Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Clean, and in good condition, fairly new. Wonderful quality bed. Bathroom are smallish, but large room, kitchenette.

A great value option for Manhattan. Great location near Grand Central Station. Spacious Junior Suite size, beautifully decorated! Great kitchen with full amenities, serve ware and appliances. One of New York City's best kept secrets for luxury accommodations.

I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other. It was relatively quiet and very comfortable. Staff was responsive to our needs.
