Nice hotel, no elevator to second floor, so can be a loan if you have heavy luggage. I stay here at times cause it's close to office in North York but still off the beaten path so a trek to get to the core if you're walking

A very pleasant and clean hotel. Convenient parking. Close to all amenities. Beautifully appointed art work and cozy sitting area separated from the bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Would have really appreciated an ice machine. Fully functioning Keurig machine with cups, plates and utensils available and a microwave. Overall, a pleasant stay

Hotel is a remodeled older hotel. Very nice and clean with big rooms. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Only negative was no elevator, but hotel is only 2 floored. It's only a negative if you have a lot of luggage but the staff helped me out with my luggage. Will stay again

MISREPRESENTED as a one story- no elevator - two stories- had to carry our stuff up TWO flights- Says premium cable TV but NO CABLE NO live stations at all!!! Roku TV old programs only. No hair dryer. Nothing to hold onto in tub- safety hazard! No closet. Dirty carpet. Makeshift hotel - owner/family seem to live there in first floor.

Absolutely lovely boutique hotel, rooms have a living room/kitchenette in addition to a bedroom and bathroom. No elevator up to the second floor, so might be inconvenient for older guests. Limited parking, maybe eight spots, but that wasn't a problem when I visited. Clean, comfortable, convenient - would gladly stay again.

The stay was average at best. ALL the linens (bedding and towels), smelled like someone threw up on them. It was a very rancid smell. I had to spray product on the pillow just to sleep. The parking was very limited as this is at the front of a residential neighborhood. I was asked to move my vehicle up as far as I could so I didn't go over the sidewalk. The other 2 vehicles were allowed to hang out over the sidewalk to almost the street. There is free internet which was good but I don't want to have to use my entertainment subscriptions to watch TV programs. There was limited items I like to watch on Roku. The walls are paper thin and the family with the screaming children next to me didn't go to bed until well after midnight. There was no breakfast provided so if that is something you like, you wont find it here. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and as of a week later, I still don't have it for expense purposes. I personally will not use this facility again.

Certainly NOT what I thought I had booked. Place is very primative (no elevator), dirty (lobby with dirt and dead leaves all over, room dirty, toilet plugged), tiny TV. Will not ever stay here again; do NOT recommend.

For the cost of the room for one night, we expected more. No cable tv, only option was to login to our own netflix of prime accounts. Bathroom was dated and small and the fan was extremely loud. The room was clean and bed comfortable though.

Quaint hotel in quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to many restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and room had plenty of space. The only issue was AC didn’t work great but staff was very responsive and helpful.

Our room was very clean however it was very hot. The room did not have a thermostat or any good ventilation. There was no air conditioning so we had a very uncomfortable stay. We stayed in October so I can’t imagine staying in the Summer. The windows also only opened a small crack so they were not helping with the air flow.

Room was very spacious and staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Coffee, water and toiletries were replenished daily and never ran out. Wi-Fi was reliable and public transportation was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend.

My room was as pictured on the website, with desk and kitchenette, dishes and coffee supplied. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and frequent bus service on Sheppard Avenue. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a heating problem on 2 different nights of my stay. It became much too hot in the 2nd floor hallway and in my room, after 10:00 p.m. The thermostat read 26' Celsius, although it was set to maximum 22', and it took over 3 hours running on cool to reach the desired sleeping temperature. Other nights were fine.

We had the king bed with pullout couch room. Bedroom is spacious, bed is very comfortable and room is separate from living room. Bedroom faces side street parking. No other view, so feels like a motel. Relatively quiet as it’s a small hotel. Small kitchenette with all basics provided (bar fridge, microwave, few dishes, keurig) Bathroom is basic. Robes provided. Could use a little extra clean in rooms and some updating. Great location near subway line (15 minute walk to Sheppard-Yonge) and many restaurants within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is an excellent choice when staying in the Toronto area without paying downtown prices. Well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay. TTC a few steps away. Kitchenette was ideal. Separate bedroom area. Staff was very accommodating in providing extra pillows, extra water bottles and coffee pods. We will definitely stay here again!

Good accomodations for a family or larger group. Although updates have been made and everything is clean, the room felt somewhat dated, for example some worn furniture and the bathroom needs updates. All in all, great locations, friendly staff, in a quiet and safe area, Competitive price for toronto given the size of the room and number of beds.

I have seen this property on Expedia for a few years now but this was my first time staying there. I was very impressed! The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the suites are bigger than I was expecting - living area, kitchentte, good size bedroom. There really are any hotels in this part of North York and I found it conveniently located to visit my Mum at the North General Hospital. I will, definitely, stay here again!
I have seen this property on Expedia for a few years now but this was my first time staying there. I was very impressed! The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the suites are bigger than I was expecting - living area, kitchentte, good size bedroom. There really are any hotels in this part of North York and I found it conveniently located to visit my Mum at the North General Hospital. I will, definitely, stay here again!

The stay was average at best. ALL the linens (bedding and towels), smelled like someone threw up on them. It was a very rancid smell. I had to spray product on the pillow just to sleep. The parking was very limited as this is at the front of a residential neighborhood. I was asked to move my vehicle up as far as I could so I didn't go over the sidewalk. The other 2 vehicles were allowed to hang out over the sidewalk to almost the street. There is free internet which was good but I don't want to have to use my entertainment subscriptions to watch TV programs. There was limited items I like to watch on Roku. The walls are paper thin and the family with the screaming children next to me didn't go to bed until well after midnight. There was no breakfast provided so if that is something you like, you wont find it here. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and as of a week later, I still don't have it for expense purposes. I personally will not use this facility again.

It was a great quiet location. Free parking. Close to the 401 and easy to get downtown using Bayview. Room was a suite with microwave, fridge and utensils. Would definitely book again.

A very pleasant and clean hotel. Convenient parking. Close to all amenities. Beautifully appointed art work and cozy sitting area separated from the bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Would have really appreciated an ice machine. Fully functioning Keurig machine with cups, plates and utensils available and a microwave. Overall, a pleasant stay

Nice little boutique hotel! Nice neighborhood, very friendly staff and close enough to subway, 15 minute walk, made it easy to go into downtown Toronto. Nice mall located near subway. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was in the area that I wanted to be in. Close to Yonge Street and the subway, since I came into town for medical appointments and to visit friends. It is a very small boutique hotel and fits what I need for a one-night stay.

My room was as pictured on the website, with desk and kitchenette, dishes and coffee supplied. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and frequent bus service on Sheppard Avenue. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a heating problem on 2 different nights of my stay. It became much too hot in the 2nd floor hallway and in my room, after 10:00 p.m. The thermostat read 26' Celsius, although it was set to maximum 22', and it took over 3 hours running on cool to reach the desired sleeping temperature. Other nights were fine.

Staff was helpful and friendly. This is a relatively small venue in terms of the number of rooms. Nevertheless the room we were in was spacious, clean and quiet. In short, the rooms and facilities are fine; the no-frills aspect comes in with the absence of a real lobby and food services. There are restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

The recepionist was friendy and helpful. Parking is tight and on the street or half on the sidewalk. No breakfast at the hotel. TV was poor / poor reception and limited channels. Lots of space in the room for one person if staying longer than 2 nights. Clean overall and its a smaller hotel than I thought from their website.

We had the king bed with pullout couch room. Bedroom is spacious, bed is very comfortable and room is separate from living room. Bedroom faces side street parking. No other view, so feels like a motel. Relatively quiet as it’s a small hotel. Small kitchenette with all basics provided (bar fridge, microwave, few dishes, keurig) Bathroom is basic. Robes provided. Could use a little extra clean in rooms and some updating. Great location near subway line (15 minute walk to Sheppard-Yonge) and many restaurants within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is an excellent choice when staying in the Toronto area without paying downtown prices. Well worth it.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The only thing that was a bit disturbing was the bathroom ventilation fan — it was quite loud. One suggestion that could make the rooms even better is to include a toaster in the kitchen area. That would be a great addition!

Nice hotel in North York at a reasonable rate. Nothing fancy but quite functional, with a kitchenette. A toaster would have been a good addition to the microwave. Also could use a deep clean, but was clean enough for our stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is an easy walk to Yonge Sheppard station and the centre. There is no lift to the first floor but there are ground floor rooms if mobility is difficult. Whilst reception in manned 24 hours a day there is nowhere where you could buy tea or coffee or food. There was a coffee machine in the room with tea and coffee pods and placed to eat locally are plentiful, though. So I think this is a cross between a motel and a hotel really but given yhat I would reccomend it.

On our second night, the spots were all full and RJ came outside and helped me find a parking spot on the street. Very quiet area of Toronto, close to the 401, not far from the restaurants on Yonge Street.

Our stay was lovely. The staff most helpful of places to and eat. The only thing I would change would have to be control on the air conditioning. It got a little bit stuffy during the night. Otherwise it was a great experience.

We were greeted by a lovely friendly customer staff person upon our arrival. Very helpful polite and welcoming. We saw her a few times. Other staff were the same. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Toronto. This is a hidden gem. Thank you and see you again soon.
