Very friendly and courteous staff. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Loved the mini fridge in the room. The hallways and whole premises were clean. We enjoyed the nice pool. Loved the self laundry room and we used it. The breakfast was nice with fresh coffee, lots of pastry options, cereal and oatmeal. We will definitely stay there again.

Great place for a short work trip. Staff was kind, plenty of parking, fast food options at a walkable distance, pretty clean, & safe area. Only thing that needs improvement are the washer & dryer at the location.

The property is overall safe. It is pretty clean and in good condition. The staff is friendly and willing to help us with more towels and dining recommendations in the area. There is plenty of parking spaces as well. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant within walking distance (less than 2 min), which was very convenient. The hotel provides complimentary coffee with creamer, honey buns, granola bars, and other snacks starting at 6 am. The only thing I did not like is that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear the people next door. This was annoying because late at night I would wake up to people talking in the room next door. They were talking at a normal volume but, again, since the walls are thin I could still hear it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and for the affordable price I would stay here again if I am in the area again.

The management sucks ! The dryer did not work and when we informed the manager of the issue he cussed at us and pushed my 65 yr old boyfriend. He then called the police on us . Alls we wanted was for him to unlock the machine so we could get out our clothes. We rode a Motorcycle in the rain all day and we were wet , hungry and cold.

Vicki at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The room was super clean and had a great working AC! Beds were comfy enough and the bathroom was also very clean. We booked a room here very last minute after having to leave another nightmare hotel, and we were so relieved to get here and be met with wonderful hospitality and cleanliness.

The room was a minimal basic room. The room itself was clean, just very worn. The bathroom was where I had the issue. It wasn't very clean and there was rust and mold. The mirror was cracked, and the toilet paper holder had something growing in it. I'm not super picky, but it just grossed me out. On a positive note, the staff at check-in was extremely friendly and kind.

Very dirty room. Microwave was dirty with cheese from prior stays. Room overall not Very clean. Bathtub had Very large leak and never stopped dropping. Room was bright all night from lights off hotel just outside windows.

I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.I fully understand that a “value” hotel isn’t going to be 5 star but I do expect a basic level of service.Upon arrival, there was a duffle bag laying in front of a car in the parking lot.We assumed that it could have been dropped or someone had full hands but it laid out there for about 3 hours.There was a pair of muddy work boots at the entrance that were still there when we checked out.The rooms are basic, almost dormitory like.We took phone cords but no adaptors assuming lamps or outlets would be usb friendly and they were not-don’t forget your chargers!We stayed on floor level and the parking spaces go all the way up to the building.Our window did lock but the screen had been partially cut out.We used the metal hangers in the track of the window for extra security.The door had a specific sticker that said to be sure to use all locks on the door-never seen that before-so we also used a chair underneath the door handle.My husband is a 6’7 heat packing guy and he did not feel safe.The room was filthy.Thankfully I always go prepared but I had to scrub blue toothpaste off the sink, handles and faucet,which would have been impossible to overlook had it been cleaned.I had to clean someone else’s pee off the toilet before we could use it.I think the linens were clean but very stained and had letters written on them in sharpie.We joked D was for dirty!Bathroom floor was full of hair and tub didn’t drain, we wore sh

This property was perfectly adequate for a one night stop over on the road. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We heard some banging outside - possibly trash trucks - early in the morning but we were getting up to get back on the road anyway so it was no problem. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave or coffee maker. Coffee was available downstairs. They even had some grab and go breakfast food that I was not expecting.

They gave me a room at the end of the hallway, RIGHT NEXT TO THE INTERSTATE! Didn’t sleep all night. I got what I paid for!

Ok, well, I cannot fault cleanliness, because it was clean. But it was certainly...spartan. There was nothing fancy. No frills, here! A king-sized bed, no headboard, 1 sidetable, 1 phone, desk, and chest of drawers, TV, but no closet, no Kleenex-like tissue, no coffee-maker, and no blow-dryer. Breakfast is continental, and "grab and go."

The walls are VERY THIN, YOU HEAR EVERYTHING. price is right and place is clean. Fridge has no freezer for your ice packs and no microwave in room. Breakfast is oatmeal or packaged snacks. Internet was worthless! We won't return even for that price.

A clean facility and it does have a lot of great things to have said about it, but It does not warrant a 5 star. It is a place to sleep after all and that is not something you will do well here because of the mattress. It lacks so much padding that you feel each and every spring in the mattress.

For the money, you what you pay for. For a good nights sleep - stay elsewhere. The bed was hard and the pillows tiny. Left after only 1 night and went to another place to get some sleep.

It was a nice clean and friendly hotel. Looks like the rooms have been redone and new carpets in the hallway. There was coffee, donuts, cereal bars and oatmeal in the common area for breakfast in the morning. It was a great hotel for a one night stay while traveling. The only problem I had was our room was near the highway and you could hear interstate 40 traffic all night long.

Desk clerk was AMAZING!

Check inn was very slow but manager made up for it By giving us free sr tuff from marketplace. Room needed new batteries in Tv remotes and phone did not work as there was no cord from phone to wall. Television had a sound problem going up and down in volume all the time. I told front desk at check out. Very. Ice facility overall. Nice breakfast.

The entire staff at Americas Best Value Inn are outstanding! Thank you for making my stay feel like home.

I asked for no one to enter my room.. cleaning people entered it next morning, moved my personal property around and turned my Ac off... I will never go back

Lady at the desk never smiled and never looked at me. When my wife asked for another key her response was “you only get one”. Never looked at my wife and continued playing a game on her phone. Room was fine!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. No problems checking in, were helpful with my dog and gave me a room close to exit for outdoor access. Room was clean, and no additional fees for pet.

Staff were very friendly - and most importantly, the room was clean! Location off interstate was easy on/off.

It was right off the highway, so very easy to find and to get to. There were several restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. And lots more in the area. It was easy to hop on and off of I-40 to get to Pigeon Forge. The staff was nice and the room was clean. The linens smelled very good. We had the room next to the ice maker and I could hear it through the wall. And we were literally right next to the highway, so we could hear the traffic. I’m a heavy sleeper and we had the tv on so it wasn’t a big deal for me. It would definitely bother some other people. Breakfast was prepackaged donuts, honey buns and cereal bars. I don’t like coffee or tea. I wish there had been some small bottles of water at least. Overall, it was a good stay.

Easy near highway, great for travelers.

Great stopping spot on was to Nashville. Easy on and off, restaurant next door. Clean and quiet.

First off we had to park out back which had transients roaming around making it feel unsafe. $230 for the night and the regular rate is $58.00 and thats all it was worth at best. The rooms are noisy ash because the walls are so thin. They were bragging about the white linens but they were like exfoliating, rough as I've ever felt at any motel/hotel. They had one towel in the room and when asked for more they asked me to come get one at the desk. There is a cheap metal skirt around the bed, if you accidentally bump it it is super loud. I would never go back nor reccomend this place.

There was little or no breakfast. Staff was good and interactive. Price was good but changed by a few dollars on the same booking the following day. No one could explain why that was.

Bed was clean, but air vents were nasty. Dogs in the room next door barked until almost midnight and started again at 6am, not a restful night at all. Breakfast offered a small assortment of pastries and coffee, nothing to drink for non-coffee drinkers. Expected more for a room over $100.

The breakfast was a honey bun and doughnut stick. The coffee was cold. But for the price I did not expect to much. It was an ok stay just stayed one night for the basketball game

Perfect spot for the one or two night stay over!! Super clean! The lady that checked us in was nice & the lady leaving was super sweet too!! The breakfast is minimal, didn't see hot items. But nice to have if you want a little something. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was a clean and affordable stop on our way to Charlotte. The area was safe and convenient to restaurants. While the room was updated and clean, the lobby area was not. Breakfast is just Hostess snacks and coffee. I would stay here again.
