again in future visits.

Unfortunately, there was water damage in some rooms, and we were not able to get the room we originally booked for 2 nights. There were two different conferences happening in the area, so they were overbooked. They put us in a room with double bunk beds for my fiance and me. It was not a comfortable stay as the room was already small, and the beds made it much more unpleasant. We made sure to communicate with the staff about our frustration. While they were empathetic to some extent, they still charged us full price for the first two nights. I don't intend to stay here in the future.
