Very nice hotel with large clean rooms and a nice pool. I had a corner room with excellent view over both the castle and the river and the breakfast was great. Very convenient with parking under the hotel.

We booked family suite for a one night stay. All the facilities are in top notch condition! Breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. Clean pool and wellness facilities. Two items for improvement: this is a spa hotel, so having to separately ask for bathrobe and slippers is odd. Furthermore, the cocktail selection in the piano bar was very limited, and the staff did not want to make anything out of the list (strange as there is a full stocked bar with all possible spirits). Apart from the two points, amazing stay. Parking reasonably priced with direct access to hotel.

Hotel is pretty new, all no areas were clean and well-maintained. The room was a good size. We particularly liked the changing colour lights in the shower (disco-shower!). The pool is small, but has an endless pool feature so could do a good swim. Negative was that the bar is lovely but quite expensive, we had a cocktail in there one evening, but chose to drink elsewhere the other nights due to the price.

Great location in the city centre. Plenty of places of interest in this lovely small city. Many options for eating, drinking and shopping. The hotel has a small pool and gym which I used. The room allocated was very nice, well furnished, clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would stay in the hotel again if returning to Ingolstadt.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer! Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig, mit Bestellmöglichkeit von frischen Eierspeisen! War am Samstag nur sehr überfüllt, da neben den Hotelgästen auch viele weitere Gäste das Frühstücksangebot nutzen.

Ein tolles neues Hotel mit stilvollen und hochwertigen großen Zimmern. Es ist dem Hotel gelungen Niveau, Aussehen und Komfort mit exzellenten Mitarbeitern zusammenzubringen. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war angenehm groß mit reichlich Schränken, einen riesigen Bett und zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das schon gestaltete Bad nicht zu vergessen. Der Pool sah toll aus, leider konnte ich ihn nicht benutzen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Räumlichkeiten äußerst hochwertig eingerichtet. Optisch eine Freude am Morgen. Nun zu den kleinen Kritikpunkten: Beim entsperren der Zimmertür mit der Karte bekommt man kein wahrnehmbares Feedback, ob die Tür jetzt auch offen ist. Die Trittleiste unter der Tür war locker, was ich beim Check-out auch mitgeteilt habe. Das Tablett in meinem Zimmer war quasi tot, als ich angekommen bin. Wenn man sich damit nicht auskennt, bekommt man es auch nicht zum laufen. Im Bad waren zwei Unsauberkeiten. Die Druckknöpfe in der Dusche hatten noch alle Fingerabdrücke darauf und ein Handtuch, das ich nicht nutzen musste, hatte eine gut sichtbare Verunreinigung auf der Außenseite. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Schlaf und tollem Frühstück.

Although somewhat clinical in design and without architectural highpoints, this brand new hotel really ticks all the boxes. Location, comfort, room size, internet, great shower, comfortable bed (although I do hate plastic undersheets so used the 2nd duvet to lie on!). Breakfast was 1st rate and one of the best buffets I've ever had. Nothing more to say tbh

Leider war der Blick weder auf Donau, noch auf die Stadt, sondern auf einen Innenhof. Im Zimmer schrecklich laute Lüftung bzw Klima, welche sich nicht ausstellen lässt - laut Personal haben das "Problem die meisten Gäste". Personal, Lage, Sauberkeit und Wellnessbereich top.

Most things were great but 3 niggles. The lack of a hospitality tray. I do expect tea and coffee in the room in this standard of hotel without having to ask for a kettle etc and then having to collect the tea and coffee from the bar myself. I detest the plastic undersheets! I can understand this practice in a budget hotel but not here. I end up sleeping on one duvet and covering up with the other. Air-con controls didn't work properly and couldn't be regulated. Temperature range was insufficient.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und das Zimmer ist klug eingerichtet. Ich hatte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und dann eines mit „Blick“ ins Treppenhaus bekommen. Das war etwas seltsam, hat aber seinen Zweck erfüllt. Was überhaupt nicht so gut geklappt hat, war das Tablett auf dem Zimmer: ich habe zweimal hintereinander versucht, mit dem Tablet das Bügeleisen zu ordern. Beide Male hat es nicht geklappt. Erst ein Anruf bei der Rezeption hat geholfen.

Väldigt fint hotel med bra läge, nytt och fräscht. Barpersonal och serveringspersonal är otroliga, glada, serviceminded och väldigt trevliga. Vi var en familj på fyra personer. Vid incheckning så fick man en glasflaska med vatten var som personalen plockade upp från plastbackar direkt och som var upplagd direkt på receptionsdisken. Inte nog med att vi har två barn och bagage att bära så ska vi även bära fyra vattenflaskor, varför inte ställa dom på rummet direkt. På rummet fanns endast en handduk, efter samtal med receptionisten fick vi reda på att vi skulle kolla i garderoben för fler handdukar!!!! I receptionen står massor av bagagevagnar men inte för att personalen skall hjälpa dig med att bära upp bagaget utan för att du själv skall ta vagnen till bilen och själv rulla vagnen till rummet!!! Allt detta för 350€. Ifrågasätter hotellets 5 stjärnor?

This was our second time staying at the Maritim Hotel. It's a very nice, well-kept hotel. Staff was pleasant. We don't speak German and had no issues with staff communication; everyone spoke good English. We were visiting family in the area, so we did not use the hotel much, other than sleeping in the room. One minor complaint, they are running a "do not clean the room daily" campaign. We were there three nights, i said it was fine not cleaning that first day. Unfortunately they didn't clean our room at all, we were out of soap and the towels were left on the floor for replenishing. They never came. Other than that, all else was great. I would go back again.

Ich bin sehr viel in Hotels unterwegs und sehr, sehr selten habe ich so viele durchwegs freundliche und motivierte Mitarbeiter getroffen wie im Maritim in Ingolstadt. das Frühstück, die Einrichtung des Hotels und die Sauberkeit verdienen 5 Sterne.

Ich bin sehr viel in Hotels unterwegs und sehr, sehr selten habe ich so viele durchwegs freundliche und motivierte Mitarbeiter getroffen wie im Maritim in Ingolstadt. das Frühstück, die Einrichtung des Hotels und die Sauberkeit verdienen 5 Sterne.

Very nice hotel with large clean rooms and a nice pool. I had a corner room with excellent view over both the castle and the river and the breakfast was great. Very convenient with parking under the hotel.

Sehr gut gelegen, am Rande der Altstadt. Schon die Ankuft war super - man hat die Möglichkeit auf den Vorplatt zu fahren und sich erstmal zu orientieren. Das ist bei vielen Hotels ja meist nicht möglich. Parkmöglichkwiten gibt es gleich im angeschlossenen Parkhaus. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das Ambiente des gesamten Hotels ist sehr gut.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit besonderem Service und super Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und als Upgrade die kostenfreie Nutzung der Minibar sowie zusätzlich 2 große Flaschen Wasser erhalten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist zentral direkt am Stadtzentrum gelegen.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer! Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig, mit Bestellmöglichkeit von frischen Eierspeisen! War am Samstag nur sehr überfüllt, da neben den Hotelgästen auch viele weitere Gäste das Frühstücksangebot nutzen.

A really nice new hotel in a central location, staff are all very helpful and friendly. My biggest gripe is that every single thing is extra. When you pay for a nice hotel you expect some things that you don’t get in a mediocre hotel but here if you want it you have to pay for it (bathrobes to use in the spa facilities - extra, coffee or tea in your room - extra, breakfast - extra, hair conditioner - not even available, vanity kit - free but you have to order it, minibar items - yes you expect to pay for these but not trudge down to reception to use a vending machine or go to the bar). It’s a shame because it’s otherwise very nice but maybe it’s more geared to people who are staying here on business and don’t mind paying for a few extra things that their company won’t pay for.
