The rooms and communal spaces are nice but this is NOT a 5 Star. There venue felt very crowded for the amount of space in the spa so it was hard to use the facilities. The customer service was lacking. E.g ordering drinks at the lobby bar was not allowed as they were “too busy. And, asking the opening times was clearly and unhelpful question as were we sent to multiple different desks around the property to get an answer.
