Overall, the room & service was very good. Nice and quiet here. Did have a disappointment with the accessible bathroom shower attachment. Needs repair.

Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom. Conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and never refilled.

The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and really hard. We requested third floor and could hear whoever was above us on the third floor, along with toilet flushing, etc. Breakfast was wiped out by 9:20 on a weekend, so we had to opt for breakfast somewhere else. Was not a bad stay, but not the best either.

Stayed over a Saturday night that the front desk guy said they didn't have high occupancy. Property was clean from outside, and room was spacious. We had to ask for a sheet/blanket set for the extra bed, extra towels because only had 2 bath towels for 3 people, and the phone didn't work in the room. Breakfast is included and it was ok. Refills of food that ran out were not speedily replaced, and having only one waffle iron for the whole hotel created a long line. Overall, hotel was a good stay, just need some easy tweaking to make it to the excellent status.
