The hotel experience was perfect. Traveling with a pet, the room was convenient to access and the outdoor area was ideal. The room was very clean and the customer service was professional. The room offered a full refrigerator and mini stovetop burners. That was a bonus feature I had not expected.

I spent the night here on my way to Michigan on a work assignment. My room had a range for cooking, a full size refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. I didn't use all of these but appreciated that they were there. I'll plan to stay here on my way back for sure. Also, what made it for me was that they are pet friendly and I brought my dog =)

The property was clean and the rooms were well appointed. Having a full sized refrigerator in the room kitchenette was a bonus. We travel with two dogs and the property has plenty of room to walk them and is not located on a busy street.

The staff were fantastic. It was easy to tell the hotel is pretty new. I liked that they had a mini shop for necessities near the counter. The beds were very comfortable.

Spacious new hotel and rooms. Has a regular size refrigerator and electric stovetop surface for cooking. Great for extended stays. The room key kept malfunctioning on a 2-day stay. Laundry room available but a little pricey…$1.50 for washer and $1.50 for dryer. Amenities were above averagely priced.

We have stayed at this hotel three times now. The first two times we were extremely pleased. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished. This time, however, when we pulled the covers back to get into bed, we found wadded up tissue between the sheets and some smear of food on the mattress cover. This gave the impression the linens had not been changed. The staff seemed unconcerned about this.

The stay was convenient and comfortable, but about third which originally due to the rain were thought to be mosquito bites turned out to be a flea infestation in the room. We obviously didn't bring animals to the room, but there were nearly a dozen fleas in two of the beds. Not bed bugs, but fleas....ugh. Ruined what was a good thing.

The room was very clean as well as the carpet. The hotel is conveniently located with many shops nearby (Kohls, Maurice's, Dunkin Donuts, etc...). The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will stay there again in the future

Our first assigned room takes of dog odor. We asked for the next room and there is also a dog odor, just not as strong. Now my wife, who is allergic to dogs, is wheezing pretty badly. Why do freaking hotels do this?

Room was spotless, A/C unit quiet, full sized fridge, cooktop, microwave, dish soap - even a toaster! But, you have to bring your own pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. The tub faucet and spout were not strapped to the wall behind the tub surround and the caulk was no longer making any seal at all around both pieces. That was the only thing wrong with the room or property. Easy fix. Everything else was very well maintained and very clean.

This was a fine hotel. Nothing fancy, but good quality beds and pillows, clean and well-maintained, and quiet for the most part. (Some little ones above us were running around a lot, but it was only during the day, so not a big deal). The doors/hallways are better sound-proofed than most places I've stayed in this price range. It was great having the full-size fridge, and we were able to make pancakes in the room, as well as a few other "snacks". You DO need to bring your own pans for cooking, and they shouldn't be too large as the burners are relatively small & close together. Still, it was a nice perk.

The hotel was clean, quiet & close to many restaurants (try Taste of Memphis) & shopping. The front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. I do recommend turning the ice machine off at bedtime as it is a bit loud.

Kitchenette but zero plates, utensils, pots or pans but they will sell them to you in the little store. The walls are paper thin and the blinds keep out zero light from the parking lot. Bed was good and has an elevator but if you are a light sleeper and need a dark room this is not the place for you.

Newer hotel. Nice large room that had full fridge, large microwave and a small stove top. The thing I didn't like was the noise level at night. Could hear everything above and next door and in the hallway. The walls and ceiling did not have enough sound absorption.

The woman checking us in clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She tried to tell us we hadn’t paid. We produced our Expedia receipt she had to call her general manager and he had to tell her what to do. Checkin took about half an hour. The room itself is very comfortable.

My Place is a good hotel for the price. It’s very clean and the rooms are comfortable. Good area with several stores close by for shopping and decent food options also nearby. I had to wait for a couple of minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me in. When she finally did, she was very nice, friendly, and helpful but also kind of slow. The ice maker in the refrigerator in my room is broken, so I have no ice. This is the second time in the past 6 weeks that I have stayed here and will definitely do so again.

My Place is a good hotel for the price. It’s very clean and the rooms are comfortable. Good area with several stores close by for shopping and decent food options also nearby. Quiet, new and close to path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. Hotel itself was wonderful! Main road in Marion under construction was only disappointment, made it difficult to get around.

The room was very clean as well as the carpet. The hotel is conveniently located with many shops nearby (Kohls, Maurice's, Dunkin Donuts, etc...). The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will stay there again in the future

The hotel was clean, quiet & close to many restaurants (try Taste of Memphis) & shopping. The front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. I do recommend turning the ice machine off at bedtime as it is a bit loud.

Room was very clean. Towels were a little on the rough side but with the cleanliness of everything there it was forgiven. Very disappointed there wasn’t an ice machine(other than the one in the freezer, but if you didn’t turn it on you wouldn’t have ice). Also, with such a great facility, you should consider offering free breakfast.

My Place is a good hotel for the price. It’s very clean and the rooms are comfortable. Good area with several stores close by for shopping and decent food options also nearby. I had to wait for a couple of minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me in. When she finally did, she was very nice, friendly, and helpful but also kind of slow. The ice maker in the refrigerator in my room is broken, so I have no ice. This is the second time in the past 6 weeks that I have stayed here and will definitely do so again.

This property is fairly new construction. Everything worked properly, and everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest difference between this hotel and one that costs $40 more per night is that this one doesn't offer breakfast. I can buy breakfast for less!

I used a 3rd party to reserve a 2-queen room. Upon check in, I was given a 1-queen handicap accessible room (which was less expensive). When I asked to get the room I had reserved, I was told they were sold out and they couldn't accommodate my request. They advised me to reach out to the 3rd party regarding the price difference. The 3rd party company advised it was up to the hotel to refund me the price difference. Further, the room had sticky floors, hair in the shower, wheelchair marks on the floor and the AC unit didn't work properly. I would not stay here again.

I had requested a handicap room but when I went to the room it was for a deaf person not mobility impaired. When I said something they said “you have the handicapped room “. I had never been assigned a hearing impaired room when I had requested it. There were no grab bars and bathtub was too deep to use safely. The other things were great just for my needs I wouldn’t be able to stay there.

Staff very welcoming and it was the first time staying here. A full sized refrigerator and 2 burner stove as well as a microwave. Really nice but you must bring your. Own utensils and cookware. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. I will be back in the area in a couple months and have already reserved the room

The first room I was in had a leaking toilet, so I switched rooms. This one had a floor that didn’t feel like the carpet was vacuumed thoroughly. Housekeeping comes through every 4 days. Room was comfortable and I felt safe traveling there by myself. Bedding, bathroom and kitchen were clean. It was just the carpet that was a little crunchy,
