Lovely spot to stay in a great location. My unit was so clean and well set-up with a few pods of laundry detergent and everything. My only warning is that you do need a number which can receive an SMS for check-in, which I did not have and didn't plan well for. Once I brought the issue up however on the day of my check-in, the staff were super helpful and responsive and we worked it out. A little advance planning and it would have been no issue at all.

The place was nice, but the check-in process was awful. There is no front desk - they use an electronic process, which failed, leaving us sitting in our car trying to get hold of someone to tell us how to get into the car park and where our room was and how to get into it. We got hold of someone who was very helpful and got us in, but on the basis of our check-in experience we will not use this company again.

It’s a very nice spot in a terrific location with within the heart of countless amenities. The room itself was impressively spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay. But there were two irritations: (1) It seemed like the maintenance wasn’t quite up to par with the cleaning. The Keurig machine was well-stocked but useless because it’s broken; a prominent lightbulb was also constantly flickering. The bigger annoyance was check-in. This worked, in the end, but their automated system isn’t without hiccups and confusion. I ended up filling in the same form three times, and was still ultimately unsure whether everything was in good order until I received my digital key an hour or two before checkin. My booking was made day-prior, so maybe their system is just a but clunkier for such late bookings. On the whole, though, it was a good stay, and a very impressive room.
