Établissement incroyable ! Fantastique, tout est fait pour les familles et surtout pour les enfants contrairement aux établissements similaires en France. L hôtel est vraiment magnifique et génial, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Les points positifs : Services de bain à la bonne taille y compris pour les petits, c est vraiment appréciable ! Bravo Accueil impeccable Personnels souriants Piscines géniales Salles de sport nickel Night Club super La propreté du site est irréprochable ! Bravo Les 2 restaurants proposent des prestations exemplaires, c est très bien cuisiné et très bon. Des activités sont proposées en permanence Les axes d améliorations vu d un œil Français : - Ne plus autoriser à fumer dans le night club - Le système self service surtout du petit déjeuner surtout se transforme en tourisme de masse plutôt très bruyant. - Le deux restaurants sont chic et la cuisine est très bien faites, revoir juste les prix qui sont un peu trop élevé je pense. - Il manquerai un cinéma - Le parking extérieur est trop petit - Pour l entretien des espaces verts prévoir plutôt des robots tondeuses qui seront silencieux. - Attention au vieillissement des Saunas, la faïence se décolle par endroits. - Mettre à disposition des fontaines à eau « gratuites » plutôt que de faire payer l eau… - Attention aux douches dans les piscines, ceux sont des robinets manuels et non un pressoir ! Hotel and Pools 5* . Gym was 5* also, the best Gym in a 5 * Hotel i ever had. Breakfast and Dinner was very good, 5 * also. The only thing that was only 4* and Not 5 * was the Service on the Pool and bar at the Pool, very chaotic and Slow.

Great spa resort, excellent amenities and thermal therapies. Focus on improving the service at the pool bar.

New hotel with very good food. Pools with natural mineral water.

Room is very clean and spacious. Dining option for both breakfast and dinner are fine, has cold and hot food. Staffs are helpful. Spa appeared clean, the minerals water jacuzzi are nice. The only down side has observed the adult pool and jacuzzi filled with baby and very young children which not very safe. I think the hotel should be more aware of that and remind the parents or carers not to break the rules and policies in the hotel, that to prevent any risk of avoidable incidents. Afterall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Very good hotel, huqe public area, indoor aoutdoor poll are awesome, SPA center is very good, but some features are limited. Very nice breakfast, nice staff and a lot of parking places.

Very spacious and clean. Amazing breakfast menu

All in all a good stay. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. The only negative experience were the room cleaning. Despite our signal that we wanted the room done, nothing happened. We still had to call reseption and ask for it, and then it was done poorly. Did not even care to do the beds, only changed the towels. Otherwise very good.

Както винаги престоят ни беше повече от прекрасен ! Благодаря на Иван Николов, който организира спешно лекар да ме прегледа, когато имах нужда и терапиите, които извършиха. Благодаря на Валя - дамата, която почистваше нашата стая (203) и беше повече от грижовна и всеотдайна за всяка наша нужда! Няма думи, с които да изразим похвалата и благодарностите си! С нетърпение очакваме да ви посетим отново !!!

Late check-in at 5pm , instead of 3 pm. There were no towels and bath robes. We asked to be provided but there was no reaction ,luckily on the second day we saw a lady cleaning the room next to ours. She gave us towels and bath robes and told us that nobody informed her that we have asked for the same. Room was not cleand during whole stay ( 5 nights), houskeeper visited us at 4.30 pm on the day before we leave the hotel! It happened also that there were no towels on the SPA reception on our first day ( we also had none in the room ). There are not enough tables in the resturant, often you have to wait to find a table, same on the pool where sunbeds are not enough for the capacity of the Hotel. I would not recommend it for the value!

The best SPA hotel I’ve ever been. Beautiful place with nice staff and so clean. Highly recommend it. Will come back soon.

Clean hotel with good food and amenities

This is one of the best hotels in Bulgaria! The amenities are great! The rooms are gorgeous! The buffet for dinner & breakfast is the best ever! The staff is very nice! I will definitely return!!!!! Love this hotel!

Breathtaking spacious. Room was excellent, spa was great with tons of pools and saunas. Had a very professional massage. Booked with breakfast & dinner. Dinner was buffet style and not 5 star - but a good 4 star. The only downside is the service staff: Almost nobody speaks English or at least a foreign language. It was a bit funny to watch the panic attack when, for example, I ordered a beer and the waiter ran away at high speed – to find the one college that was able to understand what I wanted. Or we just got ignored when we received a glass of white wine instead of a red wine as the waiter was unable to understand what we complained and just ignored our comment. Not by bad mood – simply because she didn´t understand. Same at the reception but there it took less time to find a translator or an English-speaking staff – member. And obviously many have not really been trained in service business. Almost everyone was friendly (or at least trying to be) - but many had no clue what to do. Nevertheless, we would come back as the facilities offered are phantastic and we hope that the service will improve over time.

This spa resort is a great get away, perfect for a relaxing weekend for rejuvenation. On the edge of the city but a short drive to the major sights if you want. The pools and the spa are great and onsite food offerings looked good (just had a sandwich at the pool bar but it was tasty). The breakfast buffet is enormous! The staff were fine, except I was told at checkin that my free drink voucher would cover both of us but that was refused at the bar. We had massages from friendly, professional therapists. Wish we had stayed more than one night!

Different groups don’t communicate to each other snd made it my responsibility to align them (cleaning and reception, restaurants and reception etc). Most of the staff at the reception was not properly trained with an exception of Alexander. I had the worst experience with one individual who wouldn’t look at me, was unhelpful and used unprofessional language. I was shocked and shared with the front desk manager. She just asked me to be understanding due to him being very new.

To start with when.we asked for a room with a view the receptionist said we’ll like it and the only thing that we could see was a car park. Obviously they don’t know the term "room with a view". Secondly you’ll be always meet with a smile when you ask them to solve any issues but they won’t do anything to fix it.. Thirdly there are no procedure to check the spa facilities and amenities which can be annoying for certain things you’re expecting to be done. And finally cash is the best way to go if you don’t want to face troubles with your finances, the accountancy department is just useless to solve any issues with your payment if something goes wrong. I’ve never had experienced such an incompetence EVER. In conclusion I’d hardly will recommend King’s Valley Spa hotel to anyone even to my enemies. Just stay away from it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. I have stayed in 25 different hotels in the past 18 months from the Hilton Rainbow tower on Waikiki Beach to the Sofitel in Cairo. This was the nicest and best value.

This is one of the best hotels in Bulgaria! The amenities are great! The rooms are gorgeous! The buffet for dinner & breakfast is the best ever! The staff is very nice! I will definitely return!!!!! Love this hotel!

Great facility and atmosphere. Buffet has excellent varieties for breakfast and dinner. Spa facility is way above average.

Service and especially cheffs and waiters could tremendously improve. They are simply not what one would expect from a five star hotel. Apart from that, the building and especially the thermal and spa zone are excelent.
