So this was a very nice hotel/suite stay. The rooms were great with modern touches that showed it was with the times. The rooms were spacious the bathroom was nice. Good amenities and it was great that they had a snack bar to purchase items! I will stay here again!

Pros: clean, safe, conveniently located, a much better than average breakfast, comfortable bedding, quiet, complimentary bottled water available to guests, continuous fan option, clever suite furniture including trundle sofa (didn't use, but a nice option for fabulous with littles). Didn't use pool, so can't comment. Cons: room layout, while tastefully decorated, a bit awkward in that the bathroom runs lengthwise opposite the foot of the beds, which would be fine, but the barn-style sliding door was made of material that did not block light or noise, so using the bathroom disrupted those trying to sleep. Lo-flow shower head with low pressure made the steam feel like a free dribbles, and was disappointing. Toweling for three for our party of four. The mini fridge was in need of defrosting, huge block of ice in it. Was at room temp. Not a huge deal, but I do like to keep OJ available in the event of low blood sugar.

The hotel was nice and clean, looked new, minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway - all minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean, laid out well, had several charging options (USB sockets, standard sockets) throughout the room. Very nice rooms; our stay was quiet and uneventful.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Ideal for group as lobby spaces very comfortable. I wish they included more variety/ gluten free options for breakfast, and a bar or wine/beer at mini store would be nice. They lacked a water bottle refilling station (except a broken one in fitness room) and had no recycling bins. Location was great and hotel nice and quiet.

This place does NOT HAVE A BAR! We picked this location because my husband and I needed a quick getaway. It says it has a bar and we liked that for convenience. No bar! The hotel itself is in a great location and overall great! I would have given 5 stars if there was a bar.

I celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday at the hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The kids went swimming and enjoyed the firepit area. Wonderful customer service and available when you needed them.

Staff is very friendly. This might be the friendliest place I’ve ever stayed. Clean property. Room was spacious and well designed. I would have marked the cleanliness as excellent but we used the pull out couch and there were a lot of crumbs under the couch. Rest of the room very clean. Price was excellent. We will definitely stay here again

As soon as I walked in there were towels and a bucket of dirty water by the front door. The front desk just gave me my key without indicating what floor I was on. The room had a big burn hole in the carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky. Will not be coming back..not worth the price

Check - in was very easy, those behind the desk were very nice. The only negative was due to dirty glasses in our room upon check-in. We set them outside the room and all was well. They had a great breakfast setup with lots of options, much more than I have seen at other hotels.

The property was quiet and felt safe. Lots of dining and shopping options. The only thing I didn’t like was the window air conditioner . Noisy, blew air directly on the king sized bed. Hard to sleep with that thing turning on and off all night. I’ll look for another hotel next time with central air.

Hotel was very clean and the whole staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately our shower in our room was not good. Water pressure very low and water temperature varied from just warm to sometimes cold no matter where we moved the control. Wife did not wash her hair from fear of not getting the shampoo rinsed out. Also the breakfast had many options but the scrambled eggs and the bacon were just slightly warm even though we were one of the first in the room for breakfast.

Excellent hotel! The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because the sliding bathroom door has a thin panel on the door, and if anyone uses the bathroom at night it brightens the entire room and wakes everyone up.

We stayed here with some basic expectations needing to be met. We lacked bedding and pillows upon arrival. We lacked shampoo and conditioner. We were only stocked with decaf coffee. When paying this much for a hotel and staying 3 nights, basic expectations are sufficient bedding for number of guests. Basics like shampoo and conditioner are filled. And coffee needs to be easy to access. I had to call to get all these things.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and cool temperature upon entry. Front desk employee was very accommodating and kind. I do have a large complaint, however. Check out is at noon. I got back to my hotel room very late the night before and needed to sleep in. I had my “do not disturb” sign on my door. At 10:15am I got a knock at my door. It awoke me and I jumped up out of bed. The next thing I know the cleaning lady had opened my door and walked in the room. I go, “Can I help you?!!!” She said she was checking to see if I had checked out already. I go, “I don’t have to be out until noon and I have a ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door.” She didn’t seem to care. She just wanted me out. I understand she has a job. But busting into my room an hour and 45-minutes early without my consent is outrageous.

The only complaint I have is that I requested to have our room cleaned (garbages changed-towels refreshed) daily -staff came by and said they would come back—never did We were told to leave old towels and garbage in the hall and staff would pop by to get it (it was there until after lunch the next day)

The manager was so kind, and even helped me transfer my paraplegic hubby into bed, several times! Great breakfast! Comfortable room! Convenient location to shops and restaurants, etc...

I enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is very clean and conveniently located. There are several eateries and shopping stores within walking distance. The breakfast definitely gets the job done; it’s simple but still has a good variety of things to select from.

Pros: clean, safe, conveniently located, a much better than average breakfast, comfortable bedding, quiet, complimentary bottled water available to guests, continuous fan option, clever suite furniture including trundle sofa (didn't use, but a nice option for fabulous with littles). Didn't use pool, so can't comment. Cons: room layout, while tastefully decorated, a bit awkward in that the bathroom runs lengthwise opposite the foot of the beds, which would be fine, but the barn-style sliding door was made of material that did not block light or noise, so using the bathroom disrupted those trying to sleep. Lo-flow shower head with low pressure made the steam feel like a free dribbles, and was disappointing. Toweling for three for our party of four. The mini fridge was in need of defrosting, huge block of ice in it. Was at room temp. Not a huge deal, but I do like to keep OJ available in the event of low blood sugar.

The hotel was nice and clean, looked new, minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway - all minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean, laid out well, had several charging options (USB sockets, standard sockets) throughout the room. Very nice rooms; our stay was quiet and uneventful.

Nice rooms and beautiful building. Not near an area with a whole lot of traffic. Hotel was pretty quiet which is nice. We had a suite and room was comfortable and kids loved it!

Hotel was very clean and the whole staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately our shower in our room was not good. Water pressure very low and water temperature varied from just warm to sometimes cold no matter where we moved the control. Wife did not wash her hair from fear of not getting the shampoo rinsed out. Also the breakfast had many options but the scrambled eggs and the bacon were just slightly warm even though we were one of the first in the room for breakfast.

This place does NOT HAVE A BAR! We picked this location because my husband and I needed a quick getaway. It says it has a bar and we liked that for convenience. No bar! The hotel itself is in a great location and overall great! I would have given 5 stars if there was a bar.

Good hotel room for us, a travel stopover night. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was super clean. TV was not perfect, had trouble navigating the possible programs available to watch. Breakfast was good!

Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience.

Hotel is good. Hockey teams stayed here and took over the entire lobby and outside sitting area. They were also very loud.
